        정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

        연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

      • Brushless DC 모터의 磁氣에너지 모델에 의한 토크 제어 시스템 구성

        본 논문은 자기에너지를 기본으로 한 브러시리스 DC모터의 토크 서보계를 현대 제어공학에 응용해서 새로운 모델을 구성하였다. 그리고 에너지 모델에서 토크와 회전자 자계에 저장된 에너지를 상태변수로 표현하였으며, 고속토크응답에는 무효전력의 주입이 불가능하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 브러시리스 DC모터의 제어에 의한 로봇 조정시스템으로 구성된 영역에서 부하 토크는 비 선형화가 상쇄되므로 정밀선형화 기법이 사용되어진다. 그리고 민감한 전력제어에서 발생하는 고속 토크응답은 시뮬레이션 결과에 의해서 나타내었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 제어시스템의 유용성은 시뮬레이션 결과에 의해서 그 타당성을 확인하였다. This paper present a new approach of the brushless DC motor control system based on magnetic energy model. In this model, the torque and the stored energies in rotor field are chosen as state variables, and these magnetic energies are decoupled. The field-oriented control of the brushless DC motor-robot manipulator system using exact linearizing method in order to cancel nonlinearity in load torque is constructed. It is shown from the simulation results that quick torque responses are obtained by reactive power control. The availabilities of a control system used in the proposed model are confirmed from simulation results.

      • 집합주택 조형의 다양화를 위한 연구

        After Korean War, the multi-family housing was introduced in Korea as a new way of living to solve serious problem of housing supply. Since 1970's, multi-family housing, especially apartment house, has become popular and played an important role as a major dwelling type in cities. But the development of the apartment house has been conducted only in the direction of maximizing its numbers neglecting the importance of the environmental conditions such as, sense of place, variety, identity, etc. that are essential to a proper housing. As a result, most of the apartment projects are organized in the same manner and look somewhat identical to maintain economical efficiency. This also evokes a problem of composing monolithic cityscape due to its endless large scale developments. The purpose of this study is to provide a useful material which would help the design of multi-family housing project, focusing on the building exterior, to make it visually rich and unique. A large number of examples were collected and analyzed. Based on this casestudies, the design elements that can give a building variety and identity were sorted out, and the possibilities of their applications on a new design were also studied.

      • Contextual Design의 技法에 대한 硏究

        Fitting new architecture with its context, so called Contextual Design, is a matter of architectural style and of difficulties involved in establishing a family resemblance between buildings of different eras and styles which stand side by side. Such sympathy has not been a primary concern of architects in the past half century. Most contemporary buildings do not fit appropriately into traditional surroundings, no matter what period. To enthusiastic modernist, it was essential that a building stands out from its neighbors, as a symbol of the future. It shows the fundamentally egoistical and antisocial charactor of the Modern Movement in this regard. But in the past fifteen or tweenty years this belief of the modernists has come under direct attack. Visual conflict between traditional styles and new form that once seemed acceptable now seems insensitive. Thus it has called for changes in the attitude of designing architecture. A variety of ways have been applied to enhance visual relationship between old and new. More efforts have been given to make new building sympathetic to its context. This study is focused ou analyzing the different design approaches and the solutions to achieve this goal of recent trend in architecture, in accordance with various existing conditions.

        This study alms to provide detailed methods of traditional residence and suggest sustainable planning elements necessary for development of new residence that can contribute to the development of policy and Introduction of various themes of residence In addition, It sublates the existing residence development limited to the field of housing environment and energy through case studies of traditional residence The methods of the study are as follow, First, briefly introduce the concept of development and related parts from Habitat n agenda that deals With the purpose of human residence development and policy Moreover, It reestablishes the concept of sustainable development and recreates the criterion based on them Second, select a case of traditional residence and find out the basic factors and investigate the present condition by cases through existing reports and survey Sustainability of each cases are briefly explained through theones of Gledion and Alexander Third, synthesize results after analyzing realizable method of studied cases and provide detailed methods and classify them into physical, social, economical, historical' cultural elements Futhermore, It will provide planning elements of sustainable traditional residence based on the result Through all these, 22 physical, 12 social and economical, 8 historical and cultural elements for sustainable planing elements of traditional residence can be suggested Among them, several elements show differences between detailed methods of traditional and foreign Eventually, these have Implication on being used as planning elements unique to traditional residence

        주거기능의 도입을 위한 복합건축의 용도계획적 특성에 관한 연구 : 선진 외국사례를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to extract the factors in determining the components and to clarify the correlation of the factors and residential uses in MXDs. For this purpose, discriminant analysis was conducted as the main research method and SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program was applied for statistical analysis. The results are summarized as follows : (1) The factors in determining the components are defined [Land Size], [Total Floor Space], [Development Density], [Development Entity], [Primary Use], [Site Location] and [Development Objectives]. (2) The factors affecting the Planning of the components are [Primary Use], [Development Objectives] and [Site Location]. (3) The significant internal items of these factors are 'U1(Office Uses)', 'U2(Retail Uses)', 'U3(Hotel Uses)', 'S1(Existing Residential District)', 'S3(CBD)', 'S5(Suburban CBD)' and 'O2(Community)'. (4) Through these results, we were able to extract the relationship of the internal items and residential uses.

        리조트 시설의 형태적 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide the design method of the resort facilities to give proper visual characteristics. For this purpose, SD(Semantic Differential Scale) technique was conducted as the main research method and SPSS(Statistical package for the Social Sciences) program was applied for statistical analysis. The results are summarized as follows : (1) The visual factors of resort facilities are defined Harmony, Identification, Order, Entertainment, Decoration and Clearness. (2) There visual factors are closely related to Nature, Shape, Formation, Display, Ornament and Material. (3) Therefore, when planning and designing resort facilities, these relationship can be applied very usefully in systematic fashion.

      • PID제어에 의한 單相 昇·降壓 整流器의 입력전류 특성에 관한 연구

        Distortion Minimized of Input Current for Single-Phase Buck-Boost Rectifier is studied in the paper. To sinusoidal waveform the input current with a near-unity power factor over a wide variety of operating conditions, the output capacitor is operated with voltage reversibility for the supply by arranging the auxiliary diode and power switching device. Then the output voltage is superposed on the input voltage during on time duration of power switching devices in order to minimize the input current distortion caused by the small input voltage when changing the polarity. The tested setup, using two insulated-gate bipolar transistors(IGBT) and a microcomputer, is implemented and IGBT are switched with 20[kHz]. which is out of the audible band. Moreover a rigorous state-space analysis is introduced to predict the operation of the rectifier. The experimental and simulated results confirm that the input current can be sinusoidal waveform with a near-unity power factor and a satisfactory output voltage regulation can be achieved.

      • 電力節減裝置를 이용한 變壓器의 特性硏究

        變壓器는 無負荷에서도 電源이 걸린 상태로 運轉되는 경우가 많이 있기 때문에 無負荷損을 節減하면 그 效果는 크다. 그래서 電力을 節減하는 裝置를 만들어 變壓器의 特性을 調査하였다. Transformers are often operated in charged state even in case of no-load, therefore the efficiency of transformer can be increased if no-load loss is saved. This paper is aimed to observe the characteristics of a transformer with a power saving equipment.
