        박완서의 문학작품을 통해 본 서울 주거공간의 이분법적 시각

        The exploration of the spatial structure of a particular urban area, or the analysis of the tendencies of spatial consumption among urbanites, can be a literary-geographical attitude, shifting literary interests toward geography. It may also constitute a field of cultural geography that reads texts as cultural symbols. Based on this kind of attitude, the paper reads the literature of Park Wan So, particularly the popular novels that involve urban and residential spaces of Seoul, as a cultural text that carries a kind of symbolism. It proceeds with the idea that most popular novels reflect the mass phenomena of its times, and that representing real cultural experiences through text, it becomes a means of generalizing the identity shared by the anonymous masses and the characteristics of particular places. Hence the individuality of Park Wan So, who moved to Seoul during the Japanese colonial period and hence forth lived as a middle-class citizen, is inseparable from her literary work. With this attitude and methodology, the paper argues that in the urban space of metropolitan Seoul, the modern ambivalent gaze of the colonial period shifted toward increasingly new value systems, and was replaced by a dichotomous view, and furthermore, that the contents of this dichotomous view has experienced a multivalent transformation through the accumulation of time and the expansion of space.

        문학지리학적 관점에서 본 북촌 도시한옥 밀집지역의 물리적 정체성에 관한 연구

        This study explores the beneficial methodology to increase cultural values of urban style Hanok, Korean traditional residence. Based on the literary geographical approach, this study defines the physical identities of special Bukchon Hanok area in Seoul. The explored physical identities are to provide basic fundamentals for supplying and maintaining new Hanok buildings, including how to preserve and restore the traditional Hanok areas. They are also to develop various Hanok related cultural products and to encourage Hanok popularization. In addition, this study is to add more the humane values and significances to the previous relevant researches. With these perspectives and through above mentioned methodology, the study draws the physical identities of Bukchon Hanok area and meanings as belows: The first one is the collective identity. Bukchon Hanok area is mainly composed of organic spaces with its collective scenary. Narrow alleys and curved lanes created by collective gaps between Hanok buildings, provide residents and visitors with abundant choices of moving path. The second one is the formal identity. Bukchon Hanok maintain their unique layout patterns. The basic units of Chae are combined in specific ways such as 'ㄱ', 'ㄷ', 'ㅁ' types and result typical formal expression of the area. The third one is grounding identity which represent the relationship between the earth and every-day living space. Each Chaes of house always surround Madang, Korean traditional court yard with rare vegetation. And the connection to the ground is transferred to the memories of its dwellers. Lastly, the current Hanok still preserve similar characteristics of past time Hanok such as materials, structure and styles by using unique building technics and exposing traditional ornamenting styles.

        AHP를 이용한 스마트 공급망 구축을 위한 주요 성공요인 분석

        . With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, propelled by digital technology, we are transitioning into an era of hyperconnectivity, where everything and objects are becoming interconnected. A smart supply chain refers to a supply chain system where various sensors and RFID tags are attached to objects such as machinery and products used in the manufacturing and transportation of goods. These sensors and tags collect and analyze process data related to the products, providing meaningful information for operational use and decision-making in the supply chain. Before the spread of COVID-19, the fundamental principles of supply chain management were centered around ‘cost minimization’ and ‘high efficiency.’ A smart supply chain overcomes the linear delayed action-reaction processes of traditional supply chains by adopting real-time data for better decision-making based on information, providing greater transparency, and enabling enhanced collaboration across the entire supply chain. Therefore, in this study, a hierarchical model for building a smart supply chain was constructed to systematically derive the importance of key factors that should be strategically considered in the construction of a smart supply chain, based on the major factors identified in previous research. We applied AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) techniques to identify urgent improvement areas in smart SCM initiatives. The analysis results showed that the external supply chain integration is the most urgent area to be improved in smart SCM initiatives.

