근대적 학문체계의 성립과 서양철학 수용의 특징

This paper tries to investigate the formation process and characteristics of modern philosophical system in Korea. For this, the author begins to explore’How we have to see the modernity in Korea’. Then he presents the Japanese adoption of western philosophy and Japanese colonial policy. On the one hand, the formation process and characteristics of modem philosophical system in Korea was determined partly by the japanese colonial policy, on the other hand it was determined partly by the philosophical contents in Japan. In this connection, this paper illuminates contents and characteristics of adoption of western philosophy. Korean philosophers such as Shin Nam-Chul, Pak Chong-Hong tried to make a modern korean philosophy, although they accepted western philosophy through Japan. Therefore we have to valuate their works positively. Finally, the author examines the importance of translation in the process of modernization in Japan and Korea. The characteristics of the translation were changed according to the historical stages, and changing characteristics mean shifts in political, cultural interaction and hegemony. Therefore Korean modernity can be defined as ’triple -translated modernity’ influenced by West, China and Japan.

중소기업자간 경쟁제품 지정제도의 문제점 및 개선방안

본 보고서에서는 중소기업자간 경쟁제품 지정제도는 특정 품목에 대해 중소기업자만 공공조달시장 진입을 허용하는 제도로 3년마다 품목을 지정한다. 2007년 공공조달시장 중소기업 지원제도가 단체수의계약제도에서 중소기업자간 경쟁제품 지정제도로 전환된 이후 9년간 시행중이다. 한경연은 “중소기업 보호의 긍정적 측면에도 불구하고 특정 품목을 지정해 대기업, 중견기업 진입을 차단함으로써 조달시장의 경쟁을 저해하는 문제를 안고 있다”고 지적했다. 공공조달의존도가 높을수록 중소기업 매출성장률이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 2011년부터 2013년까지 1,172개 표본기업의 매출액 대비 공공조달실적 비율을 분석한 결과, 공공조달의존도가 높을수록 중소기업 매출성장률이 감소하는 것으로 분석됐다. 이에 대해 연구를 수행한 김재현 중견기업연구원 연구위원은 “중소기업자간 경쟁제품 시장 내에서 조달의존도가 높은 중소기업들이 민간시장을 공공시장으로 대체하는 구축효과에 따른 현상”이라고 해석했다. 김 연구위원은 “독점 판로지원 방식이 오히려 중소기업의 성장을 둔화시키고 있다”며, “대기업?중견기업과의 경쟁을 허용해 이들의 성장을 견인해야 한다”고 주장했다. 해외 공공조달시장에서의 중소기업 지원제도의 경우, 미국은 일정 금액구간을 설정해 중소기업에 할당하고 있고, 일본은 국가에서 지정한 중소기업 적격조합에 수의계약 특혜를 부여하고 있으나 의무사항이 아닌 선택사항으로 우리에 비해 느슨한 지원체계를 갖추고 있다. 또 EU는 조달시장에서 중소기업에 특혜를 제공하는 별도 규정이 없으며, 사회적 기업이나 사회공헌 기업에 입찰참가 시 가점 부여 제도 등을 시행하고 있다. 이에 대해 한경연은 “중소기업자간 경쟁제품 지정제도 개선방안으로 조달시장의 경쟁확대를 위해 공급집중이 크게 나타나는 상위 금액구간 계약에 대기업과 중견기업의 참여를 허용해야 한다”고 주장했다. 이밖에도 미국제도와 같이 계약특성에 따라 중소-중견-대기업이 함께 참여하는 방안을 제안했다. 김 연구위원은 “중소기업자간 경쟁제품으로 지정된 품목이라 하더라도 조달계약의 특성에 따라 중견기업과 대기업의 참여를 허용할 필요가 있다”며, “이를 위해 조달물품 중 높은 품질등급이나 안전등급이 필요한 계약에 대해 중소기업과 중견 및 대기업의 공동참여를 위한 명확한 규정마련이 필요하다”고 주장했다. 2011년부터 2013년까지 조달청 중앙조달실적자료를 분석한 결과, 중소기업자 간 경쟁제품 계약에서 상위 기업의 집중도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 상위 10% 계약 금액 구간 내에서는, 전체 품목 중 상위 1위 기업의 공급 집중도가 50%가 넘는 품목이 절반에 달했다. 이는 금액이 높은 계약의 경우 상위 기업의 공급집중도가 심화되었다는 의미다. 대표적으로 콘크리트파일 품목의 경우, 2013년 1위 기업의 공급 집중도가 약 64.9%로 나타났다.

