        교육기관 사인시스템의 평가요소가 유용성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of evaluation factors on the usefulness of Education Institution's Sign System. Because we’ve found that the sign system of the university has not provided useful information to the visitors or students who needed to find the appropriate information. For the empirical analysis, we’ve adopted usefulness, discrimination, harmonization, esthetics and comfortability as 5 evaluation factors through prior research. As for the result of factor analysis, aesthetics and comfortability were excluded from regression analysis due to low convergent validity. Further, the survey was conducted through direct experiment after establishing the hypothesis that "discrimination and harmonization will have an effect on the usefulness." As for the result of regression analysis, discrimination will not have an effect while harmonization will have a positive effect on the usefulness. Therefore, in order to improve the usefulness of the sign system, the design elements (color, font, layout and etc.) should be well integrated with the building and the exterior forms need to be harmonized. The results of this study will be used as basic data for the construction of the sign system of the educational institution. Therefore, further studies are recommended. 본 연구는 대학캠퍼스의 사인시스템이 처음 방문하는 방문객 및 재학생들에게 정보를 유용하게 전달되지 못하고 있다는 것에 주목하고 사인시스템의 평가요소가 유용성에 미치는 영향에 관하여 규명하고자한다. 연구방법은 선행연구 고찰을 통해 유용성, 차별성, 조화성, 심미성, 쾌적성의 평가요소를 선정하였지만 심미성, 쾌적성은 수렴 유효성이 낮아 다중회귀분석에서 제외되었다. 또한 “차별성, 조화성은 유용성에 영향을 미친다”의 가설을 설정 후, 직접실험을 통해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 가설1(차별성)은 기각, 가설2(조화성)는 채택되었다. 대학캠퍼스 사인시스템의 유용성을 높이기 위해서는 디자인적인 요소(색채, 폰트, 레이아웃 등)와 외부적인 형태 등의 통일성 확보 및 건축물과의 조화가 잘 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구결과는 교육기관 사인시스템 제작에 있어 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 것이며, 향후 교육기관의 사인시스템에 관한 후속 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지기를 기대한다.

        사골동에 발생한 점막연관림프조직 림프종 1예

        Most of nasal cavity or paranasal sinuses lymphoma reported in Korea is either diffuse large Bcelllymphoma or natural killer/T-cell lymphoma. There are only three cases of mucosa-associatedlymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALTOMA), which has so far been reported only in a Koreajournal and all of which have occurred in the nasal cavity and in the turbinate. We experienced acase of MALTOMA of ethmoid sinus extending to the orbital cavity. It was confirmed by thefindings of immunohistochemical staining (positive with CD20, Bcl-2, and Granzyme B, negativewith CD5, CD56, Bcl-6 and Cyclin D1). The patient underwent radiation therapy and thelesion was successfully resolved without recurrence for 16 months.

        주기변동하는 합성입구유동이 난류경계층에 미치는 영향

        Large eddy simulation (LES) has been popularly applied and used in the last several decades to implement the atmospheric environment of a turbulent boundary layer in the numerical domain. One of its representative applications would be the development of wind turbines and farms under the turbulent boundary layer. A fully developed turbulent boundary layer is also applied to predict the flow around the wake behind bluff bodies such as wind turbines and aerodynamic structures. In this study, we aimed to generate an artificial turbulent boundary layer in the numerical domain, which can be made by a synthetic method of inflow generation. In order to get an appropriate, well-developed boundary layer in a three-dimensional domain, this generation method has been coupled with oscillating flow, which was expected to make faster convergence in the calculation. To make an effective flow analysis, a hexahedral mesh was been and Cholesky decomposition was applied to possess turbulent statistics such as the randomness and correlation of turbulent flow. As a result, the flow characteristics in the domain are very close to the calculation without the oscillating flow.

        대기압이하의 저압력 동작이 요구되는 대형 KrF 레이저 증폭기의 여기특성을 규명하기 위한 에너지 손실형 Monte Carlo 시뮬레이션 코드를 개발하였다. 대형 여기 체적을 갖는 전자 빔 여기방식의 증폭기 조건에서 고에너지 전자 빔의 레이저 가스내 비정 및 여기에너지의 공간분포등을 계산하였다. Monte Carlo simulation program has been developed for the investigation of excitation process in large scale KrF laser amplifier with lower pressure operation(<1 atm). For the large volume amplifier system excited by electron beam, the transportation of high-energy electrons and the spatial distribution of energy deposition in the laser gas medium were described.

        A Study of the Industrial Competitive Pressures on Firms’ Product Innovation: Moderating Effects of International Joint Venture

        We investigate the influence of various industrial factors on the product innovation performance of Korean manufacturing firms. While the resource-based perspective and industry-based perspective have established that both firm- and industry-level factors are relevant for firms' level of innovation, little is known about the extent to which the internal capabilities of a firm interact with the industrial environment in which the firm resides in. With a sample of 197 Korean manufacturing firms, this paper seeks to contribute to the literature by identifying industrial factors that can enhance or reduce the level of product innovations. Furthermore, our analysis indicates that the external linkages to foreign knowledge can play a vital role in coping with such competitive pressures, which in turn increase a firm's innovation performance.

        One day post-natal male chicks were divided into two experimental groups: AM and PM sacrificed groups. Of the AM group, 3 chicks per hour were injected with 3H-thymidine at one hour intervals throughout the day starting from 5:00 AM, and every chick was dispatched at 6:00AM next morning. Likewise, the injection of the PM chicks was started from 2:00 PM and dispatched at 3:00 PM next day. Each duodenum was removed and subjected into autoradiography and the cell cycle and its par?ameters of duodenal crypts were determined and discussed in relation to reports that dealt with similar subjects. The results reported distinctly demonstrate the circadian rhythm in the parameters analyzed. Callular proliferation activity was more prminent in PM chicks than in AM chicks. Labelling index of PM chicks (30.4%) was significantly greater than that of AM chicks (20.7%) and the duration of S phase of PM chicks was lesser than that of AM chicks. The generation time of PM chicks was significantly shorter than that of AM chicks and the dif?ference between the duration of Gx phases of AM and PM groups might account mainly for the circadian influence.
