박정희대통령은 10월 4일 77년도 예산안을 국회에 제출하고 새해 시정 기본방향과 소신의 일단을 피력하였다. 박대통령은「우리는 그동안 세차례에 걸친 경제개발 5개년계획을 성공적으로 마무리 짓고 그간에 이룩해 놓은 획기적인 국력의 신장과 튼튼한 자립기반위에서 또다시 거보전진의 첫걸음을 내딛게 되는 것」이라고 했다. 박대통령은 2조 6천 7백 50억원 규모의 77년도 예산안편성은 일반행정, 국방, 사회개발및 경제개발등 각 부문간에 균형을 기하면서도 중점사업을 효과적으로 추진할수 있도록 한것이라고 강조하고 이 예산안의 첫째가, 국가안보 태세를 강화하기 위한것, 둘째는 주요경제개발사업을 적극지원하고 사회개발의 촉진을 뒷받침한것, 셋째, 국민생활의 안정과 복지향상에 역점을 두고, 재정을 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여, 예산제도와 세제를 개선한 것이라고 했다.

新聞의 時代와 新小說 - 新小說에 나타난 ‘新聞/記事’의 樣相과 그 意味 -

This paper tried to analyze the aspects of newspapers and newspaper articles appearing in ‘Shinsoseol(New Novel)’ to examine their meaning. In previous studies of the formation of modern novels and the correlation of newspaper media, the research on the perception of newspaper media appearing in the novel itself has been neglected. Newspapers and newspaper articles in Shinsoseol appear 1)when the characters read or 'quote' articles in editorials and miscellaneous news(fait divers), and 2)when the characters and events are reported in the newspapers, and 3)when the characters in the works publish their own articles. Newspaper articles serve as enlightening and educational functions that present the direction of life and social norms to characters. On the other hand, newspaper articles serve as a summary presentation of events, overcoming and rescuing crises, and an instrument of meeting characters. However, there are no journalist in Shinsoseol and no doubts about the possibility of newspaper articles being manipulated. This should be an important point in the process of establishing aesthetic autonomy in modern novels, triggering discussions about the dynamics of 'article' and 'fiction' dealing with 'real' and 'fiction'. 박정희, 2019, 신문의 시대와 신소설, 183 : 291~317 이 논문은 ‘新小說’에 등장하는 신문과 신문기사의 양상들을 분석하여 그 의미를 살펴보고자 했다. 그간 近代小說의 형성과 신문매체의 상관성에 대한 연구들에서 소설 자체에 반영되어 있는 신문매체인식에 대한 연구는 소홀했다. ‘신소설’에 나타나는 신문 및 신문기사는 1)작중 인물들이 논설 및 잡보의 기사를 읽거나 그것을 ‘引用’하는 경우, 2)작중 인물 및 사건이 신문에 보도되는 경우, 3)작중 인물이 신문을 활용하는 경우 등의 양상으로 드러나며, 이때 신문기사는 작중인물의 삶의 방향과 사회 규범을 제시하는 계몽과 교육적 기능을 한다. 서사적 차원에서 신문기사는 사건의 요약적 제시, 인물의 위기 극복과 구조, 인물들의 만남 繼起 등의 기능을 한다. 한편 신소설에는 신문기자가 등장하지 않고 신문기사의 造作 가능성에 대한 의심 등은 나타나지 않는다. 이러한 점은 근대소설의 미적 자율성의 성립과정에서 ‘현실’을 다루는 ‘신문기사’와 ‘소설’의 力學關係에 대한 논의를 觸發시킬 수 있는 중요한 사항에 해당하는 것이라는 측면에서 의미가 있다.

As a part of basic study of the development and the environment conservation of Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, the community structures of the benthic macroinvertebrates in nine reservoirs/streams in Suwon-si were investigated on 18 and 19 June and 18 and 19 September 2004. The aquatic insect species were occurred as a major group of the all communities. The biotic indices and the distributions of the functional feeding groups of mile reservoirs/streams are reflecting well the characteristics of aquatic environment.

A 3-year old, male Jindo dog was referred with history of tenesmus, dyschezia and recurrent rectal prolapse. On the physical examination, the rectum was prolapsed about 10 cm, congested and necrotized. Fecal incontinence and pain were observed. Complete blood count revealed a mild leukocytosis and there were no remarkable abnormalities in serum biochemistry profiles. It was diagnosed as a rectal prolapse. Rectal resection and anastomosis was performed for necrotic tissue removal. On postoperative fecal smear, protothecosis was observed. Amphotericin B was administered. There has been no evidence of recurrence of rectal prolapse for ten months.

인천 근해의 해수는 저염분으로서 대부분 32.5% 내외이고 조석의 간만의 차는 동해 측과는 대단한 차가 있고 인천항에서 최대조차는 9.7m에 달한다. 해안생물로서는 연안심지에 서식장을 가진 연체동물을 위시하여 산란장의 목적으로 연안에 군래하는 어류와 봄 가을에 곤쟁이 새우 뿔조개 농거이 방게 참게 등 다종 다산하며 해조류의 번식은 보잘 것 없으나 1940년경부터 인천 근해에 해태(海苔)의 양식이 시작되었다. 작약도는 인천의 내항을 둘러싸고 있는 천혜적 방파제로서의 역할을 하며 인천 판유리 공장 앞에서 배를 타고 약 20분이면 도달할 수 있고 인천 항구로 들어오는 선박을 위해 등대가 있는 조그마한 섬이다. [그림 1] 서울에서 가깝고 교통이 편리할 뿐만 아니라 모래땅 진흙땅 모래 진흙이 섞인 땅 바위 등 지세가 다양하여 무척추동물에서 척추동물에 이르기까지 각종의 해안등물이 서식하고 있어 생물학도들에게는 아주 흥미로운 채집 장소이기도 하다.
