No effective antiviral therapy is proven yet, but clinical use of ribavirin (RBV) has been tried. We investigated the antiviral effect of RBV against SFTSV in vitro. Methods: To test for cytotoxicity of RBV, Vero cells were treated with different concentrations of RBV (3.90 to 500 μg/mL, two-fold dilution) and analyzed by cell viability MTS assay 48h post-infection. To determine antiviral activity of RBV against SFTSV, Vero cells were infected with SFTSV strain Gangwon/Korea/2012 at 100 TCID50 (50% tissue culture infective dose) per well in a 96-well plate, and RBV was added at the concentrations showing no or minimal cytotoxicity. Viral RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants and quantifi ed using one-step real-time reverse transcription- PCR to amplify the partial large segment of SFTSV. Statistical analysis was done by one-way ANOVA with Tukey`s post hoc test. Results: Cytotoxicity due to RBV was not observed at RBV concentration =31.3 μg/ mL. Viral RNAs at 24h post-RBV treatment were reduced with increasing RBV concentrations (1-32 μg/mL), compared with those of mock-treated cells (P <0.01, Figure). Half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of RBV was 3.69 μg/mL at 24h post-RBV treatment. Conclusions: Our study shows that RBV has antiviral effect against SFTSV in a dose-dependent manner. Further studies are required to evaluate the effi cacy of RBV in SFTS.

        심리적 안전이 창의성에 미치는 영향: 성장마인드셋과 조직지원인식의 매개효과를 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 불확실한 경영 환경 속 기업에게 혁신 수단으로서 창의성을 제시하기위해, 심리적 안전이 창의성에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 성장마인드셋, 조직지원인식과의 관계를 실증하여, 창의성 제고를 위한 실용적 방안을 제시하고자 한다. [연구방법] 국내 기업에 근무하는 다양한 업종의 구성원 총 420명에게 설문지를 배부하여 353명에게 자료를 수집하였다. 심리적 안전, 창의성, 성장마인드셋, 조직지원인식과 관련된 이론 및 선행 연구를 토대로 가설을 설정하였으며, 통계 도구로는 CFA를 통해 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하였고, 가설검증을 위해 SPSS25, AMOS25, Macro Process3.0을 사용하였다. [연구결과] 연구 모형에 대한 가설 검증 결과 심리적 안전은 성장마인드셋, 조직지원인식, 창의성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 성장마인드셋과 조직지원인식의 매개효과도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 기업 현장의 조직문화 요인과 창의성 간의 관계를 동기부여 이론으로 검증했다는데 의의가 크다. 특히, 창의성을 특별한 재능 소유자의 전유물이 아니라 조직 문화의 변화를 통해 구성원들에게 확산시킬 수 있는 혁신의 도구로 제안했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다. [Purpose] This study aims to present creativity as a means of innovation to companies in uncertain business environment, demonstrate the impact of psychological safety on creativity and its relationship with growth mind-set and perceived organizational support in the process, and suggest practical measures to enhance creativity. [Methodology] Data were collected from 353 members. Hypothesis was set based on theories and previous studies related to psychological safety, perceived organizational support, growth mind-set and creativity. The collected data were reviewed for reliability and validity through CFA, and hypothesis verification was performed using SPSS 25, AMOS 25, and Macro Process 3.0 by Bootstrap. [Findings] Psychological safety was found to have a significant positive effect on growth mind-set, perceived organizational support and creativity, and the mediating effects of growth mind-set, perceived organizational support were also significant. [Implications] This study is significant in that it has verified the relationship between organizational culture factors and creativity at corporate sites with the theory of motivation. In particular, creativity is not the exclusive property of a particular talent owner, but it has implications for spreading to members through changes in organizational culture and, through this, proposed as a tool for innovation.

