        아세안(ASEAN) 지역문화 연구

        The study focuses on Cambodia among the ASEAN countries. Since overcoming the long period of political strife and confliction, it is arising in the global society with new attention and interest. Cambodia faced the nightmare of the ‘killing fields’ at the same as possessing cultural assets such as ‘Angkor Wat’. Cambodian regional identity representing its cultural resources has been acknowledged through crafts. The perpetual history and the radiant culture additionally as its diversity, all embedded in its craft is a cultural heritage that represents the honorable value of the Cambodian people. However in spite of the cultural interest on Cambodia, research on the origin of its regional culture, additionally as its identity in terms of craft is limited. Therefore it is difficult to understand its crafts from different angles. The study hopes to contribute to the understanding of its natural environment, the acceptance and the transitions, the tradition and the contemporary crossing over in many different ways to better comprehend its craft. In Chapter II of the study, the geographical environment additionally as the social-cultural condition is analyzed as the background research on Cambodian craft. In Chapter III, Cambodian craft is examined by looking at its circumstances, materials and techniques to explore the differences. In other words crafts has been analyzed in these three ways. Firstly, the special trait of Cambodian craft seen through its geographical environment and its materials. Secondly, Cambodian craft seen through the acceptance and the transition of Buddhism and Hinduism. Lastly, the social endeavor in healing its past history through craft. The study hopes to contribute to understanding Cambodian society and culture. Through the researched materials it hopes to establish a basis for future cultural exchanges leading the field of craft at the same time. 본 연구는 아세안(ASEAN) 국가 중에서 오랜 정쟁과 갈등을 극복하고, 국제사회에서 새롭게 관심받고 있는 캄보디아를 연구한다. ‘킬링필드’의 악몽과 ‘앙코르 와트’의 신비가 공존하는 캄보디아의 지역정체성을 보여주며 대표적 문화자원으로 인정받고 있는 공예에 주목한다. 공예는 유구한 역사와 찬란한 문화 그리고 혼합주의에 기반한 캄보디아 사람들의 삶의 고귀한 가치를 보여주는 문화유산으로써 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 그러나 캄보디아에 대한 문화적 관심에도 불구하고, 지역문화의 근원이며 문화적 정체성을 담고 있는 공예에 관한 연구는 소수에 불과해 캄보디아 문화를 다양하게 이해하기에는 어려움이 있다. 이 연구를 통해 특별한 자연환경에 수용과 변용의 태도가 더해지고, 전통과 현대가 다양하게 교차하여 새롭게 완성되어가고 있는 캄보디아의 공예를 이해하고자 한다. 본 연구는 Ⅱ장에서는 캄보디아 공예의 배경이 되는 지리적 환경과 사회·문화적 환경에 대한 분석을 통해 공예의 배경을 확인한다. Ⅲ장에서는 우리에게 낯설게 느껴지는 배경, 재료, 기법, 표현의 차이가 분명한 캄보디아 공예를 3개의 맥락으로 구성해 탐구한다. 첫째, 캄보디아의 지리적 환경에 따른 재료를 통해 창출된 캄보디아 공예의 독특한 특성을 분석한다. 둘째, 캄보디아 문화의 주축을 이루고 있는 불교와 힌두교의 수용과 변용의 과정에서 탄생한 캄보디아 공예를 이해한다. 마지막으로 역사적 아픔을 치유하는 방법으로써 캄보디아 공예의 새로운 재건을 위한 사회적 노력을 살펴보았다. 이 연구는 캄보디아 사회와 문화를 이해하는데 중요한 바탕을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 문헌 자료로써 공예를 통해 우리나라와의 문화적 교류와 협력의 성공적인 추진을 위한 선구적인 역할을 하는 것에 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

