        유산균 생산 후 폐기되는 부산물 첨가 사료의 급이가 잉어(Cyprinus carpio)의 성장률, 선천성 면역, 면역연관 유전자 발현 및 항균효과에 미치는 영향

        This study has been performed to investigate the potential effects of by-product discarded after probiotics production (BPPP) on growth performance, immune gene expression, innate-immunity status, and disease resistance of carp, Cyprinus carpio. For 3 weeks, carp were fed four diets containing different levels of BPPP at 0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5% per kg of normal diet. Every 7 days of feeding, immune-related gene expression, serum lysozyme activity and ACH<sub>50</sub> were analyzed. Growth rates and challenge test with E. tarda were conducted after 3 weeks of BPPP feeding. Both lysozyme activity and ACH<sub>50</sub> were significantly (p<0.05) increased in all BPPP supplemented groups compared to the control at every 7 day for 3 weeks of feeding trial. The gene expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-1β and TNF-α was significantly (p<0.05) up-regulated until 21 days of feeding in all groups except for 0.2% group on day 7 post feeding. The anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 gene expression was only significantly (p<0.05) increased in 0.1% group on day 7 and decreased (p<0.05) on day 14 in all BPPP supplemented groups. On day 21, the IL-10 gene expression was augmented (p<0.05) in all groups. SOD gene expression was significantly (p<0.05) increased compared to the control on day 14 and 21 post feeding, whereas no significant difference was observed on day 7. In challenging test, 0.2%, 0.1%, 0.5% and control group showed 80%, 70%, 60% and 40% of survival rate, respectively. Feed conversion rate was only improved in 0.5% group. In conclusion, the present study indicates that dietary BPPP suplementation improved growth performance, innate immune response and bactericidal activity in carp.

        LonWorks를 이용한 분산 지능 제어를 위한 통신 모듈의 설계 및 구현

        본 논문은 애쉴론(Echelon)사의 LonWorks 기술을 이용하여 분산 지능 제어를 위한 LonWorks 통신 모듈 설계 및 구현에 대하여 논한다. LonWorks 통신 모듈은 하드웨어와 펌웨어(firmware)로 나눌 수 있다. 첫 번째, 하드웨어는 센서가 부착된 마이크로컨트롤러 부분과 제어와 데이터 네트워크를 함께 운용할 수 있는 LonWorks 구성요소이다. 즉, 뉴런 칩(neuron chip), 마이크로컨트롤러, 트랜시버(transceiver), LONCard로 구성되어 있다. 두 번째, 운용 펌웨어는 노드빌더(NodeBuilder) 3.0 개발 툴을 이용한 뉴런 C이다. 제작 구현된 LonWorks 통신 모듈은 LTM-10A, Gizmo 4 I/O board, 병렬 I/O 인터페이스를 이용하여 사전 테스트하였다. 그리고 필드 테스트를 위하여 마이크로컨트롤러 부분은 하이퍼터미널(HyperTerminal)을 이용하여 테스트하였고, 데이터 네트워크의 통신 절차는 윈도우즈용 LonMaker 툴을 이용하여 짧은 메시지를 송$.$수신하여 확인하였다. 이로써 LON(Local Operating Network)은 지능 디바이스를 가진 분산형 제어 기술을 사용하여 대형 제어시스템을 소형화할 수 있다. In this paper, we describes the design and implementation of LonWorks communication module for distributed intelligent control using LonWorks technology of Echelon. LonWorks communication module can be divided hardware and firmware. First, hardwares is divided into microcontroller attaching sensors and LonWorks components for working together control network and data network. Hardwares are consisted of neuron chip, microcontroller, transceiver, LONCard. Second, operating firmware is realized with neuron C using NodeBulider 3.0 development tool. Produced and implemented LonWorks communication module is pretested using LTM-10A, Gizmo 4 I/O board, parallel I/O Interface. For field test, microcontroller module part is tested by HyperTerminal, communication procedure in data network is certified by transmitting and receiving short message using LonMaker for Windows tool. Herewith, LON technology is based on network communication technique using LonWorks.

