      • Adriamycin및 Epiadriamycin투여가 Mouse심장근의 Mg++-ATPase활성에 미치는 영향에 관한연구

        Adriamycin and epiadriamycin are anthracyclin antibiotics and epiadriamycin has a different configuration of the -OH group in in the C-4 positive (equatorial configuration) of the aminosugar moiety of the adriamycin. The antibiotics inhibit the DNA synthesis by intercalating between strands of the DNA double helix and they have been widely used as anticancer drugs in the treatment of sarcoma, leukemia, and solid tumor. Adriamycin and epiadriamycin have little specificity toward the normal and tumor cells, cytotoxicity of the normal cells being observed during the drug therapy. Therefore the author undertook the present study to pursue the effect of adriamycin and epiadriamycin on mitochondria of the cardiac muscle cell. Albino mice, ICR strain, weighing 20gm were used as an experimental animals. The experimental animals were killed 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after administration of 30mg/kg of adriamycin and 36mg/kg of epiadriamycin, respectively. The specimens obtained from left ventricle of the heart were prepared and processed by Wachstein's method for detecting ??-ATPase activity in the mitochondria. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The ??-ATPase activity in left ventricular cardiac muscle cells was strongly positive in the 12-hour adriamycin treated group and decreased with time, exhibiting only trace activity in the 72-hour adriamycin treated group. 2. The ??-ATPase activity in left ventricular cardiac muscle cells was strongly positive in the 12-hour epiadriamycine treated group and weakly positive in the 72-hour epiadriamycin treated group. Consequently it is suggested that adriamycin and epiadriamycin inhibit ??-ATPase activity showing cardiotoxic effect of the drug.

      • 흉막삼출의 유무에 따른 쯔쯔가무시증 환자간의 비교

        Scrub typhus is a potentially fatal infectious disease caused by the organism Orientia tsutsugamushi. Clinical manifestations are fever, skin rash, eschar and varying degree of respiratory distress. The pleural effusion in scrub typhus is rare and secondary to the destruction of vascular endothelium. Because the respiratory symptoms are generally mild and the pleural effusion in scmb typhus is rare than in interstitial pneumonia, there are few comments about the characteristics of scmb typhus with pleural effusion. So we made the comparative study of scmb typhus patients between with pleural effusion and without pleural effusion. 연구배경 치명적일 수 있는 감염질환 중 하나인 쯔쯔가무시중(Scrub typhus)에서 드문 흉막삼출을 동반한 환자에 대한 고찰은 다른 문헌에서도 자주 언급되지 않았다. 따라서 본 저자들은 흉막삼출이 있는 경우와 없는 경우에 따른 쯔쯔가무시중 환자들을 비교하고자 하였다. 방법 2003년에서 2006년까지 조선대학교 병원 내과에 입원중인 환자 중 쯔쯔가무시중 진단을 받은 총 109명의 환자를 대상으로 하여 흉부 X선 검사 및 혈청학적 검사(CPK, LDH, ESR, CRP, AST, ALT, ADA), 혈액학적 검사(WBC, PLT) 및 백분율 검사등을 실시하였다. 결과 흉막삼출이 있는 환자들의 경우 흉막 삼출이 없는 환자들에 비해 ESR 수치가 통계학적으로 의의있게 높았다(p-vaule < 0.05). 결론 흉막삼출 유무에 따른 쯔쯔가무시중 환자간의 비교에 있어 ESR 수치가 통계학적인 의의를 가졌다.

      • Geotextile Filter의 특수성능 분석

        In order to lock stability of geotextile filer to clogging or blocking, small scale laboratory tests were accomplished, considering to drainage conditions, on domestic and foreign nonwoven geotextile products used for filter, and permeable capacity of the geotextile filter was analyzed. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter appears to be decrease remarkably in the initial stage of duration time but gradually afterward and is stabilized at 300 hours∼400 hours of duration time. 2. The increase ratio of permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter due to rising hydraulic head appears to be higher with protected soil having lower comparative content of fine particles, and the effect of rising hydraulic head finds to be higher with that protected soil. 3. The permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter appears to be higher with protected soil having lower content of fine particles and the increase of it trends to be considerable and to be decrease according to the elapse of time. From the fact, the flow rate finds to be more influenced by clogging or blocking with protected soil layer having lower content of fine particles. 4. It seems generally that the thicker the geotextile filter is, the higher the permeable flow rate is, but the decrease ratio of it in the initial stage finds to be lower in the case of thicker geotextile.

