갑천의 조류상

본 연구는 갑천의 조류상에 관하여 2001년 9월부터 2002년 8월까지 1년간 매월 조사한 것으로 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조사된 조류는 12목 31과 83종으로 15900개체이었고, 물새는 백로과, 오리과, 뜸부기과, 도요·물떼새과 등으로 38종이었으며, 산새는 딱따구리과, 할미새과, 지빠귀과, 휘파람새과, 박새과, 멧새과, 까마귀과 등 45종이었다. 2. 조류의 이동성에 따라 분석하면 텃새 29종(35%), 여름철새 29종(35%), 겨울철새 18종(22%), 그리고 나그네새 7종(8%)이었다. 3. 천연기념물인 새매, 황조롱이, 붉은배새매가 관찰되었다. 4. 주요 우점종은 외소리, 흰뺨검둥오리, 청둥오리, 왜가리, 까치, 쇠백로 등의 순으로 이 지역은 수면성오리류와 백로류의 서식에 적합한 서식지환경을 가지고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 5. 종수의 월별 변화는 2월(37종)과 12월(36종)에 높게 나타났으며 6월(27종)과 5월(28종)에 낮게 나타났다. 6. 개체수의 월별 변화는 12월과 1월에 높게 나타났으며 5월과 6월에 가장 낮게 나타났다. 7. 월별 종다양도지수(H')는 9월에 2.6207로 가장 높게 나타났으며 다음으로 6월과 8월에 각각 2.5466, 2.5078의 순으로 높게 나타났고 1월에 2.0716으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the avifauna of Gap stream in Daejeon metropolitan city from September in 2001 to August in 2002. For the monthly change of bird community, survey was carried at study area per each month, the obtained results could be summarized as follows. 1. The observed birds were 12 orders 31 families 83 species and 15900 individuals, 38 species are water bird as Herons, Dabbling ducks, Diving ducks, Rails Sandpipers & Plovers and 45 species are land bird as Raptors, Woodpeckers, Wagtails, Thrushes, Warblers, Tits, Buntings, Crows. 2. These birds could be divided 29 residents, 29 summer visitors, 18 winter visitors, 7 passage migrants. 3. Among the birds, Chinese Sparrowhawk Accipiter soloensis, Eurasian Sparrowhawk Accipiter nisus, Kestrel Falco tinnunculus are legally protected species as natural monuments in Korea. 4. The major dominant species were Common Teal Anas crecca. Spot-billed Duck Anas poecilorhyncha, Mallard Anas platyrhynchos, Grey Heron Ardea cinerea, Magpie Pica pica, Little Egret Egretta garzetta in order, Gap stream should be appropriate habitats for dabbling ducks and herons. 5. Among the total number of 83 species, the highest number of species was 37 species in February and the lowest number of species was 27 species in June. 6. Among the total number of 15900 individuals, the highest number of individuals was 2899 individuals in December and the lowest number of individuals was 385 individuals in May. 7. Among the monthly species diversity index, the highest number of species diversity index was 2.6207 in September and the lowest number of specie diversity index was 2.0716 in January.

우울증과 정신분열증 환자에서의 Dexamethasone 억제검사

This study was made in order to compare to neurohormonal activities of major depression with that of schizophrenic patients through dexamethasone suppression test. Out of 276 patients admitted to the department of neuropsychiatry of Catholic Medical College from Feb. 1, 1981 to Sept. 30, 1981, 74 patients without hormonal or other organic disturbances were selected for this study. The subjects consisted of 26 males and 48 females and ranging in age from 16 to 69 years with the mean age of 35. 4. Of the 74 patients 16 were diagnosed as major depression, 37 as schizophrenic disorders and 21 as others by the criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 3rd Edition(DSM-III). We further tried to evaluate the abnormalities of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and diagnostic significances of nonsuppressed patients in each diagnostic group through the responses of dexamethasone suppression test. The results were as follows: 1. Before dexamethasone administration, plasma cortisol levels in major depression were lower than schizophrenic disorders and others, especially at 8 AM (p<.01, p<.05). 2. After dexamethasone administration, plasma cortisol levels in major depression were higher than schizophrenic disorders and others, especially at 8 AM (p<.01, p<.025). 3. Nonsuppressors as determined by 5㎍/dl of plasma cortisol levels on dexamethasone suppression test had the diagnostic sensitivity of 31.3%, specificity of 91.9%, and diagnostic confidence of 62.5% for major depression and 8.1%, 86.5% and 37.5% respectively for schizophrenic disorders.