        Schwannoma of the stomach is a rare controversial neoplasm which requires extensive studies to clarify its nature as a stromal tumor or leiomyoma. We describe the pathologic, immunohistochemical, and ultrastructural characteristics of schwannoma of the stomach in a 33-year-old woman. The tumor was a well-circumscribed submucosal mass located in the posterior wall of the midbody of the stomach. Microscopically, the cells were made up of fasciculating bundles of spindle cells featured with peripheral lymphoid cell cuffing. The tumor cells revealed a diffuse, strong immunoreactivity to S-100 protein and vimentin, but were negative to desmin and smooth muscle actin. They also had a focal positive reaction to glial fibrillary acidic protein. Ultrastructurally, many tumor cells showed a number of thin, elongated and interdigitating dendritic-cell-like processes, distinctly uniformed basal laminae, frequent cellular attachments, and microfilaments. These findings support the schwannian nature of the tumor.

        인대 불안정성이 동반된 말기 족근 관절염 환자의 자가 인대 재건술과 인공관절 치환술의 치료 결과

        Purpose: We report the clinical and radiographic result of ligament reconstruction using plantaris and total ankle replacement in end-stage ankle arthritis with ankle instability. Materials and Methods: The study is based on the 9 cases among total 48 patients of end-stage ankle arthritis that were treated with total ankle prosthesis and ligament reconstruction from 2007 to 2009 at least 12 months follow-up. We evaluated the VAS (Visual analogue scale) pain score, AOFAS (American orthopedic foot and ankle society) score and radiographic measurements. Results: Average age was 59.4 years (53~67 years) old. VAS pain score improved from preoperative average $8.2{\pm}0.9$ (range, 7~10) to $2.7{\pm}1.7$ (range, 0~6) and the AOFAS score improved from $46.4{\pm}14.6$ points (range, 23~69) to $80.1{\pm}9.3$ points (range, 65~95) at final follow-up. Anterior draw test improved $15.2{\pm}3.4$ mm (range, 12~23 mm) to $8.8{\pm}2.6$ mm (range, 6~13mm), varus stress test improved from $13.9{\pm}4.6^{\circ}$ (range, $10-18^{\circ}$) to $6.2{\pm}4.7^{\circ}$ (range, $2-18^{\circ}$) at final follow up. Conclusion: Plantaris ligament reconstruction is good option as part of the management of ankle instability with end-stage ankle arthritis. We achieved good clinical and radiographic results.

        전화번호에 대응하는 한국어 별명 생성을 위한 전화기 한글 자판과 생성 방안

        통신 수단이 엄청나게 발전한 지금, 대부분의 사람들은 2-3개의 전화번호를 가지고 있어 개인마다 기억해야 할 전화번호의 수가 굉장히 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 전화번호를 쉽게 기억할 수 있는 방법이 적실히 필요하다. 기존의 방법은 "빨리빨리", "이사이사"와 같이 4글자 한 단어의 초성과 숫자의 우리 말 음과 유사한 글자를 이용하여 전화번호에 대응하는 한국어 별명을 사용하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 모든 전화번호에 대한 한글 단어를 생성하지 못하여 몇 개의 전화번호에 대해서만 사용이 가능하다. 본 논문은 한글의 타건수를 줄임과 동시에 전화번호를 외우기 쉬운 한글 별명으로의 생성을 동시에 고려한 전화기 한글 자판을 제안한다. 또한 모는 4자리 전화번호에 대응하는 한국어 변명의 생성 방법을 제안하고 3자리 혹은 4자리 국번을 포함한 7자리 혹은 7자리 전화번호에 대한 한국어 별명을 생성할 수 있는 한국어 별명의 형태론 제시한다.있는 한국어 별명의 형태론 제시한다. With the enormous advance of communication technology, telephone numbers to be memorized is increased because most people have a lot of telephone numbers. Thus it needs a method for people to easily memorize those telephone numbers. A traditional method is to use Korean nickname by 4 syllable Korean words such as "Pal -li Pal-li," "Yi- sa Yi-sa" whose initial sounds are corresponding to Korean sounds of telephone numbers. However, this method does not apply to all the telephone numbers, and only apply to a few telephone numbers. This paper proposed a Hangul-phone keyboard (TELNICK) considering the reduction of finger's moving distance and the number of strokes, and the generation of Korean nicknames for easy memorizing. This paper also proposes a method to generate many Korean nicknames that can correspond to 4-digit or 3-digit telephone numbers by using TELNICK keyboard and presents the form of Korean nicknames that can correspond to 7-digit or 8-digit telephone numbers.t telephone numbers.

