The verrucous carcinoma which was classified by Ackerman in 1948 is generally well differentiated and slow growing. After its radical surgery, it is rarely recurrent of carcinoma. Tobacco chewing is a most important factor in the etiology of these lesion. It frequently affect males over 55 year old age and usually appears on buccal and mandibular alveolar mucosa. The continuing effort by plastic surgeon to reconstruc lips successfully has been accompanied by numerous publications on the subject. More recent communications have dealt with modifications or refinements of existing procedures. In 1974, Karapandzic reported the use of arterialied flaps to reconstruct lips following excisions of cancers. We have treated 65 year old male patient rapid growing verrucous carcinoma on lower lip with Karapandzic flap. Postoperatively the results showed good prognosis. So we report the result of its treatment and case with review of literature.

In this paper, we have designed and simulated a new PMTUD(path MTU discovery) method. In traditional PMTUD method (RFC-1981), the sender transmits a packet with a MTU to the destination link. Then the packet is forwarded to the destination. During forwarding operations, if the packet is larger than the MTU of destination link, then the router send ICMP error message to the sender. The sender retransmit packet with the indicated length. These procedures are continued until the source finds the PMTU. This method has a drawback that the time needed to find a PMTU is long. In proposed methods, the sender send packet with a small length regardless of the destination link MTU. The option field of this packet has a smallest MTU field, and the router changes this value if MTU of next hop is less than received value. Destination host replies with this value. After receiving the response message from the destination, the sender knows the PMTU. In this paper, we have presented a designed method and the simulated result.

In this paper, we developed a Windows XP version off-line programming system which can simulate a track vehicle model in 3D graphics space. The track vehicle was adopted as an objective model. The interface between users and the off-line program system in the Windows XP's graphic user interface environment was also studied. The developing language is Microsoft Visual C++. Graphic libraries, OpenGL, by Silicon Graphics, Inc. were utilized for 3D Graphics.

Objectives : This open prospective study was performed in order to evaluate the efficacy and extrapyramidal adverse effects of nemonapride in the schizophrenic patients, and was compared wit one of typical antipshchotics. haloperidol and one of atypical antipsychotics, risperidone. Methods : Thirty male and female schizophrenic patients(DSM-Ⅳ) were treated for 12 weeks with haloperidol(n=10), risperidone(n=10) and nemonapride(n=10). The overall efficacy was assessed at baseline, 1st week, 2nd week, 4th week, 8th week, and 12th week by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale for Schizophrenia(PANSS). Also the overall safety was assessed in the same time period by the Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale(ESRS). Results : There were no significant differences in PANSS scores(total, positive, negative, and general psychopathology subscale) among haloperidol, risperidone, and nemonapride groups, Treatment responders, defined as at least 20% reduction of baseline total PANSS score, were achieved by 8 patients(80%) in haloperidol group, 10 patients(100%) in risperidone group, and 8 patients(80%) in nemonapride group. And there were no significant differences in ESRS total scores among haloperidol, risperidone, and nemonapride group. Inter-group comparison among haloperidol, risperidone and nemonapride group, as assessed by the ESRS, revealed no significant differences in the shifts to the maximum score, 9.4(±9.4), 6.2(±8.4), and 11.3(±8.1) respectively, and also revealed no significant differences in the mean time reaching the maximum score, 4.5(±4.5) week, 7.8(±4.8) week, and 4.6(±4.4) week, respectivily. Conclusion : There wee no significant differences in the efficacy and extrapyramidal adverse effects among haloperidal, rispecridone and nemonapride groups. These results suggest that nemonapride was as efficacious and safe in he treatment of schizophrenia, as well known and widely used antipsychotics, haloperidol and risperidone.
장방형 밀폐공간내의 유체유동 및 전열특성에 관한 수치해석

In this paper were investigated the numerical study of fluid flow in which the difference analysis connected the natural convection and mixed convection within enclosed condition. The cell boundaries arrangement for these calculations, uniformally divided as 44×44 when heated the bottom to muliply the length and height, and was in proportion 4 : 1 to the length and height when heated the left side to muliply 88×11. According to the repeat calculation of time division were obtained the temperature distribution, the velocity distribution, the isotherms distribution, & streamlines distribution in which the natural convection was altered Pr=0.71, Gr=10?. Gr=5×10?, Gr=10? and the mixed convection was changed as Pr=0.71, Re=100, Re=1000. For the numerical study on the heat transfer and fluid flow, the following consequence have calculated in proportion 4 : 1 to the length and hieght of rectangular enclosure with the number of Pr=0.71, the number of Re=100, 1000, the number of Gr=10?, 5×10?, 10?.

최근 고속도로 교량이나 입체교차로등에 평면곡선보의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 구조적인 복잡함 때문에 곡선교는 휨응력 뿐만아니라 비틀림응력까지 받게 된다. 통상적으로, 곡선교는 휨비틂이론으로 해석되는데 곡선교의 해석에는 ��綢늣염倖�무시한 보이론과 ��綢늣염倖�고려한 보이론이 있다. 본 논문에서는 ��綢늣염倖�고려한 휨비틈이론에 기초를 두고 단순지지 곡선보의 단면력과 변위를 결정하고 에너지법을 사용하여 2경간 연속 곡선보에 대한 탄성방정식을 유도하였다. 또한 실하중을 받고 있는 2경간 연속 곡선보의 단면력과 변위를 구하였다. The use of horizontally curved girder bridge has increased considerably for highway bridge and interchanges. Due to the geometric complexities, curved girder are subjected to not only flexural stresses but also significant torsional stresses. Usually, a curved girder is analyzed by the flexural torsional theory. There are several theories which are available for the analysis for the curved girders ; beam theory ignoring the warping-torsional effects and beam theory considering the warping torsional effects. In this paper, the stress resultants and displacements of simply supported curved girder based on the flexural torsional theory considering torsional warping effects are determined. And elastic equations of two-span continuous curved girder are obtained by using energy method. Also, bending moment diagram, warping moment diagram, torsional moment diagram, shearing force diagram, and deflection diagram of two-span continuous curved girder bridge applying vertical loads and uniform loads are presented.

PSPICE is not offered a library of mechanical factor like DC Motor, Induction Motor which is needed in Power Electronics field. Therefore, Induction Motor was made library by Equibalent circuit in this study. This model is applied in Voltage-Type inverter and is investigated its characteristics. IGBT is tested by two methods of Macro and Micro Modeling as semiconductor. PWM signal is used of pulse signal. Voltage and current, speed, torque was simulated for assurance of model.
