Types of Vitamin D is ergocalciferol(vitamin D2), cholecalciferol(vitamin D3), and calcitriol(1,25(OH)2 vitamin D3). As adults age, the ability to make vitamin D through the skin decreases and people who are housebound and experience no sunlight exposure are unable to make vitamin D and get little weight bearing exercise. Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin, is currently the subject of controversy. Its role in preventing vitamin D deficiency, rickets is undisputed but how much vitamin D is required for maintaining bone strength is unclear. And the efficacy of vitamin D supplementation for preventing hip and other fracture in healthy postmenopausal women remains equivocal. Recently, calcium and vitamin D supplementation was the treatment of choice for preventing fractures and fall in the elderly. Recommended intake for more than 50, vitamin D3 is 800-1000 IU/day and calcium is 1200 mg/day. This article is to evaluate a role of vitamin D at the period of the menopause in women

This study through the development of leisure activities for regional development theory is an interdisciplinary verification. In addition, the sports area to verify the need for development methodologies, work, sports development through on-site verification of the analysis of Korea Region development is part of the work to develop a successor. Sports development and academic experience in the field accumulation Sports Regional development methodologies in accordance with the development of vision and the rationale provided by default ... but then I will set him to thinking. Particularly those residing in earner's point (Live Theory) from the sports area development methodologies, proposal community development, and new sports space for creating a realistic attempt, and this study's theoretical development of the sports development in the field to access a will provide the framework of epistemological thinking.
Various Approaches and Treatments for Pelvic Organ Prolapse in Women
정수호,김웅빈 대한폐경학회 2018 대한폐경학회지 Vol.24 No.3
Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is bulging of one or more of the pelvic organs into the vagina and triggered by multiple causes. It is a very common disorder, especially among older women. POP is characterized by protrusion of the presentation part visible by the naked eye, and problems with urination or bowel movements. POP can be diagnosed based on the onset of symptoms and a pelvic exam, and management options include medical and surgical treatment. Although medical treatment cannot correct the abnormal herniation of the pelvic structures, this can help alleviate symptoms. One of the disadvantages of surgical interventions is recurrence, and advances in surgical techniques have decreased recurrence rates of POP. Therefore, author will explain the gynecology and urology approach and treatment.

Geomorphic indices have been used to assess relative tectonic activity, quantify surface relief and identify geomorphic anomalies caused by blind fault and/or fold. These indices, especially related with drainage system and mountain front, can be easily recognized through aerial photo as well as high-resolution DEM. The tectonic activity even over large area is easily interpreted based on geomorphic indices in a relatively short time. Despite of these advantages there are several limitations to be considered: 1) Because this method is based on Davis’s cycle of normal erosion, effects of other factors such as rock type, climate change and anthropogenic influences are often ignored; 2) It has not been reviewed sufficiently whether it can be applied in areas with low tectonic rate such as intra-plate region or not. If the aforementioned constraints are resolved and the applicability in areas with low slip rate is confirmed, this morphometric approach can be applicable to Korean peninsula. Furthermore the results can be used to trace surface ruptures and fault segmentation along with the various data such as geophysical and geodesic data. Through the follow-up studies, we will evaluate the southeastern part of Korean peninsula where major seismogenic structures are developed.