      • 트레드밀 운동시 흡기근 테이핑이 폐활량에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 트레드밀 운동과 키네시오 테이핑의 효과에 따른 폐활량의 변화를 알아보기 위해 26명의 비흡연자가 참가하였으며 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않은 그룹과 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 두 그룹으로 무작위로 배정하고 각 군들을 주 3회 6주간의 트레드밀 훈련을 실시하였다. 실험 전과 후, 스파이로미터를 사용하여 키네시오 테이핑의 적용 따른 폐활량 변화 효과를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 키네시오 테이핑을 적용 그룹에서 적용하지 않은 그룹에 비해 FVC, FEV1에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 건강한 성인에서 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 경우 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않고 트레드밀 운동을 한 경우보다 폐활량의 향상에 효과적이라고 생각되어진다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the variation of vital capacity(VC) according to the effects of kinesio taping with treadmill exercise. Twenty-six non-smokers were participated in this research and these subjects were randomly assigned into two groups. To measure the VC variation effects of kinesio taping, spirometer was used. The collected data were analyzed statistically by using a paired Mauchly test and repeated measure ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; A group: treadmill with kinesio taping B group: treadmill without kinesio taping. Between A and B, there were significant differences. In the case of A group, there was 11.66% increase of VC, during 3 weeks experiment(p<.01). In the case of B group, there were significant differences, 3.35% increase of VC, during 3 weeks taping intervention(p<.01). After 6 weeks experiment, the improvement of VC shown a significant difference with intergroup (p<.05). From this result, it was revealed that treadmill exercise with kinesio taping was effective to improve VC to healthy adult than treadmill exercise without kinesio taping.

        It may be said that the mainpost of natural science study is the inquring study and as for the point of observation and experiment which is a kind of inquiring process, the success of natural science study is dependent upon study materials. Therefore, in order to develop more effective inquring activities, successive studies such as the ploblem solution, improvement and development of study materials are needed. Several units is the field of chemistry and biology are selected, and several study materials improved and developed are examined as followers: 1. Several experiment methods for the game in order to observe the presence of air are tried. 2. In order to observe the solution phenomena of air easily, new experiment designe is devised, ammonia is soluble in the water including two drops of phenolphthalein and the solution phenomena of air changing into red. 3. In the experiment of the generation of carbon dioxide using every kind of shelfish instead of lime, the amount of the generation of carbon dioxide from the concentration of hydrochloric acid and the amount of shelfish is compared and the effort of substitute materials is examined. 4. The utility factor or the inquring study is devised through the utilization of waste materials, the development of substitute materials and the productive activities of instrument observation using study materials used separated units of materials. 5. It is found that a tadpole, a mud-snail and a killifish substitute for a planaria with a living thing material in the field of biology is available for the revival experiment.

        사용자 수술명과 수술분류 code(ICD-9-CM) 일치율 향상에 관한 연구 : 수술실 OCS program 사용 활성화를 통하여

        Background : The necessity of unify and standardize codes used at hospital has been emphasized since OCS (Order Communicating System) was adopted. Therefore, the purpose of this study were to standardize operation code by continuous training of the ICD-9-CM code that is used as standard code in OCS program at operating room. Method : In 400 operation data, operation code entered in OCS program at operating room was compared to operation name recorded in medical record. In addition, a matching rate between input data of operation code by medical record department and computing input data of operation code in 3,710 cases was compared for each department. User operation name and operation code were matched and major diagnosis by operation department and operation name were also matched. Results : User operation name was reflected in operation classification code in detail, and operation code entered on user was registered. Input rate and matching rate of operation code were gradually improved after improvement activity. In particular, a matching rate was high at ophthalmology where operation name is segmented. Plastic surgery and orthopedics with a lot of emergency operation and comprehensive operation name show low input rates. Conclusions : As the medical field makes progress in computerlization, awareness of information exchange and sharing becomes higher. Among codes to classified medical institution, codes related to surgical operation are all different by user of hospital and department. Computerlization and standardization is essential. And when efforts of standardization continue in alliance with individual hospital and institution, initiative of preparing medical policy data at a national level will be accelerated.

