무선마이크의 기술기준 개정 검토

무선마이크는 기존의 유선마이크에 비해 설치, 휴대 및 사용상의 간편성으로 그 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 무선통신 관련 기술의 발전으로 그 용도 및 제품의 다양화 면에서도 확대일로에 있다. 그러나, 국내의 무선마이크 관련 법제도 및 기술수준은 이러한 세계적 추세를 수용하는데 문제점을 안고 있다고 지적되고 있다. 본고는 국내외의 무선마이크 관련 법제도 및 기술기준을 조사, 비교분석을 통하여 국내의 관련 법규 및 업계의 문제점을 지적하고 그 개선방안을 검토하였다. The demand for wireless microphones is increasing rapidly because of their facilities, and their application area and a great variety of products are extended too. But, the current radio regulations have many problems to admit the rapid variations of macket and technologies. In this paper, the problems are discussed through the comparative study of foreign radio regulations, and improvement in the regulations and technical requirements are considered.

XML 기반 인터넷 정보 검색 에이전트 개발연구

As the amount of information on the WWW is increasing at a very high speed, the role of search engines has become more necessary and important. Yet, current popular search engines have a limitation of scalability because the more information those engines gather, the more garbage hit search results are produced, thus, XML based metadata has recently been the issue of much focus. Metadata is information about information, which using a small potion of data can express the fundamental information about other information. XML enables data to be expressed better organized and well structured. Moreover, the information in those current efficiency and make them disappointed by dead links and obsolete pages. this is because the information was collected and indexed in advance before users do searching. therefore, a mechanism is required that cam search from current and up-to-date information resources dynamically in real time to avoid retrieving out of data information. In this study, a new concept search agent system for the WWW by using XML based technology is proposed. the implementation of the prototype of this proposed system, the comparison with traditional search engines, and the evaluation of the prototype system are also discussed.

지역망 고속통신 프로토콜의 성능 분석

본 논문은 지역망용 고속통신망에서 사용되는 FDDI 와 DQDB 통신 프로토콜의 구조와 동작특성을 이해하고, 그 성능 특성을 분석하였다. FDDI 와 DQDB는 각각 기본적으로 광섬유 전송매체를 사용하는 이중 토큰링과 이중 버스 토폴로지로서, 지역 통신망에서 100Mbps 정도의 고속전송의 효율성을 지원하고 있다. FDDI 와 DQDB 프로토콜을 사용하는 네트워킹의 성능을 최적화하기 위해서는 네트워크 환경에 따라 성능요인을 동적으로 선택하여야 한다. This paper described the architectural and operational characteristics of the FDDI(Fiber Distributed Data Interface) and DQDB(Distributed Queue Dual Bus) communication protocol for local network. And the performance characteristics of FDDI and DQDB networking is analyzed. The FDDI protocol accepted basically the dual token-ring topology with the optical transmission media. And the topology of the DQDB protocol is the dual-bus. Both FDDI and DQDB support the efficiency of high-speed transmission with 100Mbps on local network. In order to optimize the performance of the networking using the FDDI and DQDB protocols, the performance factors must be selected dynamically in consideration of the environment of network.

이동 통신 시스템의 가입자 위치 등록기의 구조에 관한 연구

ITU-T권고안에 따르면 이동통신시스템은 하나의 중앙집중적 가입자 홈 위치등록기에 다수의 이동통신교환기가 접속되는 구조로 되어있다. 그러나 급증하는 이동통신 가입자의 증가, 다양한 서비스의 요구 등에 의해 가입자 홈 위치 등록기는 더 강력한 처리능력과 이동통신망 형상변화에 대비한 유연성을 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 방안중의 하나로 단일 형태의 가입자 홈 위치등록기에서 집중화된 기능들을 분산처리하고, HLR기능확장의 용이성을 보장하는 모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 제안한 모델의 완성을 위해 노드시스템에 장착되어 고속 데이터 처리가 가능한 스트림 기반의 디바이스 드라이버 구조를 제안하였다. According to the ITU-T Recommdation in Digital Mobile Communication System, Home Location Register(HLR) stores current mobile subscriber's location information to provide terminal mobility. A number of Visitor Location Registers(VLRs) are connected to the HLR. In this architecture, the transaction capability of HLR affects the whole CMS system performance because HLR provides mobile subscriber's location information to several VLRs. To overcome this situation, the transaction capability of HLR must be enhanced according to the number of subscribers. This paper suggests an expandable and flexible architecture of HLR that uses an internal high-speed optical ring network interface, device driver for network adaptor, and internal/external process communication block are devised in each subsystem. Also, in order to obtain maximal throughput at the device driver, specific read service scheme and several stream related parameters are considered.

