N/A This paper deals with failure and diagnosis information support system for maintenance management. As the complexity of logistics systems is increasing with the introduction of factory automation equipment, there has been increased chance of catastrophic system failure because of conditions unique to each system due to maintenance functions. This kind of unexpected reactive maintenance is expensive because of extensive unplanned downtime and damage to machinery. To avoid such an unplanned machine downtime, it is needed to implement computerized maintenance management support system and use pro-active maintenance approach by either using historical maintenance data or by sensing machine conditions. This paper discusses failure and diagnosis information support of maintenance management system framework for Stacker Crane of AS/RS(Automatic Storage/Retrieval System) system as an proactive maintenance approach. Thus, by enabling such a framework, it can bring us more efficient planning and execution of maintenance to reduce costs and/or increase profits.

The purpose of this research was to analyze importance of key word on the journal of the Korean institute of plant engineering (JKIPE). We collected 857 key words in each paperson JKIPE from 2009 to 2013. Social network analysis is one of good method to analyze the importance of key words. To find the most important key word, we used the degree centrality, the betweenness centrality, the closeness centrality and the proximity prestige centrality on key word.

Many of companies all over the world have been certified ISO 9000 which is customer focused since last ten 10 years, and industrial sector specific certifications have been developed, such as ISO/TS 16949 which are specific requirements added to ISO 9001 for the automotive industrial sector. Requirements for manufacturing machine/equipment contol addressed in ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 are considered to be significant. And ISO 9001 pro-motes the adoption of 'Process approach' which is one of 'Quality management 8 principles' when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system, to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements. And I think that it is important to adopt 'Process approach' when implementing machine/equipment contol for performance improvement. I sincerely hope that my study for adoption of Process approach for r performance improvement to be helpful to individual, companies and related association.

This study investigated the current situation of domestic extinguishment system of forest fire and compared it with forest fire prevention and extinguishment system of advanced countries to present an improved extinguishment system. Following is the improvement plan. First, the command system should be unified. Third, currently rising mobile water mist equipment should be introduced. Second, the standard of penalizations for incendiary or accidental firer should be reinforced as efforts for forest fire prevention. Lastly, specialty extinguishment member of forest fire should be trained to make the extinguishment work efficient.
병원의 공기조화방식에 따른 공기 감염균 확산에 관한 멀티존 시뮬레이션 연구

Recently there is a growing interest in the airborne spread. In particular, there is growing interest in secondary infection through the air in the hospital. The distribution of airbone virus depends on the type of HVAC system installed in a hospital. So, a study was progressed Multi-zone simulation in case of applying to EHP system or AHU system in the hospital. When applying the AHU system was distributed low pollution as compared with the case of applying the EHP system. When applying the AHU system was distributed the pollution more extensive as compared with the case of applying the EHP system. In the rest result, show that corridors and elevator hall and air duct is main moving path of the virus. Accordingly, it have to be managed by installing the air sterilizer on the moving path.

This paper presents a new method for measuring fabric drape properties using computer vision. The major characteristics that represent drape property of fabrics are length, area, curvature, and roundness. To detect these characteristics, the image analysis is performed after image preprocessing, The Sobel operator is applied to preprocess the image, and the contour line of the image is extracted using the chain code algorithm. By experimental result, the roundness is most powerful factor to represent the drape property among the several characteristics.
