        The purpose of this study is to analyze the visual variation of skilled and unskilled people, and to obtain data necessary for skill improvement of effective handball penalty throw. An eye tracker was used to collect eye movements, concentration points, directions, and paths during penalty throws. The results are as follows: 1) For skilled players, the place where they threw and the place where their eyes were focused matched. 2) There is no difference in the presence or absence of eye contact with the goalkeeper.

      • β-carotene과 Protein-bound polysaccharide(PS-K)가 악골 이식암에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the inhibitory effect of 03-carotene and PS-K on the oral transplanted tumor by the transplantation of Sarcoma 180 ascite tumor cells in the bone of incisor tooth germ region of the right mandible. Three week-aged 56 male mice(ICR), weighing 20gm, were devided to 4 experimental groups and 2 control groups. Experimental group 1(12 mice) was transplanted 0.05ml Sarcoma 180 ascite tumor cells per a mouse with 25 Gauge syringe. Group 2(12 mice) was supplied orally 3 times per week with 1-2m1(3-carotene that was dissolved in soybeam milk after transplantation of Sarcoma 180. Group 3 (12 mice) was administered orally 3 times per week with 2m1 PS-K solution that was dissolved in soybeam milk at a dosage of lgm/200ntl after transplantation. Group 4(12 mice) administered 0-carotene and PS-K with the same method. Control group 5(6 mice) was administered 0-carotene and PS-K only and group 6(2 mice) was untreated control. Five mice of each experimental group and 1 mouse of group 5 were sacrificed at 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 days after experimentation. Then the mandible was removed, fixed in 10°N-Formalin and decalcified in 5% nitric acid. And embedded in paraffin; sectioned to 4― 6?m thickness, and stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin, Masson's trichrome and Van Gieson by the usual method; The results were as follows 1. Sarcoma 180 transplanted group revealed inflammatory reaction, degeneration and necrosis of transplanted region, located at 4 days, active malignancy of tumor cells at 6 days, infiltration into the alveolar bone and the periodontal membrane at 8 days, infiltrative proliferation into the periapical portion, adjacent muscular tissue, salivary gland and deep jaw bone at 10, 12 days. 2. The growth of the transplanted tumor cells was inhibited slightly in 0-carotene administered group, morelyinhibited in PS-K administered group and markedly inhibited in 0-carotene and PS-K combined group. 3. There are marked infiltration of lymphocytes due to exudative inflammatory reaction in the adjacent tissue to the transplanted tumor cells. 4. Control group were administered 0-carotene and PS-K only, revealed congestion of blood vessels at 4 days, edematous and hemorrhagic features at 8, 10 days.

        약물로 인해 유발된 좌불안석증에서 세로토닌 차단제인 Cyproheptadine의 효과

        목 적 : 약물로 인해 유발된 좌불안석증은 항정신병 약물로 치료받은 환자에게서 자주 발생한다. 항세로토닌 제제인 Cyproheptadine은 좌불안석증 환자들을 치료키 위해 사용되어져 왔다. 방 법 : 21명의 항정신병 약물로 치료받은 좌불안석증을 동반한 환자들이 4일간에 걸쳐 하루 16mg의 Cyproheptadine을 투여 받았다. 좌불안석증에 대한 평가는 Barnes' rating scale을 이용하여 이루어졌다. 우울증과 정신병증상의 정도가 Brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)와 Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAM-D)에 의해 평가되어졌다. 결 과 :좌불안석증을 보인 대부분의 환자들이(20/21) Cyproheptadine 치료에서 호전을 보여주었다. 치료기간에 정신병이나 우울증의 악화는 없었다. Cyproheptadine 투여가 중단되었을 때 좌불안석증의 증상은 악화되었다. 결 론 : Cyproheptadine은 약물로 인해 유발된 좌불안석증 치료에 유용하다. Objective : Neuroleptic Induced Akathisia(NIA) often occurs in neuroleptic treated patients. Cyproheptadine, an antiserotonergic agent, was used to treat neuroleptic induced akathisia. Method : In an open trial 21 neuroleptic-treated patients with akathisia were administrated Cyproheptadine(16mg/day) over 4 days. Assessment of akathisia was evaluated using Barnes' rating scale(BAS) for neuroleptic induced akathisia. The degree of depression and psychosis were assessed by brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) and Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAM-D). Result : Most patients(20 of 21) with neuroleptic induced akathsia(NIA) showed improvement under the treatment of cyproheptadine. There was no aggravation of psychosis or depression during the treatment. Symptoms of akathisia aggravated when cyproheptadine was discontinued. Conclusion : Cyproheptadine may be useful in the treatment of neuroleptic induced akathisia(NIA).