        관상동맥 질환에서 동맥 경화증의 새로운 지표인 혈청오스테오프로테게린 농도는 당뇨 및 연령과 연관이 있다

        Background and Objectives:There have been reports of an association between osteoprotegerin (OPG) and cardiovasculardisease. Therefore, the aims of this study were to evaluate the association between the plasma OPG leveland the severity of atherosclerosis, as well as search for conventional cardiovascular risk factors associated with theplasma OPG level in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Subjects and Methods:Plasma OPG levels weremeasured in 583 consecutive patients (mean age: 62±10 yrs, M:F=398:185), using an ELISA method, withCAD confirmed from the coronary angiogram. The intima media thickness (IMT) of the common carotid arterywas also measured in 252 patients. Results:The plasma OPG level was correlated with the IMT (r=0.184, p=0.003), with the median level found to be elevated in accordance with the severity of CAD (2704 in 1VD vs. 2914in 2VD vs. 3046 pg/mL in 3VD, p=0.024). Median plasma OPG levels were significantly higher in female (3024vs. 2828 pg/mL, p=0.003) and DM patients (3098 vs. 2711 pg/mL, p<0.001), and positively correlated with age(r=0.340, p<0.001) and the HbA1C level (r=0.102, p=0.035), but showed an inverse correlation with BMI(r=-0.199, p<0.001). No correlation was found between high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and the plasmaOPG level, and no relation was found between CRP and the severity of CAD or the IMT. From a multivariatelogistic regression analysis, increasing age (odds ratio, 1.053 [95% confidence interval, 1.034-1.073]), DM (oddsratio 1.664 [95% confidence interval, 1.149-2.410]) and a BMI less than 25 kg/mm2 (odds ratio, 1.625 [95% confidenceinterval, 1.142-2.314]) were associated with the supramedian OPG level (2831 pg/mL). Conclusion:Theplasma OPG level might be a biochemical marker of atherosclerosis, and is associated with cardiovascular risk factors,especially DM and age. (Korean Circulation J 2006;36:543-548) 배경 및 목적: 이전의 몇몇 연구에서 혈중 오스테오프로테게린(Osteoprotegerin, OPG) 농도는 심혈관 질환의 발생 및 관상동맥 질 환의 정도와 관계가 있다는 보고들이 있었다. 이에 본 연구 는 혈청 OPG농도와 관상동맥 질환 정도 및 동맥 경화증의 중 등도의 관계에 대해 살펴보고 혈청 OPG 농도와 연관 있는 고식적인 심혈관 질환의 위험인자를 도출해 보고자 하였다. 방 법: 관상 동맥 조영술을 통해 50%이상의 관상 동맥 협착이 확 인된 583명의 환자에서 ELISA방법을 이용해 혈청 OPG농도 를 측정하였고 이 중 252명은 경동맥 내막 중막 두께(Intima media thickness, IMT)를 측정하였다. 결 과: 혈청 OPG농도는 경동맥 IMT와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상 관 관계를 보였고(r=0.184, p=0.003) 관상동맥 질환의 중등 도에 따라 유의하게 증가하였다(2704 in 1VD vs 2914 in 2VD vs 3046 pg/mL in 3VD, p=0.024). 또한 혈청 OPG농도는 여성(3024 vs 2828 pg/mL, p= 0.003)과 당뇨 환자(3098 vs 2711 pg/mL, p<0.001)에서 유 의하게 증가되었으며 연령(r=0.340, p<0.001) 및 당화 혈색 소(r=0.102, p=0.035)와 유의한 양의 상관 관계를, 체 질량 지수(r=-0.199, p<0.001)와는 유의한 음의 상관 관계를 보 였다. 고 민감성 C 반응성 단백질(high sensitive C reactive protein, hs-CRP)는 혈청 OPG농도와 연관이 없었으며 관상동 맥의 중등도 및 경동맥 IMT와 통계적으로 유의한 관련이 없 었다. 다 변량 분석에 의하면 중간치 이상의 혈청 OPG 농도와 연 관이 있는 독립적인 심혈관 질환 위험인자는 연령(odds ratio, 1.053[95% confidence interval, 1.034~1.073]), 당뇨(odds ratio 1.664[95% confidence interval, 1.149~2.410]), 25 gm/m2이하의 체 질량 지수(odds ratio, 1.625[95% confidence interval, 1.142~2.314])였다. 결 론: 혈청 OPG 농도는 동맥 경화증의 정도를 반영하는 생화학 적 지표이며 관상 동맥 질환에서 혈청 OPG의 상승은 특히 당뇨 및 연령과 연관이 있다.