        F-76 선박용 디젤유 및 JP-8 항공유 입자상물질의 광학 및 물리적 특성에 대한 실험적 연구

        F-76 선박용 디젤유와 JP-8 항공유의 연소과정에서 발생되는 입자상물질(PM)의 무차원 광소멸계수를 Transmission Cell를 이용하여 측정하였다. 무차원 광소멸계수의 측정방식은 각각 광원의 파장길이가 633 nm와 853 nm인 대역에서 중력식 필터법에 의해 채집된 PM의 농도와 광학적 방법에 의해 측정된 PM의 농도를 비교하는 방법을 통해 이루어졌다. 광원의 파장길이, 633 nm 대역에서 측정된 무차원 광소멸계수는 F-76의 연료에서 발생된 PM의 경우 8.8인 반면 JP-8 연로부터 생성된 PM의 경우 9.8이였다. 한편 광원 파장길이가 853 nm로 증가함에 따라 두 연료 모두에서 발생된 PM의 무차원 광소멸계수는 각각 8.2 (F-76)와 8.8 (JP-8)로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. The dimensionless extinction constants of particulate matter for F-76 diesel and JP-8 aviation fuels were measured at both 633 nm and 853 nm in the transmission cell where the simultaneous gravimetric measurement of PM concentration is compared to the light extinction measurement. For the F-76 diesel PM, the average value of the dimensionless extinction constants at 633 nm was 8.8 whereas that of the dimensionless extinction constants for JP-8 was 9.8 at the same wavelength. As the wavelength is increased to 853 nm, the average value for the F-76 diesel was reduced to 8.2 whereas that for JP-8 was decreased to 8.9.

        친환경 선박용 재료인 탄소나노물질의 합성에 관한 연구

        이 연구에서는 친환경 선박용 재료로 각광받는 탄소나노물질에 대하여 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 탄소나노물질의 합성을 위한 열원으로서는 대향류 메탄 화염을 이용하였다. 탄소나노물질 합성을 위한 촉매로서는 페로센을 사용하였다. 합성 특성을 파악하기 위한 주요 파라메타로는 대향류 메탄 화염에 수소의 혼합 비율과 샘플링 위치를 변화시켰다. 탄소나노물질의 성향은 SEM과 TEM 이미지를 이용하여 결정되었다. 실험 결과로서는 수소의 혼합 비율이 증가할수록 탄소나노물질의 생성이 잘 이루어졌다. 또한 대향류 메탄 확산화염 내 탄소나노튜브의 생성을 위한 적정 온도로는 1500 K 정도가 적당하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, experimental studies were performed for the carbon nanomaterial(CNM) which is catching on as a material for eco-ship. The opposed-flow methane flame was used as a heat source for synthesis of CNM. Ferrocene was used as a catalyst for the synthesis of CNM. These major parameters were $H_2$ mixing rate and sampling positions that synthesize CNMs in opposed-flow diffusion flames. The propensities of CNMs were experimentally determined using SEM and TEM images. The experimental result showed that the amount of CNTs was increased with increasing $H_2$ concentration. It can also be found that the optimal temperature in opposed-flow methane flame for synthesis of CNT was about 1500 K.

        한국식물병명목록의 연간 현황 보고(6.2판, 2024년 개정본)

