        암 환자들의 심리적 안녕을 위한 디지털 중재: 통합적 고찰

        Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate digital interventions on psychological well-being in patients with cancer through an integrated review. Methods: Fifteen studies were selected using PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, DBpia, and RISS. The Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network was used by two reviewers to evaluate independently the quality of the selected articles. Results: Digital interventions for improving psychological well-being in cancer patients were most often based on cognitive behavioral therapy alone or a combination of interventions with professionals and other patients. In addition, a number of interventions were established on internet-based mindfulness therapy. Conclusions: Providing cognitive behavioral intervention alone did not significantly improve the level of depression or anxiety of patients with cancer. Meanwhile, interventions, including cognitive behavior therapy and interactions with professionals and other patients, were found to reduce significantly the level of depression or anxiety in the experimental group.

        지역사회 거주 치매 노인의 신체활동 부족 영향요인 : 2014 노인실태조사 활용

        Objectives : This study aimed to identify the factors influencing insufficient physical activity in community-dwelling elderly individuals with dementia. Methods : Data were analyzed using a 2014 Survey of Living Conditions of Elderly Individuals. Metabolic Equivalent Task (MET) hours were calculated using self-reported weekly frequency, duration, and types of physical activities to measure the degree of physical activity. Results : Mean MET hours were 4.03 ± 8.59. Factors influencing insufficient physical activity included limitations in activities of daily living (ADL), lower frequency of social group participation and unsatisfactory relationships with friends or community. When demographic factors were adjusted, patients with ADL limitation had 11.2 times higher risks of insufficient physical activities than those without. Conclusions : Community-dwelling elderly with dementia performed low levels of physical activity. Further research is needed to develop strategies to encourage physical activity participation in this population.

        아웃도어 스포츠 온라인 카페의 커뮤니티 특성과 커뮤니티 몰입, 커뮤니티 만족 및 커뮤니티 애호도의 구조적 관계

        This study has a main purpose that closely examines the structural relationship among community characteristics, community commitment, community satisfaction, and community loyalty of outdoor sports online cafe. In order to achieve it, the sample from sports category user of internet portal cafe were accumulated by using convenience sampling. The samples were 1000 people. and we excluded unsuitable sheet like that were decided as untrustful one and an omission and unclear. So the final samples were 273 people. On the basis of that, The statistical techniques, spss 23.0 and amos 23.0 program have been used for the analysis as per research purpose. The statistical analysis used in the research for a data analysis includes frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The research has drawn the following conclusions, based on the above mentioned research method and its procedures: First, The community characteristics influences community commitment. Second, The community characteristics influences community satisfaction. Third, The community commitment influences community loyalty. Fourth, The community satisfaction influences community loyalty.

        역사 교과서 탐구활동 분석․평가 연구 - 중학교 『역사(상) 』고려 단원을 중심으로 -

        The goal of this study is to examine the qualities of historical inquiry activities in the middle school history textbooks in use and to provide evaluation criteria as well as production guidelines for better activities. To achieve the goal, we began to analyze the current history textbook activities based on the operational definition of historical inquiry as a process in which student understand and experience inquiry methods as historians do in parts or in whole. The analysis results include that the various subject and content of historical inquiry activities appear to be presented appropriately although a number of activities fail for students to engage in historical inquiry process. To enhance the quality of historical inquiry activities in history textbooks, we provide several suggestions regarding meaningful queries for active historical interpretation and activity composition with which students' experience should be organized in terms of the intention, aims and processes of the historical inquiry. Furthermore, the use of non-textual materials should be incorporated in activities for students to involve in diverse forms of inquiry materials.

        공동주택에 대한 부위별 공사비 산정에 관한 연구 - 사례 H사의 실행단가를 중심으로 한 연구 -

        본 연구의 목적은 사례 H사의 실행단가를 적용하여 사례대상 공동주택의 부위별 공사비를 산정 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 실적공사비제도, 표준품셈제도, 공사비지수에 대해 고찰하고, 현행 공동주택 공사비 산정 방식의 문제점을 분석하였다. 다음으로 사례 H사가 시행한 공동주택 사례를 선정하여 부위별 분류체계를 정립한 후 하도급 업체와 거래한 실행단가를 분류하였다. 위와 같은 과정을 통하여 공동주택의 부위별 공사비 분류표를 작성하고, 이에 대한 활용방안을 제시하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법으로 연구한 결론은 다음과 같다 첫째, 공동주택의 부위별 분류 체계를 정립하였고, 둘째, 부위별 분류 체계에 따른 공사비 분류표를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to estimate elemental costs of an apartment building. The adapted research method includes a case study from $^{\circ}{\AE}H^{\circ}{\phi}$ construction company. The results of this study are as follows: 1) An elemental cost format of an apartment building is proposed, 2) An elemental cost table based on a case study of $^{\circ}{\AE}H^{\circ}{\phi}$ construction company is suggested.