        韓語与漢語拒絶言語行爲對比的分析硏究

        본 연구의 목적은 한국인과 중국인의 '요청에 대한 거절' 화행을 대조 분석하여 중국인 한국어 학습자에게 한국어 거절 표현을 교육할 때 그리고 한국인 중국어 학습자에게 중국어 거절 표현을 교육할 때 교수 방안이나 교재 개발에 도움을 주고자 하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 담화 완성형 테스트(Discourse Completion Test)를 이용하여 '지위관계, 친밀도'의 사회적인 변인에 따라 4개의 요청에 대한 거절 상황에 대해 한국인 대학생과 대학원생 81명 그리고 중국인 대학생과 대학원생 명에게 설문 조사를 실시한 후, 그 결과를 분석하였다. The purpose of this Study is to assist development of teaching materials or teaching methods for educating Chinese Refusal Expressions to Korean Chinese language learners or Korean Denial Expressions to Chinese Korean language learners by comparing and analyzing Refusal to Request Speech Act of Native Korean Language Speakers and Native Chinese Language Speakers. In this Study used Discourse Completion Test(DCT) to measure social variables of status and intimacy for four types of Request Denial situations, conducted a survey to 81 Korean undergraduate and graduate students with 77 Chinese undergraduate and graduate students and analyzed the results.

        국내 조혈모세포이식 환자에서 Human Cytomegalovirus gB 유전형의 분포와 질환과의 연관성 : 예비 보고

        목적 : 사람 거대세포바이러스(Human cytomegalovirus, 이하 HCMV) glycoprotein B (gB)는 UL55 유전자에 의해 부호화되는 당단백으로, UL55 유전자의 염기서열변화에 따라 4가지 유전형으로 나뉜다. 본 연구에서는 국내 조혈모세포이식 환자들에서 HCMV gB 유전형의 분포와 그 특성을 알아보고, gB 유전형에 따라 특정 HCMV 질환 발생과 연관이 있는지 그 임상적 의미를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 동종 조혈모세포이식 환자 52명의 혈액검체 94개에 대해, Chou 등이 제시한 방법에 따라, 먼저 UL55 유전자 부위를 nested PCR로 증폭한 후, RsaI과HinfI으로 Restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) 분석을 시행하였다. 결과 : gB type 1은 73.1% (38/52), gB type 2는 13.5%(7/52), gB type 3는 1.9% (1/52), gB type 1과 type 2에 의한 혼합감염은 9.6% (5/52)로 나타났다. gB type 4는 관찰되지 않았다. 1명(1.9%)에서 gB 유전형을 결정할 수 없었는데, RFLP 패턴으로 보아 Trincado 등이 제시한 gB type 7에 해당하는 것으로 생각되었고, 이 새로운 아형에 대해서는 현재 염기서열 분석 중이다. 52명 중 5명(9.6%)에서 HCMV 질환이 발생하였고, 3명에서 HCMV 폐렴, 1명에서 망막염과 위장관염, 나머지 1명에서 망막염이 발생하였다. 5명 중 HCMV 질환과 관련하여 사망한 예는 없었고, 감염된 HCMV는 모두 gB type 1이었다. HCMV gB유전형과 HCMV 질환 발생 사이에 유의한 연관성은 없었고, 단일 주에 의한 감염과 혼합감염에 따른 HCMV 질환발생 사이에도 유의한 연관성은 관찰되지 않았다. 자료 분석 중 gB type 2에 감염되어 있던 환자에서 gB type 1에 재감염 되면서 발열, 간효소 수치 상승 및 pp65 HCMV 항원혈증이 나타난 예가 있었다. 결론 : 연구결과 gB type 1이 아주 우세하고, gB type 4는 검출되지 않았으며, 혼합감염의 빈도가 비교적 낮은 분포를 보였다. 이는 외국의 보고와는 다른 국내 조혈모세포이식 환자에서의 독톡한 감염 양상으로 추정된다. 본 연구에서 HCMV gB 유전형과 질환 발생과의 연관성을 밝힐 수는 없었으나, HCMV 유전형에 대한 연구는 바이러스 감염의 발병기전이나 전파 경로 및 양식과 같은 역학적 연구에 중요한 자료가 될 것이다. 현재 더 많은 수의 조혈모세포이식 환자를 대상으로 연구가 진행 중에 있으며, 앞으로 다른 질환군의 환자나 건강한 잠복 감염자에서의 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Background : Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) glycoprotein B (gB) is the major envelope glycoprotein, encoded by the UL55 gene. Based on sequence variation in the UL55 gene, HCMV can be classified into four gB genotypes. Previous studies have suggested an association between HCMV gB genotypes and clinical outcome in the immunocompromised hosts. The goal of this study was to determine the distribution of HCMV gB genotypes and the effect of gB genotype in the developement of HCMV diseases in hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) recipients in Korea. Materials and Methods : DNA was extracted from 94 blood specimen of 52 allogeneic HSCT recipients with HCMV infection. HCMV gB genotype was determined using polymerase chain reaction to amplify a region of UL55, followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis based on RsaI and HinfI digestion. Results : The distribution of gB types were as follows: gB1, 73.1% (38/52) of patients; gB2, 13.5% (7/52); gB3, 1.9% (1/52) and mixed infection (gB1 and gB2), 9.6% (5/52). While gB4 was not detected, a new genotype (described as gB7 by Trincado et al, 2000) was identified on the basis of their RFLP pattern. During average 708 days’ follow up period, HCMV diseases developed in 5 patients. All of them had gB1 genotype. There was no statistically significant association between the incidence of HCMV diseases and the gB genotypes. Re-infection with gB1 strain was detected in one patient who had been previously infected with gB2. This episode was associated with fever, elevated liver enzyme and positive antigenemia. Conclusion : HCMV gB1 was the dominant genotype and no gB4 was detected in allogeneic HSCT recipients in Korea, which is an unique pattern compared with the previous reports. Although we can not find significant association between the HCMV diseases and the gB genotypes, genotyping of HCMV will serve in the study of pathogenesis and transmission of this virus in transplant patients. Further study is underway with large study population.

