저는 "동물병원 노무관리"라는 제목으로 강의를 할 노무법인 대명 소속의 이동현 노무사입니다. 본 강의는 노동법의 범위가 광대하므로 주요 노동법 규정을 알아봄으로써 동물병원 현장의 인사노무관리에 적극 활용할 수 있고 이를 통해 합법적이고 효율적인 인사노무관리를 함으로써 상생, 협력하는 노사 관계를 구축하고 기업경쟁력을 강화하는데 보탬을 됨을 목적으로 합니다. 설명의 순서는 5인 미만 즉 4인 이하 사업장에서 꼭 지켜야 할 주요 노동법규정 과 5인 이상 사업장에서 꼭 지켜야 할 주요노동법규정을 나누어 설명하도록 하겠습니다.

장애이해교육을 포함한 국어과 협력교수가 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 태도와 학급 분위기에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등학교 비장애학생들을 대상으로 장애이해교육을 포함한 국어과 협력교수를 실시하고, 이것이 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 태도와 학급 분위기에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 실시되었다. 연구 참여자는 경기도 P초등학교 4학년 두 학급의 학생 61명으로, 학급에 장애학생이 속해 있지 않고, 연 2회 이하의 전체 학생을 대상으로 하는 장애이해교육 외에는 지속적인 장애이해교육에 참여해 본 적이 없는 학생들이다. 실험집단은 특수교사와 실험집단의 담임교사가 8주 동안 총 18회기의 협력교수를 국어시간에 실시하였고, 통제집단은 담임교사가 정규 국어수업을 실시하였다. ‘장애학생 수용성 척도(A-Scale)’를 사용하여 장애이해교육을 포함한 국어과 협력교수가 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 태도에 미치는 영향을 측정하였고, ‘나의 학급 척도(MCI)’를 사용하여 학급 분위기에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 두 종속변인 모두에서 실험집단과 통제집단의 변화정도 간에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 교육과정 수정을 통해 정규 교과 시간 안에서도 장애이해교육을 실시할 수 있음을 보여주었으며, 프로그램의 계획과 실행, 평가에 이르는 전반적인 과정을 특수교사와 일반교사가 협력하여 진행하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of a disability awareness program embedded in Korean language classes using cooperative teaching on the elementary students' attitudes toward students with disabilities and the class climate. Sixty-one typically developing 4th graders from a public elementary school in Gyeonggi-do participated in the study. The experimental group was provided with the disability awareness program for 8 weeks (18 sessions) during regular Korean language classes while the control group was provided with regular Korean language classes only. The Acceptance Scale and My Class Inventory were used to measure the intervention effects. The results were as follows: (1) there was a statistically significant difference between two groups in the attitudes toward students with disabilities, and (2) there was a statistically significant difference between groups in the class climate. Finally, discussions of the results as well as the limitations and implications of the study were provided.

Neurolymphomatosis, which is defined as a peripheral nerve infiltration of lymphoma, is an infrequent complication of systemic lymphoma and the isolated involvement of the peripheral nerve as a sign of recurrence is very rare. Here, we report a case with neurolymphomatosis presented as a mononeuropathy multiplex and is the first reported case in Korea. With potent chemotherapy, the blood-nerve barrier may have a critical role in the isolated recurrence of lymphoma in the peripheral nervous system.

原發性上顎洞囊胞症 1例

This is report of a case of primary mucocele occurring in the left maxillary sinus, which is supposed to be rare. This 32 years old male entered to the National Police Hospital on Oct. 2-1971 with complaints of a palpable mass in the left cheek. The external examination revealed that a walnut sized, moderately hard, and sound shaped mass which has slight fluctuation, was palpated on the left7 maxillary; region, however no tenderness could be demonstrated. Aspiration of the contents disclosed chocolate colored mucoid fluid, and negative finding were detected, in the nasal cavity by ant rhinoscopy. X-ray study of maxillary sinus showed slight cloudiness over the left maxillary sinus, without definite evidence of the bone destruction. Under suspiction of maxillary cyst exploratory operation(caldwell-luis operation approach) was performed and found that a large mucocele of maxillary sinus which, involving the ant and medical bony wall of the sinus. The whole mucosa was carefully separated and removed and a wide enough counter opening was made. Post operative course was satisfactory and no undesirabe sequela occurred up to date.

서울시 성장상권과 쇠퇴상권 내 외식산업의 생존율 비교

Commercial districts grow and decline for a variety of reasons, such as urban redevelopment and gentrification, over time, which affect the survival of commercial facilities in the districts When analyzing the survival and the closing of commercial facilities in commercial districts, one should consider temporal changes of the commercial districts : growth and decline. This research analyzes and compares the survival and the closing of commercial facilities that are located in differing types of commercial districts that experience growth vs. decline , focusing on the restaurant industry in Seoul. To this end, we classify growing- and declining- commercial districts based on the Commercial area Vitality Index. Second, we analyze the difference in survival rates by the types of commercial districts. The results of this study are as follows. First, we divided Seoul into five types of commercial districts based on the Commercial area Vitality Index . Second, comparing the survival functions of commercial facilities operating in the differing types of commercial area, we confirmed that the restaurant industry has the highest survival rate in areas where commercial activities are active and have become stronger over time. 국내 경제의 큰 부분을 차지하는 자영업자들이 영업을 오래 지속하지 못하고 이른 시간에 폐업하여 개인및 국가에 막대한 손해를 야기하고 있다. 자영업자들의 소규모 상업시설이 공간적으로 집적하여 형성된상권은 시간이 지남에 따라 성장, 쇠퇴하여 상업시설의 생존과 폐업에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들에 변화를 가져온다. 따라서 상업시설의 생존을 분석할 때는 상권의 시계열적 변화인 성장과 쇠퇴를 반영해야한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 폐업한 자영업자들이 가장많이 종사했고 생존주기가 가장 짧은 업종인 외식산업을 대상으로, 상권의 성장, 쇠퇴유형에 따른 상업시설의 생존과 폐업을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 상권활성화지수를 산출하여 상권의성장 쇠퇴유형을 구분하고, 둘째, 상권의 성장, 쇠퇴유형별로 상업시설의 생존율의 차이를 확인한다. 본논문의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 논문에서 산출한 상권활성화지수로 서울시를 5개의 상권유형으로구분하였다. 둘째, 카플란−마이어 방법을 사용해 상권유형별 외식산업의 생존함수를 도출하여 성장상권에 위치한 사업체의 생존율이 쇠퇴상권에 위치한 사업체의 생존율보다 높다는 것을 실증하였다. 본 논문은 다양한 지표를 사용해 서울시를 5가지 상권유형으로 구분하고, 상권 유형별로 상업시설의 생존율을비교하였다는 것에 그 의의가 있다.

무용수의 자기관리와 무용열정 및 공연자신감의 관계

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among dancers’ self-management, dance passion, and performance confidence. Method: In this study, 203 copies of dancers’ data were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed through the SPSS 23 program for data processing. Results: The results of this study are as follows. 1) Interpersonal management and mental management of self-management of dancers had a significant effect on harmonious passion, and interpersonal management, mental management, and training management of self-management had a significant effect on obsessive passion. 2) Dancers’ interpersonal management and mental management of self-management were shown to have a significant effect on confidence in performance, and mental management of self-management and training management was found to have a significant effect on confidence in national performance. 3) The harmonious passion of dance passion had a significant effect on the characteristic performance confidence, and the harmonious passion and obsessive passion of dance passion had a significant effect on state performance confidence. Conclusion: Therefore, to improve dancers’ confidence in performance, self-management and psychological effects of the factors of dance passion are required.