        사이버 가정학습체제 구축 모형 개발

        본 연구는 초·중등 사이버 가정학습체제의 구축 모형 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 사교육비 관련 현황 및 우리나라의 사회·현실적 요구를 분석하고, 둘째, 사이버 공간에서의 학습을 지원하는 학습이론을 탐색하여 얻은 시사점을 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습체제 개발 원리를 도출하였으며, 셋째, 학습이론적 적용의 틀을 기반으로 사이버 가정학습체제 구축 모형을 개발하고, 각 모형에 대한 세부적인 설명과 시행 시 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하였다. 사이버 가정학습체제 구축 모형은 체제 구성요소와 각 요소들 간의 관계를 도식화한 체제 구성도를 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습체제를 운영하는 활동 주체들의 역할을 정의한 운영 모형, 사이버 가정학습체제 내에서의 학습 유형과 흐름을 보여주는 학습 모형, 사이버 가정학습체제 내 학습 콘텐츠의 구성 기준을 제시하는 콘텐츠 모형 그리고 사이버 가정학습체제 내에서의 학습에 대한 학업성취도 평가와 체제 평가를 위한 평가 모형으로 구성되었다. 각 유형별 모형은 필요에 따라 하위 모형으로 분류되어 총 17개의 사이버 가정학습체제 모형을 제시하였다. 또한 사이버 가정학습체제가 사교육비 절감과 공교육 지원이라는 궁극적인 목적을 달성하기 위해 고려되어야 할 시사점으로 환경자원, 학습자원, 인적자원, 홍보 마케팅 등의 네 가지 측면으로 나누어 제시하였다. The study is purposed to develop a set of construction models for Cyber Home Study System(CHSS) to support the students' self study through internet at the level of elementary, middle and high school students. This is intended to reduce the over spending of the private educational payment, causing the social conflict and antagonism in Korea, and finally to support the public education. The study problems are as follows: 1. Analysis on the social and authentic needs for reducing the private educational payment which causes the social conflict and antagonism in Korea. 2. Setting up the principles to develop the construction model for CHSS to apply the learning theories in support of the learning in the cyber space. 3. Development of a set of construction models for development and construction for CHSS, based on the theoretical developmental principles. The construction model for CHSS developed in this study contains a systemic diagram of the whole CHSS, and 4 major models: a model for management, the model for learning process, the model for content design, and the model for evaluation. The systemic diagram for CHSS demonstrates various components, which consist of the whole system, and the relationship among the components. The model of management identifies the role of each organization by which the CHSS is operated. The Learning process model is classified with 9 sub-models converging on the three factors. These factors are the learner subject, the existence of tutor support, and the relationship to the local school. The models for content design proposes the guideline for design and production of learning content. The evaluation model is composed of three sub models: evaluation for individual learning achievement, evaluation for learning achievement of the tutor supported calss members, and the system evaluation. Finally, 4 kinds of suggestions is suggested to accomplish the purpose of CHSS in terms of environmental resources, learning resources, man power, and advertising and marketing strategies.

        For the effective management and protection of information, we have to discriminate whether the information was illegally changed or not, in order to keep a secret. And the peace-preservation service, such as digital signature which is genernal used in the use for the denial prevention of sender/receiver fact is required. To support the safe service, the methed of distributing key is an important task, which is to setlle the problem of supervising the key in the system of the code. This thesis is aimed at presenting the measures to establish the effective system of supervising the key by using the public one-way Hash fuction which solves the problems in the public key-system.

        數學班 클럽活動 資料의 開發과 그의 活用에 관한 연구

        This thesis is a research to develop mathematical problems related to every day life, and to apply to mathematical extracurricular activity. The conclusions are as followings; (1) The materials of mathematical extracurricular activity totaling 34 hours' class time were developed and its theaching methods were thought out. (2) Through studying the mathematical problems related to everyday life, we could create a lively atmosphere in the classroom. (3) Through studying the mathematical problems related to everyday life, we could change the learning attitude of students affirmatively and make the students solve the problems for themselves. (4) We could try to build up to the management of mathematical extracurricular activity.