전략적 정보시스템 추진방안에 관한 연구

In recent years information technology has dramatically altered the structure of markets in various fields of industries. The impact of information system technologies on the competitive capability of the firm has increase the need for effective strategic information system implementation. Although many managers understand potential impacts of information systems on their's competitive position, others fail to consider strategy implications when adopting an information system. In this paper, it has been not only stated that information has generated strategic opportunities which all industries in Korea should take advantage of if they want to maintain their competitive edge, but also presented that framework for implementing successful strategic information system and provide a guide for intergrating information systems with a firm's startegy. This paper also shows that an effective strategic information system planning process must provide for internal consistency between the strategic business planning and strategic IS planning and means to assess the validity of the implementation process.

Analysis of E-mail Installation Requirements

이연구는 회사의 판매 요원들과 본사간의 전자우평 서어비스를 제공하기위한 시스템 분석의 한 유용한 사례를 제공한다. 전자우편은 회사 본사와 원격지역에 근무하는 판촉 사원 또는 지방 사무소간에 편리한 통신 수단을 제공하고 있다. 이분석을 통하여 몇가지 접속 대안을 평가하고 또한 가장 비용 효과적인 인터페이스 구조를 결정하게 되었다. 비용 분석에서는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 비용이 파악되었고 서로 다른 운용 환경 시나리오와 대안 접속 방법에 따른 시스템 수행 척도가 대기 행렬 모델을 이용하여 계산되었다. 따라서 이 논문은 전자우평 서어비스 제공을 위한 시스템 분석의 유용한 방법론으로 활용될 수 있다. This paper presents as analysis of three alternative user connection modes for implementing e-mail (QuickMail) service to facilitate sales force interaction with their main office. E-mail services constitutes a convenient way of communication between remotely located field offices or sales representatives and their main headquarters office. This analysis first evaluates three alternative access modes and then determines operating scenarios and alternative connection modes are obtained using queueing models. thus. this paper provides a useful methodology for analyzing e-mail connection requirements.

개인휴대통신의 기술발전

이동통신 서비스의 증가와 무선통신 기술의 발전으로 개인휴대통신 서비스의 도입이 각국에서 활발히 추진되고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 개인휴대통신 서비스의 보급과 확대를 위해 고려해야 할 여러 시장 동향과 표준화 동향에 대해 조사하고, 개인휴대통신 구축을 위한 기반기술인 지능형 교환기와 부호다중화 접속기술 및 개인휴대통신 서비스의 직면한 과제의 해결책에 논한다. In this thesis, the technical trend of personal communication service (PCS) is showned for the implementation of PCS in Korea. The comparision betweem technical schemes of many countries is represented for the Korean standards and the core technique of PCS. EspEcially, the code division multiple access (CDMA) and the intelegent switching systems are explained for the Korean PCS standards.

정보기술의 전략적 활용방법론 : 상호신용금고 사례를 중심으로 A Case Study on the Mutual Credit Union

While Information Technology(IT) has become a vital tool for corporate sucess, Korean Companies have only recently started using the ITs as their strategic weapons. This paper presents a model for building Strategic Information System(SIS) for Mutual Credit Union, a financial organization known to have internal and external difficulties for maintaining competitive advantages over local banks. The trends of IT advancements, success stories for strategic use of ITs in major financial organizations both in Korea and overseas, and the status of computerization at the Mutual Credit Union are first provided as a case for building a model. The model is based on the Porter's Competitive Strategy model and is supported by the Poter & Millar's value chain. It is expected that the model applied to the Mutual Credit Union will also serve as a basis for all other modern corporations.