        Association between the Serum Osteoprotegerin Level andTarget Lesion Calcium in Coronary Artery Disease

        Background and Objectives:Osteoprotegerin (OPG) is a decoy receptor for receptor nuclear factor-kB ligand(RANKL). We sought to evaluate the association between the serum OPG level and the target lesion calcium(TLC) in those patients suffering with coronary artery disease (CAD). Subjects and Methods:We assayed theserum OPG levels in 65 CAD patients (mean age: 62±10 yrs, M:F=46:19) with using enzyme immunoassay,and these patient underwent intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) examinations of their target lesions. The degree ofTLC was estimated by the maximum arc of calcium and also the calcified plaque surface area that was calculatedfrom the serial cross-section IVUS images. Results:The median serum OPG levels were greater in the subjects withTLC than in the subjects without TLC (1.36 vs 0.95 ng/mL, respectively, p<0.05). Significant correlation was notedbetween the serum OPG levels and the maximum arc of calcium (r=0.274, p=0.027). The median serum OPGlevels were significantly increased more in the subjects who had a maximum arc of calcium ranging from 90 to 180degrees than in those subjects who had a maximum arc of calcium less than 90 degrees (1.63 vs 1.14 ng/mL, respectively,p<0.05) and the median serum OPG levels were also increased more in the subjects who fell within thesecond tertile of the calcified plaque surface area than that in those subjects who fell within the first and thirdtertile (0.96, 1.53, 1.40 ng/mL for the first, second, third tertile, respectively, p<0.05). On the stepwise multivariatelogistic regression analysis, the serum OPG level remained a risk factor for TLC after adjustment was made forthe other risk factors such as age, diabetes mellitus, HbA1C and a smoking history (p=0.019, odds ratio 5.208[95% confidence interval: 1.308-20.744]). Conclusion:In patients with CAD, an increased serum OPG levelis associated with target lesion calcification. (Korean Circulation J 2006;36:337-342)

        중국의 동북3성 북・중 접경지역의 경제협력 및 비즈니스 진출전략 모색에 관한 연구

        While China follows new sanctions against North Korea, they cooperate each other to strengthen the economic market by expanding non-commodity trading services near their border region. Moreover, this trend is expected to grow regardless of sanctions. It is very likely that the Chinese government will reinvigorate the border areas of Dandong, where is known as the major trade hub with North Korea, and Yanbian Province which is near Russia. The current Chinese policies that are related to the northeast region – North Korean and Russia – direct to revitalize the economy by improving and strengthening the trade infrastructures through the interconnection between the border regions. Moreover, China’s Northeast region’s small and medium cities are actively engaging in economic cooperative projects with North Korea involving opening up of North Korea’s economy as a part of its own economic development policies. Among modes of trade, border trade is reflective of characteristics of border areas. Chinese companies in the border areas favor conducting transactions with North Korea through such “border trade.” It is because there is more room to utilize unofficial methods in foreign exchange control, price settlement, and tax rebate through border trade than through general trade. Taking various unofficial trade practices into account, the scale of trade between North Korea and China is very likely to far exceed the figures recorded officially by Chinese customs. North Korea is receiving payments in cash for processing imported materials commissioned by Chinese companies. Such cash brought into the North is easy to hide and there is high possibility that North Korean authorities divert such cash for their own operations The purpose of this study divided into three sections as following: examining the development status of North Korea and its border region with China, developing and offering the executable strategies of Korean companies’ entry into the border regions, and examining the positive and negative impacts with proposing countermeasures. Also, this research aims to analyze the effect that recently facilitated North Korea and China’s economic relations have on North Korean economy and find the implications this has on inter—Korean economic integration and the development of Northeast Asian economic community.
