To assess the change in left ventricular function after hospital discharge, 57 patients with acute myocardial infarction were studied before discharge and 26 of them after discharge as well with either or both of treadmill test and radionuclide ventriculography(RNV). Follow-up study patients were 2g men with mean age of 53.1. Their infarct locations were anterior in 16 cases, inferior in 8 cases and anterior and inferior in 2 cases; 21 cases were in Killip class I, 3 cases in II, and 2 cases in III. Follow-up study was performed 2~19 months(mean 7.3 months) after acute myocardial infarction. The results were as follows: 1) Predischarge study showed that a relationship is present between regional wall motion abnormality, Killip class, peak serum CK and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF). 2) Predischarge and follow-up treadmill tests showed no significant change. 3) Follow-up RNV showed worsening of regional wall motion only in 1 case: Other cases showed either improvement or no change in regional wall motion. 4) Overall patients showed a significant increase in LVEF on follow-up. By location, only anterior infarction showed a significant increase in LVEF. 5) Killip class I patients showed a significant increase in LVEF on follow-up. 6) Most cases in this study were uncomplicated myocardial infarction and they showed improved LV function(suggested by RNV) on follow-up. Treadmill test also seems to be valuable for evaluationg improvement in exercise capacity on follow-up. So it is recomended that treadmill test or RNV be performed after discharge to evaluate change in LV function objectively.

1. Need and Aim The present study aimed at finding a solution to the problems of supervisory activities by analyzing the differences between the role expectations and role performances, of the supervisors, as there are great possibilities to lose the essential functions of supervisor's activities if the differences between the two are much greater. Supervisor's activities are devided in 5 areas: 1) educational planning and research, 2) instruction, 3) guidance, 4) administration and management and 5) community and personal relations. 2. Objects and Methods The study was broadly encompassed 493 persons from Kyungnam Province, of whom 384 are teachers (Including principals and viceprincipals) and 109are supervisors. Statistical significance of the mean difference between the role expectation and the role performance was tested N, % M, SD, LSD and analyzed between expectations and expectations, performances and performances, and expectations and performances. 3. Results In the all 5 areas of the supervisory activities, there were significant mean differences between the role expectations and role performances at p<0.01. There was no meaning in the differences between expectations and expectations, but there was great meaning in the differences between performances and performances. 4. Proposals Suggestions 1) To heighen the technical quality of supervisors, there must in-service training and qualifying system. 2) To be fruitful in the supervisory functions as a technical advisor, there must be great increase in supervisory personels. 3) All binds of odd duties except technical ones mast be eliminated frown the supervisor's daily tasks. 4) To heighten the legal and administrative position and authority of the supervisory personels, there must be politic considerations and expansions in financial aids.

This research focuses on the relationships between organizational commitment and its antecedent variables. The researcher sampled and surveyed the employee in nine companies in Korean electronic industry. And the valid questionnaires being recollected totaled to 1,016. The statistical methods used were factor analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. The research has some major findings which are of both theoretical and empirical importance: 1. Demographic and organizational variables(e.g., sex, age, education level material status, position, department, tenure and job category) do affect individuals' work values and organizational commitment. 2. Individuals' work values and organizational commitment are found to be significant among compaines being studied. This phenomenon is caused, on the behavioral point of view, not by the company-size but by the climate-type of each company. 3. Most dimensions of work values leadership style and job satisfaction are correlated with organizational commitment. 4. Besides the main effects, work values and leadership style may have interaction effect to organizational commitment. 5. Most dimensions of leadership style and job satisfaction can predict organizstional commitment with great confidence; however, all the dimensions of work values are weak in predicting organational commitment.

本 硏究는 構造化 定理를 適用하여 非構造化 프로그램을 構造化 프로그램으로 變換하는 方法과 圖解法을 提示하고 確率代數를 利用하여 構造化 프로그램을 代數式으로 表現하는 그 妥當性을 檢討하였다. 또 프로그램 信賴度 標準値를 設定하고 이를 利用하여 소프트웨어 信賴度 計算 및 評價順序에 의거 信賴度를 計算하고 評價하는 事例를 適用해 보았다. This study suggests transfoming method and analytical method converting unstructured program into structured program applying structured theory. Using probability algebra the feasibility has been evaluated by expressing structured program algebra. Example in this paper also shows calculating and evaluating the software reliability using program reliability standard value.

Left ventricular volume would be useful in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with various heart diseases. So we measured left ventricular volume index using gated blood pool nuclear cardiac angiography which was easy to perform, non-invasive, and capable of repetitive studies. These left ventricular volume indices were compared with left ventricular volumes by quantitative cardiac cine-angiography and the results were as follows, 1) The correlation coefficient between left ventricular volume indices and left ventricular volumes was 0.829 (P〈0.001). 2) The correlation coefficient between left ventricular volume indices and absolute left ventricular volumes which were obtained by measurement of cardiac output of patients. 3) There were good correlation in intraobserver and interobserver analysis.
