Application of Artificial Insemination Technology for Dairy Breeding in Mongolia

This study was focused on improvement of milk production in Mongolia dairy industry by artificial insemination (AI) technology, of which was supported from ODA project of KOICA in Republic of Korea. The study was started from January 2009 to present and 3rd years in this year. So, all data, especially synchronization and pregnancy of dairy cows (Holstein) will be summarized in final result in this year. For synchronization, total 81 dairy cows selected from 4 private farms that were 38, 30, 8 and 5 in Undarmal milk, Onjin (Enkhbayer), Jargalant, and BRM School, respectively. All the dairy cows were injected intramuscular (IM) of 5 ml PGF2α in the vulva and detected estrus 2 to 3 days after PGF2α injection. Total 78 out of 81 dairy cows (96.3%) were detected estrus by only 1 time injection of PGF2α. The dairy cows that were induced estrus, inseminated with 0.5 ml dairy frozen semen by conventional AI techniques. The pregnancy diagnosis of the AI dairy cows was detected by uterus palpation after 60 days of insemination. Total 75 from 78 inseminated dairy cows (90.1%) were diagnosis pregnant. The estrus induction and pregnant rate were very effective using PGF2α injection and conventional AI techniques in Mongolia dairy cow. The results indicated that AI after estrus induction in Mongolia dairy cows could be applied to dairy breeding technology to improve the breeding efficiency and milk production.

Disposal of a homicide victim by dismemberment is rare, but individual cases are on record in most major medicolegal departments. Recognition of postmortem mutilation may be of importance in the interpretation of certain murders committed by sexual perverts and other mentally deranged individuals and sometimes performed for the sole reason of easier disposal of the body. Postmortem dismemberment is usually readily recognizable as such; The edges of the injuries are dry and lack evidence of bleeding. The joints may be disarticulated without fracture, or the use of an axe or saw may be evident from examination of bones. Parallel horizontal or oblique furrows in the bone surface are caused by skipping of the saw prior to establishing depth. Such patterns on the bone may assist in identifying the particular saw involved. So we report 25 dismembered corpses that autopsied in National Institute of Scientific Investigation. This paper can help in attempting to establish not only the first criminal investigation steps but also the medicolegal approach methods in unidentified and dismembered deaths.
서양산 고추냉이 추출물이 함유된 세치제의 효능에 대한 임상적 실험연구

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of dentifrice containing Horseradish (Armoracia rustica) root extracts on improvement of oral hygiene. The clinical evaluation was done participated by 80 adults volunteers who provided a informed consent for their participation. The participants were divided into two groups ; control group (using toothpaste without Horseradish extracts) and experimental group (using toothpaste containing Horseradish extracts). The checklist of the experiment includes the plaque index, gingival index and anti-caries activity. The anti-caries activity was measured by cultivating Streptococcus mutans for 48 hours then estimating the number of increased bacteria using Dentocult SM. The double-blind method was used in this study. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The plaque formation decreased 28% in control group, 58% in experimental group using dentifrice with Horseradish extracts compared to baseline data. 2. For gingival index, control group and experimental group showed 26% and 40% decrease compared to baseline data, respectively. 3. The score of caries activity test decreased by 4% for control group and 69% for experimental group compared to baseline data. According to the results, a dentifrice containing Horseradish extracts can improve oral hygiene. 식물성 자연추출물 중 하나인 고추냉이 추출물을 배합한 세치제의 구강환경 개선 효과를 알아보기위해 총72명을 대상으로 교차실험 및 이중맹검법을 실시하여 치면세균막지수, 치은염지수 및 우식활성도검사 등을 비교 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 결 론을 얻었다. 1. 치면세균막지수는 초기값에 비해 대조군은 28%, 고추냉이 추출물 배합세치군은 58%의 억제효과를 나타내었다. 2. 치은염지수는 초기값에 비해 대조군은 26%, 고추냉이 추출물 배합세치군은 40%의 억제효과를 나타내었다. 3. Dentocult-SM을 이용한 우식활성도 평가에서는 초기값에 비해 대조군은 4%, 고추냉이 추출물 배합세치군은 69%의 억제효과를 나타내어 고추냉이 추출물 배합세치군이 대조군에 비해 유의할만한 Streptococcus mutans 억제효과를 나 타내었다. 이상의 결과들로 보아 고추냉이 추출물을 배합한 세치제는 치면세균막 억제와 치은염의 감소 그리고 우식활성도 억제에 중 요한 역할을 하여 구강환경 개선에 뛰어난 효과를 보이는 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to find out design concept and formative intention shown on the architectural site configuration in late Chosun Dynasty. During the 18th century, changes in cultural context increased interests in traditional/local and natural aspects. New visions on aesthetic sense might make impact to architectural site configuration and space composition. In particular, among the formative specifics presented in architectural paintings, methods of visualization and spatial concepts are studied, through the comparative analysis with architectural site configuration, formative intention. As a result, the fact that various methods of visualization and spatial concepts are reflected in architectural site configuration is revealed.
Green 함수를 이용한 구형 마이크로스트립 안테나 특성에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 dyadic Green 함수를 이용하여 구형 마이크로스트립 안테나를 해석하였다. 일반적으로 마이크로스트립 안테나 해석에 많이 사용되는 전송선 모델과 cavity모델은 표면파를 해석할수 없는 단점을 가지고 있으므로 정확한 해석이 불가능하다. 그러나 Green 함수를 이용하여 구형 마이크로스트립 안테나를 해석하면 안테나의 손실로 작용하는 표면파를 고려함으로써 안테나의 특성을 정확하게 해석학 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 단일 안테나에 대한 실험결과와 전송선 모델과 Green함수의 이론치와 비교하여 본 논문에서 제안한 이론의 타당성을 확인하였다. In this paper, it is analyzed rectangular microstrip antenna using Green function. Generally, microstrip antenna is analyzed using transmission line model and cavity model, it is can't account of surface wave, therefore the antenna is analyzed accurately. But chacteristics of microstrip antenna analyzed using Green function is take into account for surface wave that is the loss of the antenna such as a dielectric and a conductor. The results from the measurements are compared with transmission line model for single antenna. Expremental results show that this analysis using Green function agree well with transmission line model for single and linear array antenna.
