        비트 추출물의 암세포 증식 저해 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the inhibition of human cancer cell proliferation by using various concentrations of Beet Extract containing various bioactive ingredients. The six cancer cell lines used in the experiment were prostate cancer cells DU-145, lung cancer cells A549, breast cancer cells MCF-7, cervical cancer cells HeLa, liver cancer cells SNU-182, and biliary tract cancer cells SNU-1196. Human-derived cancer cell lines were used. The inhibition of cancer cell proliferation at various concentrations of Beet Extract was measured by the CCK-8 method. As a result of examining the inhibition of cancer cell proliferation, Beet Extract significantly and concentration-dependently inhibited DU145 of prostate cancer cells at all concentrations, and Lung cancer cells A549 and DU-145 of prostate cancer cells at 100ug/mL and 1000ug/mL, cervical cancer cells HeLa, and liver cancer cells SNU- 182, biliary tract cancer cell SNU-1196 showed significant proliferation inhibition at 1000ug/mL. Experiment result, the cancer cell proliferation inhibitory mechanisms of Beet Extract using various human-derived cancer cell lines can be considered to provide cancer prevention effects and the possibility of developing functional foods. 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 생리활성물질을 함유한 비트 추출물의 다양한 농도를 이용하여 인체 유래 암세포 증식 저해를 살펴보기 위하여 실시하였다. 실험에 사용한 인체 유래 암세포는 6종으로 전립샘암세포 DU145, 폐암세포 A549, 유방암세포 MCF-7, 자궁암세포 HeLa, 간암세포 SNU-182, 담도암세포 SNU-1196을 사용하였으며, 비트 추출물의 다양한 농도에 대한 암세포증식 저해를 CCK-8 방법으로 측정하였다. 암세포증식 저해를 살펴본 결과 비트 추출물은 전립샘암세포 DU145를 모든 농도에서 유의성있게 농도 의존적으로 저해하였으며, 폐암세포 A549, 전립샘암세포 DU-145는 100ug/mL, 1000ug/mL에서 자궁암세포 HeLa, 간암세포 SNU-182, 담도암 세포 SNU-1196는 1000ug/mL에서 유의한 증식 저해를 보였다. 실험 결과, 다양한 인체 유래 암세포를 이용한 비트 추출물의 암세포증식 저해는 암 예방 효과 및 기능성 식품 개발의 가능성을 제공한다고 볼 수 있다.

      • 보기약(補氣藥)의 항산화 활성

        The present study was designed to investigated antioxidant effect of restoratives for invigorating qi(補氣藥) from korean medicinal herbs. l\1ain drugs for "restoratives for invigorating qi"(補氣藥) are Ginseng Radix(人蔘), Astragali Radix(黃 ), Atractylodes Rhizoma Alba(白朮), Dioscoreae Rhizoma(山藥), Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草) and Jujubae Fructus(大棗). Antioxidant activities of extracts and their fractions were determined by DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging effect, riboflavin- originated superoxide quenching activity and xanthine- originated superoxide quenching activity assays. Antioxidant activities of Glycyrrhizae Radix observed 73.5% radical scavenging effect on DPPH, 67.9% riboflavin- originated superoxide quenching activity, and 54.9% xanthine-originated superoxide quenching activity, respectively, at a treated dose of 5 mg/ml (positive control, vit. C, 88.3%(DPPH), 98.5%(superoxide),98.7%(xanthine)). The other medicinal herbs showed very week activities, less then 40%. These results suggest that Glycyrrhizae Radix could be used as a functional ingredient for anti- oxidation and anti-aging material

        АНАЛИЗ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ GTE ПРОГРАММЫ КАК МЕТОДОЛОГИЧ ЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД ДЛЯ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ СТРАНОВЕДЕНИЯ НА ОПЫТЕ В КАЗАХСТАНЕ

        This article analyzes the effectiveness of the GTE program as methodological approach for studying country studies on the experience in Kazakhstan. According to the agreement on cooperation with the Busan University of foreign languages, the KazUIR&WL in Kazakhstan, faculty of Oriental Studies hosted the GTE(Global Triad Education) program, and accepted students of the BUFS, future specialists with knowledge of a foreign language (by specialty Russian) three times, that is, in 2017 in the period from 16.01.2017 to 10.02.2017, in 2018 from January 15 to February 9, and also from 05.07.2019 to 27.07.2019.The use of the tandem method in the program under consideration allowed establishing cross-cultural interaction between participants, which is an important component of educational practice and contributes to the personal development of program participants. In addition, an tandem-classes contributed to the formation of social skills as a result of receiving feedback from partners and the country of studied language, to participation in real communication situations, and to development of language skills and expanding general knowledge and outlook for participants. Kazakhstan students had also accepted live knowledge of Korea, and this program was very informative and useful for them. As a result of this program, participants received a lot of interesting and useful information not only about the country of their tandem partner, but also added knowledge about their country. Students learned a lot about the history, traditional and modern culture, economy and society of the two countries, which contributed to the formation of a more complete understanding of the similarities and differences between cultures. Participation in the project contributed to the development of the ability to represent their country and culture. By the end of the program, participants knew that each culture must be perceived from the perspective of its own system of norms and values. In particular, the use of the tandem method functioned as a way to form the social-cultural competence of specialists with knowledge of a foreign language, to form the ability to understand and use this knowledge in further professional activities.

        Symplectic decomposition of symplectic subspaces

        We introduce a decomposition on a symplectic subspace determined by symplectic structure and study its properties. As a consequence, we give an elementary proof of the deformation of the Grassmannians of symplectic subspaces to the complex Grassmannians.

        USLE를 활용한 만경강 상류지역에서의 토양침식량 산정에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 범용토양유실예측공식을 활용하여 모형의 적정성을 분석하고, 그 자료를 축적하는데 있다. 봉동 수위관측소의 유역면적은 342.27㎢이며, 유역에서의 유사유출량을 모의하고 이를 실측치와의 비교·분석하였다. 또한 토양침식량 산정에 있어 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 강우침식인자를 산정하기 위해 연도별 강우사상을 활용하였고, 연평균토양침식량 산정을 위해 공간적인 분포를 나타낼 수 있는 격자기반의 토양침식도를 생성하여 산정하였다. 토양침식도(30m×30m)는 강우침식인자(R), 지형인자(LS), 토양침식인자(K), 식생피복인자(C), 침식조절인자(P)를 ArcView Map Calculator에서 각각의 인자들을 곱하여 생성하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 유역에서 토양침식이 이루어지지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다.