        연 X-선 현미경을 이용한 금 나노입자 세포영상

        연 x-선 현미경은 ‘물의 창’ 영역(2.3~4.4 nm)의 파장을 이용하여, 수십 nm의 분해능으로 세포를 파괴하지 않고 살아있는 상태에서 세포의 내부구조를 관찰할 수 있어 가시광선현미경과 전자현미경을 단점을 보완하는 특징을 갖는 세포 생물학 연구에 적합한 현미경이다. 그러나 기존 연 x-선 현미경은 광원으로 방사선 가속기를 이용하기 때문에 사용이 제한적이었다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 2.88 nm의 연 x-선을 광원으로 사용하는 소형 연 x-선 현미경을 이용하여, 내포작용에 의해 금 나노입자를 포획한 HT1080과 MDA-MB 231 세포의 영상을 약 60 nm 분해능으로 획득하였다. 금 나노입자의 세포에 대한 독성을 제거하기 위하여 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 캡핑하였고, 2.88 nm 파장의 연 x-선에 대하여 충분한 조영효과로 인하여 세포영상에서 뚜렷한 대조도를 나타내었다. 내포작용에 의해 액포에 포함되어 있는 다양한 크기의 금 나노입자 군집을 확인하였으며, 세포내부의 액포의 분포상태도 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 고분해능을 가진 소형 연 x-선 현미경을 이용하여 금 나노입자를 세포내의 미세기관이나 특정 단백질에 표지하면 연 x-선에 대한 조영효과의 증가에 의하여 더욱 유용한 정보를 획득할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. A compact soft x-ray microscope operated in the ‘water window’ wavelength region (2.3~4.4 nm) was used for observing cells with nano-scale spatial resolution. To obtain cellular imaging captured with colloidal gold nanoparticles using a compact soft x-ray microscope. The colloidal gold nanoparticles showed higher contrast and lower transmission more than 7 times than that of cellular protein on the soft x-ray wavelength region. The structure and thickness of the cell membrane of the Coscinodiscus oculoides (diatome) and red blood cells were seen clearly. The gold nanoparticles within the HT1080 and MDA-MB 231 cells were seen clearly on the soft x-ray microscopy. The gold nanoparticles were aggregated within vesicles by endocytosis.

        사람폐암세포주 (PC-14)에서 Cyclosporin A에 의한 Adriamycin 내성의 극복

        Cyclosporin A and verapamil were tested using MTT assay to evalute the modification effect on the resistance to adriamycin in a human lung cancer cell line(PC-14) and its resistant subline(PC-14/A). PC-14/A was derived by the continuous exposure of PC-14 to incremental concentrations of adriamycin. PC-14/A was 2.5 times more resistant to adriamycin in terms of ICso than PC-14. Cyclosporin A alone, at a concentration of 2.5㎍/㎖, inhibited the growth of PC-14 to 68.3%. 2.5㎍/ ㎖ and 5.0㎍/㎖ of cyclosporin A showed an increase in the cytotoxicity of adriamycin (p<0.01) with 5.0㎍/㎖ being greater than 2.5㎍/㎖(p<0.01). Excluding the direct cytotoxic effect, however, cyclosporin A did not increase in the sensitivity of PC-14 to adriamycin but only showed an additional cytotoxic effect with adriamycin. Verapamil (up to 6.0㎍/㎖) did not inhibit the growth of PC-14. 3.0㎍/㎖ of verapamil did not increase the cytotoxic effect of adriamycin. The combination of cyclosporin A and verapamil with adriamycin enhanced the cytotoxicity of adriamycin, but the result was similar to that of cyclosporin A with adriamycin. 5.0㎍/㎖ of cyclosporin A modified the adriamycin resistance of PC-14/A(SR, 3.2). However, 3.0㎍/㎖ of verapamil did not significantly reverse the adriamycin resistance of PC-14/A. The modified effect of the combination of 5.0㎍/㎖ of cyclosporin A and 3.0㎍/㎖ of verapamil was similar to that of 5.0㎍/㎖ of cyclosporin A alone in PC-14/A. These results demonstrate that cyclosporin A has an additional cytotoxic effect with adriamycin in PC-14 and PC-14/A and has overcome the acquired resistance to adriamycin in PC-14/A. They also suggest that cyclospoin A may have the therapeutic potential in the treatment of human lung cancer.

        The propose of this study is to survey the revetments installed in Gangwon Province for identifying their characteristics. The survey showed that in eastern Gangwon Province, gabion, retaining wall and concrete blocks took about 63% or more, and in western Gangwon Province, dry wall, gabion and retaining wall, 68% or more. Gabion and dry wall had better vegetation coverage in western Gangwon Province than in eastern Gangwon Province. That is thought to be due to slope of river and under-water frequency.

        당의 종류 및 첨가량을 달리한 깨다식의 품질특성

        깨다식의 감미 및 물성 등의 개선을 위해 꿀보다 높은 점도와 hardness를 가지는 쌀엿과 조청 등을 첨가 혼합하여 품질을 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 깨다식의 적정 재료 배합비는 깨가루 100 기준시, 꿀과 쌀엿의 동량 혼합액 50%(w/w)였으며, 이를 기준으로 제조한 깨다식의 이화학적 특성은 당도 17.44 brix˚, tnqns 12.16, 환원당 15.44, 단백질 12.88, 지방 32.02, 조회분 2.82 %이었고, 기계적 특성 중 TPA의 chewiness는 0.28~0.30, hardness는 27.22~27.44 g/㎠이고, 색도의 L값은 41.67, a값 4.58, 그리고 b값은 16.99였다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of the addition of sweeteners to Sesame Dasiks. Sesame Dasiks were prepared by adding various sweeteners to sesame seeds powder, at 40, 50, 60 and 70%, and their quality characteristics were measured. In the chewiness and hardness analyses of Sesame Dasiks, the 50% group (the same ratio and mixture of honey and lire jelIy) gave the highest results. For the sweetness, taste and overall acceptability of the Sesame Dasiks, the 50% group was also the better The texture profile analyses found the optimal chewiness and hardness of the Sesame Dasik to be 0.28 ~ 0.30 and 27.22 ~ 27.44, respectively.