        To solve "software Crisis", Software Engineering which adopts the concept of engineering in the development of software has been introduced. Analysis and Design are the most important steps in "Software Life Cycle". If Analysis and Design work properly, development cost, time, and maintenance cost are reduced. Until now, we have many methodologies which test after software developed, but don't have one which test design itself. In this paper, we propose a methodology and diagram to conduct testing in design time. New diagram is very similar to the conventional DFD. The DFD that can be executed is called message Transmission Diagram. All object on the Message Transmission Diagram are to execute independently with data flow converting operations, which makes it easier to find errors of data flow on design. Also, to validate usability of methodology proposed, we implement tol which support new methodology.

      • Linoleic acid의 酸化에 의한 DNA 損傷作用 및 活性酸素種의 역할

        The present study was attempted to investigate on the damage of plasmid DNA by lipid peroxidation and the effects of the active oxygen radicals through the reaction of DNA and linileic acid at 37℃ as model systems. The dgree of DNA damage indeced by linoleic acid peroxidation was increased with increasing of linoleic acid content in reaction system. Linoleic acid at concentration above 10 mM induced the nonspecific double strands scission during peroxidation for 3 days, but the POV was below 100 millieq./kg at that time. And, generally, all of the active oxygen scavengers inhibited the DNA damage and the increase of POV by linoleic acid peroxidation, and such effects were greater in singlet oxygen scavengers and superoxide anion scavengers, but not shown in hydroxyl radical scavengers and hydrogen peroxide scavenger after 1 day incubation. From these profiles, it is concluded that singlet oxygen and superoxide anion geatly affected to the DNA damage induced by linoleic acid peroxidation, but hydrogen peroxide and hydroxy 1 redical participated in the early stage of peroxidation.

      • 빛의 간섭 구조를 이용한 광 저울 개발

        In this paper, we proposed an optical balance using a Michelson Interferometer structure. The frequency of the interference signal is changed nonlinearly related with a weight to be measured, and this frequency change is processed by a processor to give a measured weight. Several measurements were performed and the good results were obtained with the fluctuation of about 1g.
