백철은 조선신문학사조사 근대편을 1948년에, 현대편을 1949년에 출간하였다. 신소설까지를 다룬 임화의 문학사에 비해 백철의 저서는 근대문학사 전체를 방대한 분량으로 기술하여 국문학 연구자들에게 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러나 백철 문학사의 텍스트가 단일하지 않기 때문에 연구자에 따라 백철 문학사의 書誌가 다르게 기록되고 있다. 이 논문은 백철 문학사의 판본이 다섯 가지라는 사실을 밝히고 각 판본의 특징을 제시하였다. 백철 문학사의 다섯 가지 판본은 다음과 같다. ① 원본 문학사 : 수선사 1948 / 백양당 1949 ② 민중서관판 문학사 : 민중서관 1953/55 ③ 李秉岐 공저 문학사 : 신구문화사 1956/57 ④ 전집본 문학사 : 신구문화사 1968/80 ⑤ 문고본 문학사 : 박영사 1975. 원본 문학사는 해방공간 중간파 문학자로서의 백철의 균형의식이 모든 이념과 사조를 포괄하는 사조사 서술방식에 반영되었다. 민중서관판 문학사는 전쟁과 이념 대립의 영향으로 프로문학에 대한 서술이 대폭 삭제되었다. 李秉岐 공저 문학사는 고전문학자 李秉岐와 함께 저술한 국문학통사이며 백철은 원본문학사에서 결여된 것으로 지적된 文學史家로서의 견해를 추가하였다. 전집본 문학사는 백철의 문학전집 간행과 함께 발간된 것으로 원본을 대체로 복원하되 미세한 첨삭과정을 통해 문학사적 평가에서 변화를 꾀했다. 문고본 문학사는 소책자로 요약된 문학사인데 발간 시점에서 백철이 중요하게 생각한 문학사적 사실이 무엇인지를 확인하게 해준다. 이 논문을 통해 백철 문학사의 각 판본 서지가 확정되었다. 백철 문학사에 대한 연구는 각 판본 간 내용 차이를 검토한 바탕 위에서 올바르게 이루어질 수 있을 것이다. Baek Chôl published the first volume of 'Chosun-sin'munhak-sajosa' (The History of the Trend of Modern Korean literature) in 1948, and the second volume of this work was published in 1949. Compared with Lim Hwa's work which illuminated the history of modern Korean literature until the period of Sin'sosôl(the new prose literature), Baek Chôl's work covered all the period of modern korean literature and had given an important effect on many korean literary researchers. However, Baek's work had been published in various editions, so the bibliography of Baek's literary history have been written differently in researchers' convenience. This treatise is on the different versions of Baek's literary history. There is five different editions of Baek's literary history, and each editions has distinctively specific features. The five editions of Baek Chôl's literary history would be as follows. ① The original text published by Susôn-sa in 1948 and by Baekyang-dang in 1949 ② The edition of Minjung-sô'kwan published by Minjung-sô'kwan in 1953/55 ③ The collaborated work with Lee Byung-gi published by Shingu-munhwa-sa in 1956/57 ④ The edition bounded in the complete works of Baek Chôl published by Shingu-munhwa-sa in 1968/80 ⑤ The paperback edition published by Park'young-sa in 1975. To have a right understanding on the literary history of Baek Chôl, we need to distinguish each edition from others.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine whether trading volume amplifies the extent to which lottery-type stocks are overpriced, and whether economic sentiment index explains time-variation in the magnitude of the volume amplification effect. Design/methodology/approach - We examine monthly returns on 5x5 monthly bivariate portfolios formed by lottery characteristics (measured by maximum daily return) and trading volume. In addition, we perform time-series regression tests to examine how the volume amplification effect changes in high and low economic sentiment periods, after controlling for Fama-French three factors. Findings - Our bivariate portfolio analysis shows that the overpricing of lottery-type stocks are mostly pronounced among high trading volume stocks. In contrast, for low trading volume stocks, overpricing of lottery-type stocks appears to vanish. Furthermore, the amplification effect of trading volume on overpricing of lottery-type stock is concentrated in high economic sentiment periods. Research implications or Originality - This study is the first attempt to examine whether trading volume drives lottery-type stocks’ overpricing in the Korean stock market. Furthermore, our analysis unveils the time-varying nature of volume amplification effect. The results suggest that trading volume might play a important hidden role in asset pricing, opening a new line of researches in the future.

영국의 성인 사회적 돌봄 서비스의 예산 긴축과 그 결과

본 연구의 목적은 영국에서 보수당 집권 후 단행된 ‘성인 사회적 돌봄 서비스’의 예산 삭감 양상을 살펴보고 그 결과를 비판적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 복지 축소를 통해 작은 정부를 지향한 보수당 정부는 수요가 증가함에도 불구하고 ‘성인 사회적 돌봄 서비스’의 실질 예산을 삭감했다. 이에 따라 ‘성인 사회적 돌봄 서비스’ 이용자가 급격히 줄고, 서비스 질이 저하되며, 인력 부족 문제가 심화되고, 서비스 제공 기관의 운영 불안정성이 악화하는 문제가 발생했다. 이와 같은 구조적 문제를 근본적으로 해결할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다.

The effect of load is an important factor in precise speed control of a motor. n this study, we design a state observer that can estimate and define one state of disturbance including errors and nonlinear terms of mathematical models, which is not easy with a mathematical model. Then, the observation gain is set so that the estimation error of the state observation converges to 0, and the estimated state is used in the back stepping controller to design a controller capable of precise speed tracking. As a result of applying to 1 [hw] class Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, excellent stste variable observation and tracking performance can be confirmed.
