타가메트정(시메티딘 200mg)에 대한 수루메틴정의 생물학적 동등성평가

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two cimetidine tablets, Tagamet (Yuhan Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Nex (Bi-nex Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The cimetidine release from the two cimetidine tablets in vitro was tested using KP Apparatus I method with various dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solutions and water). The dissolution profiles of two cimetidine tablets were very similar at all dissolution media. Twenty four healthy male volunteers were divided into two groups with a randomized $2{\times}2$ cross-over study. After four tablets (800 mg cimetidine) were orally administrated, blood was taken and the concentrations of cimetidine in serum were determined using HPLC with UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as $AUC_{t}$, $C_{max}$ and $T_{max}$ were determined. The result showed that the differences in $AUC_{t}$, and $C_{max}$ between two cimetidine tablets based on the Tagamet were -6.82% and -12.98%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two tablets in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.90)log(0.97) and log(0.82)log(0.93) for $AUC_{t}$ and $C_{max}$, respectively), indicating that Thrumetin tablet was bioequivalent to Tagamet tablet.

정책의 경제적 합리성과 정체적 합리성-개정(1998.12.31)국민연금 사례를 중심으로

The public policy in static perspective emphasize on Economic Rationality and it is considered as technical decision-making to choose policy alternatives. But all public policies are restricted by interests or interaction of political process. Political environment and demand on public-hearing process output the public policy. Revised('98.12.31) National Pension Act is targeted to include all people like the urban self-employed and under-five small firm employee. This research explains that 「the difficulty of people life caused by IMF relief loan」 is considered in respect to Political Rationality and 「the problem of estimating income of the self-employed」 in respect of Economic Rationality while Ministry of Health & Welfare and National Pension Corporation have carried out the revision. Second, it is shown how 'Paying Contributions Rate', 'Benefit Rate' and 'Ages of Coverage' decided on basis of Economic Rationality are transformed by Political Rationality. Besides this research shows that two rationalities trade off in respect to 'Reporting Standard Monthly Income' and 'The Downsizing report'. 본 연구는 정책의 경제적 합리성과 정치적 합리성을 분석틀로 하여 국민연금의 정책결정과정을 설명한다. 경제적 합리성은 달성하려고 하는 정책목표와 정책대안간의 기술적 결정을 강조하지만, 정치적 합리성은 정책을 정치적 과정을 통한 이해관계와 상호작용의 그리고 정치적 환경과 요구에 대한 공적인 인지과정의 산물로 본다. 1999년 4월에 시행된 개정(‘98.12.31) 국민연금법은 도시자영자(영세사업자 포함)와 5인 미만의 사업장 근로자(일용직 포함)를 대상으로 하는 전국민연금의 실현을 추진하였다. 하지만 대내외에서 기금고갈의 심각성이 대두됨에 따라 보험요율과 수급율, 수급연령의 개선이 주요한 목표가 되었다. 관계당국은 국민연금 개정안을 추진하면서 정치적 합리성 측면에서 「IMF 구제금융신청으로 인한 국민생활의 어려움」을 고려하였으며, 「도시자영자들의 소득파악 문제」는 경제적 합리성 측면에서 접근하였다. 하지만 경제적 합리성 측면에서 결정되어야 할 보험요율, 수급율, 수급연령의 결정이 정치적 합리성으로 인하여 변형되었고, 경제적 합리성 측면에서 준비된 신고권장소득월액도 정치적 합리성 측면에서 축소하향신고를 용인하게 된다.

기술적 문제해결 능력의 함양을 위한 문제기반 학습 모형의 개발

이 연구의 목적은 기술적 문제해결 능력의 함양을 위한 문제기반 학습 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 Dicky, Ganefri & Ridwan(2020)의 직업 교육에서의 학습 모형 개발 단계(p. 574)를 수정 및 보완하여 기술적 문제해결 능력의 함양을 위한 문제 기반 학습 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 기술적 문제해결 능력의 함양을 위한 문제기반 학습 모형은 준비, 실행, 마감의 세 단계로 이루어지며 각 단계는 다음과 같이 교사와 학생의 활동을 주요 요소로포함한다. 첫째, 준비에서 교사는 주제 선정, 학습 목표 설정, 문제해결 활동 선정 및 조직의 절차를 수행하며 학생은 주어진 문제해결 활동에 대한 예습을 수행한다. 둘째, 실행에서 학생은 문제해결 과정에 따른 주요 활동을 수행하며, 교사는 학생의 문제해결 활동을 촉진하고 총평한다. 셋째, 마감에서는 학생은 교사의 요약 및 정리를 통해 문제해결 활동을 상기한다. 교사와 학생은 문제해결 활동을 다른 단원, 다른 과목, 실제 생활과 연계하고 다음 학습을 확인하며 문제기반 학습을 마감한다. 이 연구에서 개발된 기술적 문제해결 능력의 함양을 위한 문제기반 학습 모형을 교육 현장에 적용하기 위하여 문제기반 학습 모형의 효과성 검증에 대한 연구와 문제기반 학습 모형을 기반으로 한 수업 설계 및 수업 자료 개발과 같은 추가 연구가 지속적으로 이뤄져야 한다. 개발된 기술적 문제해결 능력의 함양을 위한 문제기반 학습의 모형은 문제기반 학습 중심의 수업을 준비하는 데 어려움을 겪는 기술 교사들에게 하나의 지침이 될 수 있을 것이다.