      • 만성 기관지천식 환자에서 deflazacort(R Calcort)와 prednisolone투여의 골대사에 미치는 영향 비교

        Deflazacort, a synthetic oxazolone derivative of prednisolone with 0.84 times antiinflammatory effect of prednisolone, was reported to have less impairment of the bone formation-resorption rate than prednisolone. So deflazacort and prednisolone were compared in their influences in symptoms, pulmonary functions and biochemical parameters that reflect bone metabolism in steroid dependent chronic asthma(mean duration of previous oral steroid administration. 51months). The differences in the pulmonary function,symptom scores and peripheral eosinophil count from baseline to 3rd and 6th muth were not significant in both deflazacort(n = 10) and prednisolone(n=9) groups. Furthermore no significant difference was found in these parameters between deflazacort and prednisolone. Comparing with baseline, no significant difference in serum concentration of calcium, phosphate, total alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin and urinary DPD/Cr was seen at 3rd and 6th month in both two groups. From basline to 6th month, the urinary Ca/Cr excretion was slightly decreased in deflazacort group(0.17+0.07 vs. 0.14+0.05) but we could not find statistical significance. As we compared deflazacort with prednisolone, there was no significant difference in serum concentration of calcium(p=0.8040), phosphate(p= 0.8896), total alkaline phosphatase(p=0. 2556), osteocalcin(p=0.6886), urinary DPD/ Cr(p=0.4004), and urinary Ca/Cr excretion ratio(p=0.1571). When the prednisolone was substituted for deflazacort with equipotent dosage in 5 out of 10 deflazacort administered patients, t,he concentration of serum total alkaline phosphatase was increased(49.2+7.4 vs. 55.8+2.8 IU/ml; p=0.062) and urinary Ca/Cr excretion ratio was decreased(0.1488+ 0.0531 vs. 0.0883+0.0728; p=0.080). Therefore we concluded that treatment with deflazacort might be an effective alternative to prednisolone treatment in steroid dependent chronic asthma. But we could not observe significant change in biochemical indices of bone turnover after prednisolone was substituted by deflazacort.

      • 증례: 기관지천식 환자에서 병발된 만성 호산구성 폐렴 2례

        Eosinophilic lung diseases are a heterogenous group of disorders that are still controversial about the classification of these disease entities. Generslly, chronic eosinophilic pneumonia is diagnosed after all possible causes of eosinophilic lung infiltration were excluded. Bronchial asthma is sometimes accompanied with eosinophilic lung diseases, such as allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, Churg Strauss syndrome, bronchocentric granulomatosis, fungal infection, and chronic eosinophilic pneumonia. As the prognosis and management plans of these disorders sre different, accurate diagnosis of the causes of eosinophilie lung diseases is critical. Recently we experienoed two cases of chronic eosinophilic penumonia in bronchial asthmatics. One case was diagnosed by clinical features and pathology, and the other by clinical features and therapeutic trial.

      • 아토피성 기관지천식 환자에서 Pharmacia CAP 시스템으로 측정한 10종의 흡입성 항원에 대한 특이 IgE 성적

        In this study, clinical effectiveness of Pharmacia CAP system for determination of allergen specific IgE was evaluated de- pending on the results of Bencard skin prick tests in 100 atopic and 18 nonatopic asthrnstics. The Pharmacia CAP specific IgE positive rates were higher as the SPT grades were increased: negative (n=623) (17.8%); + (n=81) (34.6%); 2+ (n= 223) (56.5%); 3+ (n=106) (70.8%); and 4+ <= (n=127) 3+ (92.1%), respectively. The overall concordant rate between Bencard SPT and Pharmacia CAP system was 81.7% with range of 70.7-92.1%. The Overall sensitivity of Pharmacia CAP system was 80.7%. The sensitivities for 10 allergens, which ranged from 57.5% to 100 %, were as followed; D.pteronyssinus (96.1 % ), D.farinae (96.7%), cat dander (61.5% ), cockroach (65.2% ), Aspergillus fumigatus (57.1%), ragvreed (62,5%), mugwort (75.0 % ), Meadow fescue (100%), birch (62.4% ), and oak (80.0% ), respectively. Overall specificity of Pharmacia CAP system was 82.2 The specificity of CAP system in nonatopic subjects (n=18, 160 test) was 94.4% which was quite different with the 77.6% of atopic subjects (n=100, 463 test). SPT A/H ratios were significantly correlated with Pharmacia CAP specific IgE concentration (KU/L) in D.pteronyssinus (r =0.520, p<0.001), D.farinae (r=0.490, p< 0.001), A.fumigatus (r=0.315, p<0.01), mugwort (r=0.210, p<0.05), ragweed {r= 0.213, p<0.05), birch (r=0.232, p<0.05), M.fescue (r=0.410, p<0.001). But, in cock- roach (r=0.192, p<0.1), cat, dander and oak pollen, SPT A/H ratios were not correlated with the concentration of specific IgE. These results suggest that Pharmacia CAP system is useful for etiologic evaluation of immediate hypersensitivity and quantitative evaluation of specific IgE in atopic asthma.

      • Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus 항원 분획별 알레르기 면역반응

        As molecular size of the most major allergens of house dust mite(HDM) are known to be less than 30 kD, allergic immune reactions may be different according to the molecular fractions of HDM allergens. In this study, we fractionated D. pteronyssinus(D. pt) antigen according to its molecular weights,' fraction I(FI), II(FII, more than 30 kD), III(FIII, less than 30 kD), and evaluated the differences of allergic immune responses in 40 atopic patients. FIII(A/H ratio 2.44+-0.61) elicited stronger response on intradermal skin test than FI (0.76+0.10, p<0.001) and FII(0.88k0.12, p <0.001). The immunoblot analysis revealed that the nine out of 10 atopics had IgE binding bands with 15 kD protein of FIII which were not found in FI and FII. The geometric mean of absorben value of specific IgE to FIII was 0.067, which was higher than that of FII (0.013, p<0.001), with no difference from that of FI(0.042). The skin reactivity to whole D. pt antigen correlated with FIII specific IgE(r=0.3862, p<0.01), not with FI (r=0. 2605, p=0.07) and FII specific IgE(r=0. 1103, p=0.45). FI specific IgG levels in atopic sera(n=40) were significantly higher than that of FII and FIII in all IgG subclasses (p<0.001). Both atopic(n=4) and nonatopic (n=4) groups showed multiple IgG, IgG1, and IgG2 binding ba,nds at high molecular proteins in immunoblot analysis. The prevalence and density of the IgG and IgG1 binding bands to 15 kD were higher and more intense in atopics than those of nonatopics. In conclusion, we suggest that fractionated antigens of D. pteronyssinus had different antigenicities and that the allergic irnmune responses to HDMs in atopics and nonatopic are different according to molecular fractions of HDM.

      • 기관지천식 환자의 말초혈액 총 호산구수 및 혈중 eosinophil cationic protein의 측정

        Objeetive.'We evaluated the clinical implications of serum ECP and peripheral blood eosinophil counts as indices of airway inflammation during the follow up of asthmatics (BA). Methods. We repeatedly measured the serum ECP, peripheral blood eosinophil counts and peak expiratory low rate (PFR) during the follow up of 24 symptomatic BA. Results '. Mean serum ECP level of BA at uncontrolled status of airflow limitation was significantly higher than that of controlled state (24.5 +- 3.7 ng/ml vs. 16.2 +- 1.9 ng/ml, p <0.05) and the ECP levels of controlled and uncontrolled status were significantly higher than that of health control subjects (n=10, 10.1+2.0 ng/ml, p<0.01 respectively). Peripheral blood eosinophils were also signifi- cantly increased in uncontrolled status than in controlled status of BA (535.7+81.0/uL vs. 300.4+33.4/pL, p <0.05). In controlled status, 8 BA had higher circulating ECP levels than in uncontrolled status, but with peripheral blood eosinophil counts, only 3 BA had higher levels in controlled status than in uncontrolled status. Variations of PFR correlated with the variations of serum ECP level (r = 0.5370, p<0.01) and variations of peripheral blood eosinophil count (r= 0.6215, p< 0.001). Conelusion.'Measurement of serum ECP and peripheral blood eosinophil count would be useful tools for monitoring the disease activity of asthma, but we could not obtain any more informstions from the measuremert of serum ECP levels than from the peripheral blood eosinophil counts.