        Influence of Diaphragmatic Mobility on Hypercapnia in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

        A reduction in diaphragm mobility has been identified in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and has been associated with a decline in pulmonary function parameters. However, little information exists regarding the potential role of diaphragm mobility on hypercapnia in COPD. A new method of assessing the mobility of the diaphragm, using ultrasound, has recently been validated. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between diaphragm mobility and pulmonary function parameters, as well as that between arterial blood gas values and diaphragm mobility, in COPD patients. Thirty seven COPD patients were recruited for pulmonary function test, arterial blood gas analysis and diaphragm mobility using ultrasound to measure the craniocaudal displacement of the left branch of the portal vein. There were significant negative correlations between diaphragmatic mobility and P_aCO_2 (r = -0.373,P = 0.030). Diaphragmatic mobility correlated with airway obstruction (FEV_1, r = 0.415,P = 0.011) and with ventilatory capacity (FVC, r = 0.302, P = 0.029; MVV, r = 0.481,P = 0.003). Diaphragmatic mobility also correlated significantly with pulmonary hyperinflation. No relationship was observed between diaphragm mobility and P_aO_2 (r =-0.028, P = 0.873). These findings support a possibility that the reduction in diaphragm mobility relates to hypercapnia in COPD patients.

        내부정합된 GaN - HEMT를 이용한 2.65 GHz Doherty 전력증폭기

        This paper presents a 2.65 GHz Doherty power amplifier with internally-matched GaN HEMT. Internal matching circuits were adopted to match its harmonic impedances inside the package. Simultaneously, due to the partially matched fundamental impedance, input and output matching networks become simpler. Bond wires and parasitic elements of transistor package were predicted by EM simulation. For the LTE signal with 6.5 dB PAPR, the implemented Doherty power amplifier shows a power gain of 13.0 dB, a saturated output power of 55.4 dBm, an efficiency of 49.1 %, and ACLR of —26.3 dBc at 2.65 GHz with an operating voltage of 48 V. 본 논문에서는 내부 정합된 GaN-HEMT를 이용하여 2.65 GHz에서 동작하는 Doherty 전력증폭기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 패키지 내부의 정합회로는 고조파 임피던스를 정합하기 위해 적용되었다. 동시에 기본주파수 임피던스가 부분적으로 정합되기 때문에 입력 및 출력 외부 정합회로는 간단해진다. 트랜지스터 패키지의 본드 와이어와 기생 성분은 EM 시뮬레이션을 통해 예측되었다. Doherty 전력증폭기는 48 V의 동작 전압을 인가하였으며, 6.5 dB의 PAPR을 갖는 LTE 신호에 대해 2.65 GHz에서 13.0 dB의 전력이득, 55.4 dBm의 포화전력, 49.1 %의 효율 및 —26.3 dBc의 ACLR 특성을얻었다.

      • FIB 신뢰성 평가를 위한 나노패턴의 설계 및 측정

        FIB (Focused ion beam) system is one of the most important equipments for the nano-scale machining. Various researches have been performed, since it can etch the material and deposit 3-D structure with high-aspect-ratio in the nanometer scale. In spite of those researches, the definite method for the reliability of FIB system has not been reported. In this paper, we proposed the reliability assessment method through nano-pattern fabrication. In the fabricated nano-pattern, the characteristics of FIB system are included. Using this effect, we tried to assess the FIB reliability. First, we suggested reliability assessment items and nano-patterns. And, to know the suitableness of the proposed method, we fabricated several nano-patterns using Nova200(FEI Company) and SMI2050(SEIKO) which are FIB apparatuses. The fabricated nano-patterns are measured with SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and compared with designed dimensions. And the compared results showed that the proposed method is suitable for the assessment of FIB system reliability.