        한국식물병리학회는 2009년부터 식물병명심의위원회를 구성하여 체계적으로 식물병명과 관련 용어를 검토하고 결정해 왔다. 위원회는 2022년에 한국식물병명목록 6판을 출판했으며, 이 목록은 온라인으로도 공개되었다. 온라인 데이터베이스의 운영을 통해 사용자의 접근성, 업데이트 속도, 다른 데이터베이스와의 연계성이 향상되었다. 이러한 장점을 바탕으로 2023년에는 1년만에 추가된 신규 병명과 기존 병명에 대한 수정 사항을 반영한 목록 6.1판을 보고하였다. 2024년에도 같은 방식으로 정리하여 목록 6.2판을 보고하게 되었다. 목록 6.2판에는 최종적으로 1,432종의 기주에 대해 2,503개 분류군의 병원체가 일으키는 6,765가지 병이 수록되었다. 목록 6.2판은 PDF 본으로 2024년에 발간될 예정이다. 한편, 온라인 데이터베이스의 공개 이후 해결해야 할 몇 가지 도전과 과제가 생겨났다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 현대적이고 표준화된 병명 작명 규칙과 신규 병명 등재 체계 등을 고안할 필요가 있다. 앞으로 더 신뢰할 수 있는 목록을 만들기 위해서 식물병리학회 다양한 구성원들의 열린 소통과 협력이 요구된다. Since 2009, the Korean Society of Plant Pathology has established the Committee on Common Names of Plant Disease to systematically review and determine plant disease names and related terminologies. The committee published the 6th edition of the List of Plant Diseases in Korea (LPDK) in 2022, and the list has been made publicly accessible online. The online database has significantly enhanced user accessibility, expedited update processes, and improved interoperability with other databases. As a result, the 6.1 edition of the list was released by online LPDK in 2023, detailing new disease names added over the preceding year and revisions to existing names. Subsequently, in 2024, the 6.2 edition was published, encompassing 6,765 diseases caused by 2,503 pathogen taxa across 1,432 host species. The public release of the online database has, however, introduced several challenges and tasks. Addressing these issues necessitates the development of modern, standardized nomenclature guidelines and a robust system for the registration of new disease names. Open communication and collaboration among the diverse members of the Korean Society of Plant Pathology are required to ensure the reliability of the LPDK.

        미소중력 환경내의 벽면 근방 확산 화염 특성에 관한 수치 해석

        Characteristics of a laminar diffusion flame placed near wall in microgravity have been numerically analyzed in a two-dimension. The fuel for the flame is $C_2H_4$. The flame is initiated by imposing a high temperature ignition source. The flow field, temperature field, and flame shape in microgravity diffusion flame are detailed. Especially, effects of surrounding air velocity and fuel injection velocity on the microgravity diffusion flame have been discussed accounting for standoff distance. And, the effect of curvature rate has been also studied. The results showed that velocities in a diffusion flame were overshoot because of volumetric expansion and distribution of temperature showed regularity by free-buoyancy This means that the diffusion flame in microgravity is very stable, while the flame in normal gravity is not regular and unstable due to buoyancy. Standoff distance decreases with increase in surrounding air velocity and with decrease in fuel injection velocity. With increasing curvature rate, the position of reaction rate moves away the wall.

      • 팬톰을 이용한 전산화 단층촬영방법에 따른 재현성에 대한 고찰

        Purpose: CT scan shows that significant tumor movement occurs in lesions located in the proximity of the heart, diaphragm, and lung hilus. There are differences concerning three kinds of type to get images following the Scan type called Axial, Helical, Cine (4D-CT) mode, when the scanning by CT. To know how each protocol describe accurately, this paper is going to give you reappearance using the moving phantom. Materials and Methods: To reconstruct the movement of superior-inferior and anterior-posterior, the manufactured moving phantom and the motor following breathing were used. To distinguish movement from captured images by CT scanning, a localizer adhered to the marker on the motor. The moving phantom fixed the movement of superior-inferior upon 1.3 cm /1 min. The motor following breathing fixed the movement of anterior-posterior upon 0.2 cm /1 min. After fixing each movement, CT scanning was taken by following the CT protocols. The movement of A localizer and volume-reappearance analyzed by RTP machine. Results: Total volume of a marker was 88.2 $cm^3$ considering movement of superior-inferior. Total volume was 184.3 $cm^3$. Total volume according to each CT scan protocol were 135 $cm^3$ by axial mode, 164.9 $cm^3$ by helical mode, 181.7 $cm^3$ by cine (4D-CT) mode. The most closely describable protocol about moving reappearance was cine mode, the marker attached localizer as well. Conclusion: CT scan should reappear concerning a exact organ-description and target, when the moving organ is being scanned by three kinds of CT protocols. The cine (4D-CT) mode has the advantage of the most highly reconstructible ability of the three protocols in reappearance of the marker using a moving phantom. The marker on the phantom has always regular motion but breathing patients don't move like a phantom. Breathing education and devices setting patients were needed so that images reconstruct breathing as exactly as possible. Users should also consider that an amount of radiation to patients is being bombed.
