The Strategy For Technopolis According To Developing In Chongju Area. In this study the strategy for technopolis according to developing in Chongju Area is suggested in order to promote research and development and prepare participants and residents for the construction of the technopolies in the area. There are new fields, which are concerned with the rapid growth and the high technologies ; mechatronics electronics, fine chemicals, new materials, agriculture, environments, etc. The strategy is based on finding new ideas for the construction of the technopolis ; to increase the effects on the development for the area, to have supports in the management and the intensification for R & D, to facilitate the high technologies in the area, and to make up complexes for industries and R & D, to facilitate the high technologies in the area, to make up complexes for industries and R&D, and to prepare the programs for the complexes. There are not only new ideas for the technopolis but also confrontations to the ideas ; to consider the factors for the environmental control planning to have regional basis for the development of the technopolis, and read just in planning the related cities and towns to the technopolis.

The educational environment of university campus is very important. Because that the campus is creative environment and make emotional as place which make the intellectual and emotional humanbeing. In this university case, 1. The establishment of facilities in out of campus based the student's opinions 2. The place of establishment and facility things have to surveied when the university make the master plan about space, circulation, season and etc. 3. The environment and life mode of facilities are research by the environmental design aspects. 4. Every facilities in the campus require the opinion and participation of professionalists. 5. The University Environmental Design Committee composed in the school organized system. According to above the results, this article proclaimed the University administrative staff and relative professionalists seasch to effective methods and to approach solving the problems.
유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 시스템의 보안 기술에 관한 연구

How can we provide security for these sensor networks? Security is not easy; compared with conventional desktop computers, severe challenges exist - these seltzers will have limited processing power, storage, bandwidth, and clergy. As sensor networks edge closer towards wide-spread deployment, security issues become a central concern. So far, much research has focused on making sensor networks feasible and useful, and has not concentrated on security. And we have identified useful security protocols for sensor networks: authenticated and confidential communication, and authenticated broadcast.

This study investigates the effect of double layered bubble sheets on the side condensation of concrete cast for the retaining walls placed underground in practice. Temperature history was measured during summer and winter, in order to examine the level of the insulation performance of the double layered bubble sheets and to estimate the level of side condensation of the concrete structures applied in practice. Test results showed that in summer, the double layered bubble sheets applied to the outside of the retaining walls obstructed the low heat and moisture transfer, arising from the earth behind the walls. This effect maintained the temperature and the humidity of the retaining wall structures and thereby resulted in the protection of the side condensation. In addition, in winter, the similar effect of the double layered bubble sheets on the protection of the side condensation in the retaining walls was achieved. It is concluded that the double layered bubble sheets have a significant effect on insulating concrete structures, especially on the full protection of side condensation of the retaining wall during both summer and winter.

In vitro selection was , applied to isolate Mg^(2+)-dependtlt self-csaavage ribosome from a _(pre-t)RNA library having 40-mer random sequence attached to 5'-terminus of E. coli tRNA^(phe). After 8 rounds of SELEX (Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential Enrichmtlt), RNA molecusas welh self-csaavage activity at 100 mM Mg^(2+), concentration were selected. The selected ribosomes can do the self-csaavage reaction in the presence of 100 MM Mg^(2+) but not in 10 mM Mg^(2+).

Plasma parameters of the remote, inductively-coupsad plasma system were measured by Langmuir double probe technical. Effects of the plasma power, reaction pressure on the electron density(n_(e)) and electron temperature(T_(e)) in the plasma were investigated. Electron dtlsities are measured in the range of 0.3∼6.5×10^(10)cm^(-3), and electron temperatures were in the range of 2∼7×10⁴ K. The electron dtlsity is increased with the plasma power and reaction pressure, but the electron temperature is found to be strongly deptldtlt on the reaction pressure rather than the plasma power.

The dielectric characteristics of low-k interlayer dielectric materials was analyzed by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). BTMSM precursor was evaporated and introduced with the flow rates from 16 sccm to 25 sccm by 1sccm step in the constant flow rate of 60 sccm O2 in process chamber. The chemical characteristics of SiOCH were analyzed by measuring FT/IR absorption lines and obtained each dielectric constant by measuring C-V. A correlation of dielectric constant was investigted, closely connected with precursor, it composed of Si-O-Si(C) cage link bond, Si-O-Si(C) cross link bond, and Si-O-Si(C) open link bond at 950~1200cm-1 wavenumber. ILD of BTMSM/O2 could have low dielectric constant about k ~ 2 and react sensitively. Also dielectric constant could be decreased by the effects of decreasing CH3 and growing Si-O-Si(C) after annealing process.
Schizosaccharomyces pombe의 thioltransferase induction mutant, ttd1-2의 유전자 cloning과 DNA 서열의 분석

Thioltransferase, also known as glutaredoxin, has been highly conserved throughout evolution. It catalyzes the cleavage of mixed disulfides and induced in response to various stress conditions. In our previous study, we isolated the mutants that showed the reduced thioltransferase induction in Schizosaccharomyces pombe. In this study, we analyzed one of these temperature sensitive mutants, ttd1-2. The wild type gene complementing ttd1-2 was cloned by its temperature sensitivity. The gene encodes a hypothetical protein whose amino-terminal part showed significant homology with uridine-cytidine kinases from various organisms. This result raises the interesting possibility that the uridine-cytidine kinase might be involved in induction of thioltransferase in S. pombe.

The inclination, deformation and crack of stone pagoda structure can be caused by a specific change and subsidence of ground. But it is difficult to analyze structural behavior of the upper structure by ground subsidence. Therefore, we analyze the subsidence phenomenon by the slope and depth difference of soft soil ground. Also, this study evaluates the behavior effect of the stone pagoda structure using discontinuum analytical method.
