The educational environment of university campus is very important. Because that the campus is creative environment and make emotional as place which make the intellectual and emotional humanbeing. In this university case, 1. The establishment of facilities in out of campus based the student's opinions 2. The place of establishment and facility things have to surveied when the university make the master plan about space, circulation, season and etc. 3. The environment and life mode of facilities are research by the environmental design aspects. 4. Every facilities in the campus require the opinion and participation of professionalists. 5. The University Environmental Design Committee composed in the school organized system. According to above the results, this article proclaimed the University administrative staff and relative professionalists seasch to effective methods and to approach solving the problems.

The Strategy For Technopolis According To Developing In Chongju Area. In this study the strategy for technopolis according to developing in Chongju Area is suggested in order to promote research and development and prepare participants and residents for the construction of the technopolies in the area. There are new fields, which are concerned with the rapid growth and the high technologies ; mechatronics electronics, fine chemicals, new materials, agriculture, environments, etc. The strategy is based on finding new ideas for the construction of the technopolis ; to increase the effects on the development for the area, to have supports in the management and the intensification for R & D, to facilitate the high technologies in the area, and to make up complexes for industries and R & D, to facilitate the high technologies in the area, to make up complexes for industries and R&D, and to prepare the programs for the complexes. There are not only new ideas for the technopolis but also confrontations to the ideas ; to consider the factors for the environmental control planning to have regional basis for the development of the technopolis, and read just in planning the related cities and towns to the technopolis.

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans(PCDDs/PCDFs) are commonly known as dioxins and as one class of the persistant organic pollutants. They are known to accumulated in environmental and biological system. We select a Carassius auratus as a fresh water fish samples in the stream flowing near the municipal solid waste landfill area to investigate the PCDDs/PCDFs concentration. Also, we determined the TEQs of PCDDs/PCDFs.

An optically variable film is exhibit a significant color shift with changing observation angle. Metal-dielectric multilayer thin-film structures have large color shifts with angle, high chroma and a large color gamut that make them for various application. In this work we fabricated optically variable film and analysised color shift properties by measure the reflectance spectrum.

This study investigates the effect of double layered bubble sheets on the side condensation of concrete cast for the retaining walls placed underground in practice. Temperature history was measured during summer and winter, in order to examine the level of the insulation performance of the double layered bubble sheets and to estimate the level of side condensation of the concrete structures applied in practice. Test results showed that in summer, the double layered bubble sheets applied to the outside of the retaining walls obstructed the low heat and moisture transfer, arising from the earth behind the walls. This effect maintained the temperature and the humidity of the retaining wall structures and thereby resulted in the protection of the side condensation. In addition, in winter, the similar effect of the double layered bubble sheets on the protection of the side condensation in the retaining walls was achieved. It is concluded that the double layered bubble sheets have a significant effect on insulating concrete structures, especially on the full protection of side condensation of the retaining wall during both summer and winter.
덱크플레이트 일방향 슬래브의 근사해석을 위한 실용적인 휨모멘트계수 평가

One-way slab in steel structural system is considered as the plate element supported by four-edged beam with unequaled stiffness, but actually design criterion has analyzed the one-way slab as the continuous beam. Because the end beams supporting one-way slab have the elastic supports causing the different deflections according to the support conditions and locations, the bending moments corresponding to the support locations differ from the moment values in case that the elastic support effect is not considered in the design criterion. Therefore, for the resonable evaluation of approximate moment coefficients considering the unequaled elastic support conditions, this study analyzes and estimates various models with the variables for the ratios of live load to dead load and pattern arrangements of live loads, and span lengths.
Origin about chemical shift of organic thin films

유무기 하이브리드 SiOC 박막은 차세대 유력한 저유전상수를 갖는 박막이다. SiOC 박막의 결합구조는 FTIR 분석기를 이용하여 화학적 이동이 일어나는 것을 확인하여 분석하였다. 유기화학분야에서의 일반적인 화학적 이동은 red shift에 해당하지만, 하이브리드 타입의 SiOC 박막은 red shift 뿐만 아니라 특이한 경우에 해당되는 blue shift도 관찰되었다. 화학적 이동의 원인은 전기음성도가 큰 원소가 주변에 존재하는 수소결합사이의 상호작용 때문인데, SiOC 박막에서 blue shift는 전자를 많이 포함하는 메틸그룹이 증가함으로 생기는 기공을 만드는 원인을 제공한다. SiOC 박막의 결합구조 역시 2가지 유형의 화학적 이동에 따라서 cross-link 구조와 case-link 구조의 두가지 유형으로 나타난다. 유량비와 증착할 때 주어지는 열에너지에 따라서 두 가지 결합구조를 나타낸다. cross-link 구조와 cross-link breakage 구조는 박막의 유전상수가 낮아지는 원인 서로 다르며 화학적 물리적인 특성 또한 다르게 나타나는 것을 증명하고 있다. Si-O-C cross -link 구조는 red shift의 원인이 된 수소결합에 의한 원자사이의 길이가 길어지는 효과에 의해 표면접착력이 개선되며, 유전상수 역시 감소하였다. Organic-inorganic hybrid type thin films are the next generation candidates as low-k materials. SiOC films are analyzed the bonding structure by the red and blue chemical shift using the fourier transform infraredspectra. Conventional chemical shift of organic chemistry is a red shift, but hybrid type SiOC films were observed the red and blue shift. The chemical shift originates from the interaction between the C-H bond and high electronegative atoms, and the blue shift in SiOC films is caused by the porosity due to the increase of the electron rich group such as much methyl radicals. The bonding structures of SiOC films are alse divided into the Si-O-C cross-link structure and the Si-O-C cage-link structure due to the chemical shifts. The Si-O-C cross-link structure progressed the adhesion attributed to the C-H bond elongation in the reason of the red shift, and the dielectric constant also decreases.
1 Clock Cycle에 동작하는 저전력 8비트 RISC Core 설계

In this paper, to design 8 bit RISC Microprocessor, a method of clock gating of data path to reduce electric power consumption is proposed. The proposed method that input 4 block of data path is conjunction with signal of main controller effectively using AND gate for reduction of power consumption. In order to examine the priority, the comparison results of between a 8 bit Microprocessor which is not considered low power consumption and which is considered low power consumption using a methods of clock gating are represented. Especially, within the a few periods, the results of comparing with a Microprocessor not considered the utilization of clock gating shows that the reduction of dynamic dissipation is minimized up to 21.56%. Also, the results of the proposed main controller block and timer using description of the assembler language are executed repeatedly in order to measure dynamic power consumption. Hence, it is verified the 17.9% reduction of dynamic power dissipation.
An interface circuit designed for the load cell

저항형 센서 브리지들을 위한 브리지 저항 편차-펄스폭 변환기를 제시한다. 이 변환기는 두 개의 전압-전류 변환기, 두 개의 전류-제어 슈미트 트리거, 하나의 램프 적분기, 그리고 두 개의 로직 게이트로 이루어져 있다. 개별 부품들을 사용하여 제작된 실험회로는 4.68 ms/Ω에 달하는 변환 감도와 ±0.03%보다 적은 선형 오차를 나타냈다. 브리지 저항 편차-펄스폭 변환기를 로드셀에 응용한 예도 제시하였다. A bridge resistance deviation-to-pulse width is presented for interfacing resistive sensor bridges. It consists of two voltage-to-current converters, two current-tunable Schmitt triggers, a ramp integrator, and two logic gates. A prototype circuit built using discrete components exhibits a conversion sensitivity amounting to 4.68 ms/Ω and a linearity error less than ±0.03 %. Its application to a load cell is also presented.