자동차부품 생산업체 경영정보시스템에 관한 연구 : D사의 사례를 중심으로

경영정보시스템의 구축은 장기간에 걸쳐 많은 인·물적 자원을 필요로는 하는 거대한 작업이다. 그러므로 개발되는 정보시스템의 규모가 크면 클수록 실패의 가능성이 높아진다. 본 논문은 자동자 도장 및 소성물을 생산하고 있는 D사의 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 성공의 가능성을 높이기 위해 3년간에 걸쳐 단계적으로 시스템을 구축하도록하였다. 부품의 효율적 생산 및 관리를 목표로 추진된 시스템이므로 생산계획에서부터, 자재의 구입 및 자재투입, 생산, 납품, 정산에 이르기까지 전체적인 흐름을 관리할수 있는 일관된 종합 경영정보시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 이의 구현을 위한 실현 방안과 구축과정, 구축내용, 신시템의 효과를 살펴본다. The implementation of the management information systems is a huge task that requires a lot of human and material resources for a long period of time. Thus the bigger the size of the information systems to be developed is, the higher the possibility of the system failure is. The purpose of this paper is to implement step by step through a 3-year period the information system of D company which produces painted and plastic moldings for automobiles in order to raise the possibility of success of the system. This paper concluded that the development of total management information system is required to control the production process such as production planning, purchase, and so on. And in this paper the methodology, process and contents of the implementation and the effects of new system were also discussed.

개인식별을 위한 컴퓨터 영상 중첩시스템 연구

임포즈란 신원 미상의 두개골을 발견했을 때, 두개골의 사진과 동일인으로 판정되는 사람의 생전 사진을 서로 같은 비율로 축소한 후 두 사진을 겹침으로써 두 인물간의 동일인 여부를 비교, 검토하는 과정을 말한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국립과학수사연구소에서 제 검사 및 DNA 유전자 검사를 통해 이미 동일인임이 확인된 7명의 두개골 사진, 생전사진을 이용하여 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용한 응용프로그램을 개발하였다. 신원 미상의 두개골을 비디오 카메라, 컴퓨터를 이용, 영상처리후 임포즈하고 해부학적 특징으 기준으로 동일인여부를 비교, 검토하는 과정에서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 두개골 및 생전사진을 처리하는 방법으로 다양한 영상처리 기법(Smooth, Sharpen, Emboss, Mosaic, Engrave, Invert, Neon, Color to Mono)을 개발하였고, 이들 중 Neon, Invert, Engrave기법에서 최적의 영상을 얻을수 있었다. 2. 다양한 방식(SrcOr. SrcAnd. SrcInvert. SrcErase,DstInvert. MergePaint) 으로 두 영상을 합성하여 임포즈 감정시 필요한 최적의 비교상태를 얻을수 있었다. 3. 비디오 카메라를 이용하여 두개골상을 직접 컴퓨터에 입력할 수 있었으며, 이를 생전사진과 임포즈함으로써 보다 정확하고 신속한 감정을 가능 하게 했다. 이상에서 볼 때 기존의 수작업으로 이루어졌던 임포즈가 이제는 컴퓨터 프로그램에 의해 이루어지므로서 보다 신속하고 정확한 임포즈 작업을 가능하게 할 것이라 사료된다. A Study on the Computer Impose System for Individual Recognization *Dept. of inform. and Comm Eng.. Honam University ** The Dental School of Yonsei University In this thesis. a new superimposition scheme using a computer vision system was proposed with 7 pairs of skull and ante-mortem photographs. which were already identified through other tests and DNA fingerprints at the Korea National Institute of scientific Investigation, At this computer vision system. an unidentified skull was caughty by video-camcoder with the MPEG and a ante-mortem photograhp was scanned by scanner. These two images were processed and superimposed using pixel processing. Recognition of the individual identification by anatomical references was performed on the two superimposed images. This image processing techniques for the superimposition of skull and ante-mortem photographs simplify used the previous approach taking skull photographs and developing it to the same size as the ante-mortem photographs. This system using various image processing techniques on computer screen. a more precise and time-saving superimposition technique could be able to be applied in the area of computer individual indentification.