      • 자연친화적 하천공사 기법이 적용된 경천에서의 어류상 변화

        자연친화적 하천공법이 적용된 하천의 어류상의 변화를 확인하고자 전라북도 순창군에 위치한 경천을 대상으로 모니터링을 수행한 결과 6목 10과에 속하는 33종 의 담수어류가 확인되었다. 이 중 한국고유종은 13종 이 었 고 멸종위기야생동물 2종까지 확인되었다. 우점종은 R. uyekii(26.37%), Z.platypus(26.14%), 그리고 C auratus (l9.11%) 으로 확인되었다. 각 조사지점별 어류상의 양상은 수제에서는 어식성 어류인 C herzi의 출현이 우세하였고, 도피 및 은신할 수 있는 공간을 제공하는 공법 적용 구간에서는 소형 어류를 용이하게 확인할 수 있었을 뿐 아니라 이들의 번식 양상까지 파악할 수 있는 하천 내 공간이 됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 하중도와 수제구간은 육식성 어종인 C. herzi와 Oplatycephala 등에게 사냥 및 서식에 유리한 조건을 제공하여 하천 내 생태적 안정성을 갖춰나가는 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 추정 할 수 있었다. In induction of close-to-nature streams construction, the prerequisite things of characters were analysis the hydraulic and careful consideration of environmental effects about related stream for least trial and error subsequently. The freshwater fish fauna were measured at eight close-to-nature streams construction as which wing deflectors, riffle, sediment basins, stone we protection, low flow revetment, stepping stones, side stream, and island in the Kyungcheon periodically. In analysing the ichthyofauna in Kyungcheon, suitable target fish species were Coreoperca herzi in wing deflectors, Coreoleuciscus splendidus in riffle, and Oryzias latipes in sediment basins in consideration that divergent construction of close-to-nature stream built Comparative study of attemptεd to divergent eight kinds of construction of close-to-nature streams through analysing the ichthyofauna in Kyungcheon. Suitable fish habitats were diversity index , evenness, richness, number of capture, number of species, stability of egg laying, and the area of rest as criteria significantly. The close-to-nature streams would be succeed with stream diversity in circumstances considerably.

      • 외부 프리스트레스 도입에 의한 노후된 콘크리트 거더교의 보강성능평가

        One of the promising methods to enhance the flexural strength of a externally prestressed girder is to place the tendons with large eccentricities. The analysis and design of composite girders prestressed by external tendons involve difficulties related mainly to the position of anchorages and the construction sequences. This study was conducted on the concrete bridges reinforced by the continuous girders and the external prestressing. The test results in this study showed that the external prestressing of a composite girder increased the range of the elastic behavior, reduced deflections, increased ultimate strength, and added to the redundancy by providing the multiple stress paths.

        The aim of this article is to improve human health and that of companion animals by improving the diagnosis and control of parasitic diseases. This is achieved by research into parasites of veterinary significance including zoonoses and the use of comparative systems to increase our understanding of some human parasitic diseases. We should promotes learning and teaching through knowledge and operates a diagnostic unit that offers a service to pet owner for indigenous and exotic parasitic diseases of companion animals. We must diagnose and treat them early. Zoonotic parasites are very important because many of animal parasites are zoonoses and give pain and death to human. Parasites are divided Protozoa, Helminthes and Arthropods. There are many protozoa, about 65,000 species. Arthropods are the vector of another diseases, such as virus, bacteria, protozoa and nematodes. Helminthes are composed of Trematoda, Cestoda, Nematoda and Acanthocephala. The target of Veterinary Parasitology is to recognize the characteristics of these parasites and subsequently diagnose, treat and control them. This article is intended to familiarize you with the essential facts and concepts of companion animal parasitology. Emphasis is placed on fecal sample techniques (comparison of fecal examination techniques; frequently found artifacts in fecal smears; direct Smear; zinc sulfate flotation; etc.) We recommend that the study be done to more references on animal parasites.