가상 공간에서의 교회 모임에 대한 성서학적 근거에 관한 연구 - 성전신학을 중심으로 -

Since the post-corona era, many studies have been conducted on the post-corona situation, the concept of uncontact, or non-contact meetings. In this situation, this article tries to explore the biblical basis for worship using remote video such as zoom and worship in the metaverse space in the post-corona era, but in particular, this biblical basis is called “temple theology” to try to find it. A correct biblical-theological understanding of the temple will reaffirm the biblical basis for non-contact and video worship today. The form of the temple has been constantly changing. This form of transformation can contribute to changing the past concept of understanding a building as a temple, and contributing to breaking the prejudice that church meetings are to be held in a building today. This study will enable an open attitude toward non-face-to-face worship and church gatherings beyond the practice of only recognizing face-to-face contact.

기독교 고전 독서를 통한 교양교육 모델 연구- 비교과·교과 프로그램 진행 사례를 중심으 -

기독교 교양학과 기독교 교양 교육에 있어서 근본이 되는 문서는 성서다. 그러나 2000년이 넘는 역사를 통해서 형성된 기독교 고전도 기독교 교양에 있어서 결정적으로 중요하다. 이 글은 기독교 고전 독서 교과목 개발을 위한 노력으로 비교과 프로그램과 교과 프로그램을 진행한 사례를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 기독교 고전이란 무엇이며, 어떠한 책들이 기독교 고전으로 간주되는가를 살펴보았다. 둘째로, 기독교 고전 독서 교과목 개설 이전에선행적인 준비과정이 되고, 교과목 개발에 도움을 주었던 기독교 고전 읽기 비교과 프로그램 사례를 소개하고자 했다. 2016-2018년 3년간 매 학기 기독교 고전 독서를 주제로 하는 인성교육 프로그램을 진행했다.셋째로, 기독교학과 전공 선택 과목으로 기독교 고전 읽기 교과목을 개설하고 운영한 사례를 소개했다. 비록 교양과목으로 교과목개발을 하지 못했지만 여러 가지 가능성을 경험할 수 있었다. 기독교 고전은 기독교적 세계관, 인간관의 바탕에서세계와 인간을 이해하기에 일반 고전과는 구별되는 독특함을 가지고 있다. 기독교 고전 읽기 교육은 이러한 독특성을 통해 기독교인들과 현대인들의 교양 교육에도 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 기독교 고전을 읽는 교양 교과목개발에 여러 가지 시사점을 제시할 수 있으리라 생각된다. 기독교 고전 독서는 교양 교육에 있어서 중요한 의의를지닐 뿐 아니라 오늘날 절실히 요청되고 있는 인성교육에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The fundamental document in Christian liberal arts and Christian liberal arts education is the Bible. However, Christian classics, formed over more than 2,000 years of history, are also critically important in Christian culture. This article seeks to present an example of the implementation of a non-curricular program and a curricular program in an effort to develop a Christian classics reading subject. To this end, we first looked at what a Christian classic is and what books are considered Christian classics. Second, I wanted to introduce a case of a Christian classics reading extracurricular program that served as a preparatory process before the opening of the Christian classics reading subject. A character education program with the theme of reading Christian classics was conducted every semester for three years from 2016 to 2018. Third, an example of opening and operating a Christian classics reading course as an elective subject in the Christian department was introduced. Christian classics have a uniqueness that sets them apart from general classics because they understand the world and humans based on the Christian worldview and human outlook. Through this uniqueness, education in reading Christian classics can also help in the liberal arts education of Christians and modern people. This study is expected to provide several implications for the development of liberal arts subjects that read Christian classics. Reading Christian classics not only has important significance in liberal arts education, but can also contribute to character education, which is desperately needed today.

Adaptive response is one of the DNA repair mechanisms. When the cells are pretreated with low doses of alkylating agents, the expression of ada and alkA genes are elevated. These inducible genes make the cells resistant to the exposure of alkylating agents. In order to identify the regulatory sequences for the gene induction, we constructed the pS206 plasmid, which contains alkA-lacZ fused gene. The structural lacZ gene in this plasmid was expressed under the control of alkA promoter. the induced expression of alkA gene was proved to be regulated by the Ada protein, the product of ada gene. The regulatory pattern of the expression was further analyzed by using various sequential deletion mutants of alkA promoter. We concluded that the sequences of regulatory element for this gene induction in alkA promoter might be located between -84 and -49 upstream region from the ATG start codon.

This article attempts to reinterpret parrhesia in the Acts of the Apostles in the New Testament by considering the discourse on parrhesia newly aroused by Michel Foucault. The French philosopher Michel Foucault re-emphasized the concept of parrhesia in his later years. Foucault explored the genealogy of Parrhesia from ancient Greek democracy to modern biopolitics. Foucault explained parrhesia in terms of politics, education, friendship, and self-care. This article is about parresia in the Acts of the Apostles in terms of the politics of the kingdom of God, interpretation and education of the Bible, solidarity with the people of the kingdom (friendship), and fidelity of faith in God and Jesus Christ (self-care). Through the above investigation, the nuances of honesty and sincerity are newly highlighted in the parrhesia of Acts, and it can be confirmed that Christianity in the era of post-truth must become a parrhesian church.
