Objectives : The present study investigated the brain regions that correlate with ambivalence in schizotypy, a latent personality organization that is proposed to precede and contribute to the liability of developing schizophrenia. Methods : Using ^(18)F-FDG PET scan, we investigated the brain activity of twenty one normal healthy subjects during the resting state. Questionnaires, including the Korean Version of Schizotypal Ambivalence Scale (K-SAS), were administrated after the scan in order to assess the self-rated individual differences in ambivalence. Results : The Schizotypal Ambivalence Scale (SAS) scores showed positive correlation with the metabolic rates in the left parahippocampal gyrus and the fornix. In contrast, the Ambivalence over Expression of Emotion Questionnaire (AEQ) scores showed negative correlation with the metabolic rates in the right putamen. Although scores of the two ambivalence scales Correlated positively (Pearson correlation coefficient 0.477, p<0.050), there was no substantial overlap between the neural correlates. Conclusion : This study suggests that the hippocampal complex, which dysfunction has been reported to correlate with impaired information processing in schizophrenia, may underlie schizotypal ambivalence.
조선시대 저고리의 구성원리에 관한 고찰 : 深衣 구성과의 관련성을 중심으로 Focus on Relationship Simii and Jegory

The purpose of this study is to compare Jegory with Simii, and to understand the construction of Jegory, assuming that Jegory is related to Simii system. The results obtained are as follows; 1. Tgie-ku-li was the first record among the name of Jegory in literature, was called about A.D. 1408. 2. When Jegory and Simii were cut, front-back width and sleeve length standarded on the width of cloth. 3. The cutting of Jegory disposed to seperate right and left width, to connect front and back width up to the middle term of Chosen Dynasty Period. 4. The sewing order of the Simii was Dungsol-Jindong-Baerae-Sougu The sewing order of the Jegory in 「The Book of Chosen sewing」 was Shoulder-Jindong-Baerae-Sup-Dungsol-Kit and in literature of 1960's it was similar to Simii. 5. The lined clothes in 「The Book of Chosen Sewing」 was sewn to put the inside in the surface, different from the literature of 1960's. 6. In Chosen Dynasty Period the shape of Simii depended on 「Moon Kong Ka Rye」, but it was changed to similar to Jegory in the latter term. 7. The empty void in Jegory offers usefulness. It relates to Oriental negativism that yin is more useful than yang.
선후행 제약과 순서 의존적 작업준비 시간을 고려한 No-wait Flowshop 생산 설비의 일정 계획

This paper addresses the method to obtain the global optimum for no-wait flowshop scheduling with precedence constraints and sequence dependent setup time. The system is made up of a set of machines of various types and is no interruption between tasks in a job. The objective is to determine the job sequence for processing with minimum makespan. The sequencing problem with precedence constraints and sequence dependent setup times is equivalent to the travelling salesman problem. A mixed integer programming (MIP) model is presented to obtain the optimal schedule. It is known that the MIP model for no-wait flowshop scheduling is NP-hard. We developed the heuristic algorithm to gain the best solution. From the experiments, we see that the suggested algorithm generates the best job sequence efficiently.
영양사 유무에 따른 재가노인 급식서비스 제공기관의 실태 분석

The purposes of this study was to analyze the operational difference of foodservice center for homebound elderly by the presence of the dietitian. The questionnaire was developed to measure all variables for menu management and distributed to 103 meal service centers in charge of congregate meal service program and 57 centers for home-delivered meal service program. The data of 160 centers in charge of congregate meal service and home-delivered service centers were usable for analysis. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS 8.1 package program for descriptive analysis and chi-square test. Only 2 1.9% meal service centers had dietitians, what is more, they were not professionals who did menu management but foodservice managers, volunteers, cook or social workers. The current foodservice programs for the homebound elderly were operated without professional. In the part of menu management, dietitians were more actively involved in menu planning in the elderly foodservice center in the presence of the dietitians. The performance level of healthcare service was not significantly different, but the nutrition education in the elderly foodservice center with the dietitians was more frequently performed than that without the dietitians(p<0.05). In the food purchasing and food production management, the significant differences were shown that in the elderly foodservice centers in the presence of the dietitians, the proportion of the contract purchasing was significantly higher than that of direct purchasing(p<0.01). In food sanitaq management, the significant differences were not shown in the part of management of keeping meal for identifying the cause of food-borne illness and left-over, but the sanitation education for the foodservice employees was performed more frequently by the presence of the dietitians(p<0.01). In conclusion, the foodservice management was more systematically conducted in the elderly foodservice centers in the presence of the dietitians than that without dietitians. The elderly foodservice program has offered the health-related support for homebound elderly. Although there were several problems in elderly foodservice management, the program delivered well-targeted, effective, and efficient nutrition services and wide range of supportive service to the at-risk older population. It needs to be managed by professional for the improvement in the elderly foodservice.

Purpose: To examine patient satisfaction with nursing care and the difference of patient satisfaction by the characteristics of emergency care service in the center for emergency medicine. Method: We surveyed 145 patients who visited Pusan-Wide Emergency Medical Center from Nov 01, 2003 to Nov 30, 2003. Patient satisfaction was assessed by asking patients and medical records reviewed to obtain the characteristics of emergency care service. Results: The mean score of patient satisfaction with nursing care was 3.12. For patient satisfaction, 'The nurse seemed earnestly concerned about my pain, fear, and anxiety' represented highest score (3.58). Patient satisfaction according to the general characteristics of patients was revealed as significantly high for the higher educated and the older. Patient satisfaction by the characteristics of emergency care service was significantly higher in no-wait group. Conclusion: Also, the fundamental of nursing, like respect for human, was maintained in emergency setting, the hospital's administration has implemented service for a high level of satisfaction with nursing care up to the expectations of the patients for with the staff and medical equipment.