X-Y 로봇을 이용한 광조형시스템 개발

In this study, we have developed the stereolithography system that supports the development of a products. This paper presents the development of the stereolithography system. The system is composed of hardware, software and control part. The software converts a STL file to NC data and displays the monitoring figure in control part. The hardware part deals with structure of machine. The most important theme in this paper is LG-SLCAM software. This software can generate NC data and scanning condition data from a STL file semiautomatically. On the basis of three dimensional shapes, it makes data for support structure from STL file. The effectiveness of using our stereolithography system is confirmed by processes of good development.

In-Process Measurement of ELID Grinding Status -Thickness of Insulating layer-

To successfully establish the ELID-grinding, it is important to properly select the electrolytic condition according to grinding conditions. Currently, the selection of electrolytic condition is mainly dependent on the operators experience, which is one of difficulties preventing the successful application of ELID technique. In this study, an in-process measurement system of the insulating layer using two gap sensors-a capacitance type and an eddy current type-are developed and the change of the thickness of insulating layer during ELID grinding is detected. Evaluation experiments show the possibility to control the electrolytic condition through the in-process measurement of the layer status.

양극성 정동장애 및 정신분열증 환자군에서 성별에 따른 TRH 자극검사

This study was designed to evaluate the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis abnormalities and the possible influence of gender on the TSH response to TRH in bipolar patients and schizophrenics by using TRH stimulation test. The subjects were consisted of 34 bipolar patients(male : 14, female : 20) and 24 schizophrenics(male : 11, female : 13). The results were as follows ; 1) There was a significant difference in the baseline TSH level of female subjects before TRH administration between bipolar patients and schizophrenics. 2) The TSH levels at 60 and 90 minutes after TRH administration in female bipolar patients were significantly higher from those of female schizophrenics(P〈0.05). 3) In female subjects, the response of TSH level after TRH administration was significantly different between the two groups(P〈0.005).

갑천의 서식지 환경에 따른 야생조류 분포에 관한 연구

본 연구는 갑천에 서식 분포하는 조류군집을 파악하고, 이의 보호 및 관리방안을 제시하기 위하여 4개의 조사구역을 선정하여 2001년 9월부터 2002년 8월까지 1년간 선조사법 및 정점조사법에 의해 조사하였다. 그 결과 자연하천구간인 가수원교-만년교구간에서는 11목 29과 67종이 관찰되었고, 인공하천구간인 만년교-대덕교구간에서 6목 10과 30종, 대덕교-원촌교구간에서 8목 12과 28종, 원촌교-갑천교구간에서 8목 18과 40종으로 인공하천 전 구간에서 9목 19과 47종이 관찰되었다. 자연하천구간은 산림, 경작지, 수변림, 모래톱, 자갈밭, 갈대숲 등의 서식지환경이 다양하고, 인간의 이용과 간섭이 가해지지 않은 결과 다양한 종들이 관찰되었으며, 인공하천구간은 호안블록과 잔디밭 등으로 수생태계와 육지생태계가 단절되어 있으며, 서식지환경도 단순하여 관찰 종 수가 낮게 나타났다. 갑천에 다양한 야생조류를 유치하기 위해서는 자연형 하천과 같이 수생태계와 육상생태계가 어우러진 서식지 즉 생태계를 고려한 다양한 서식지환경의 조성이 요구되며, 단편화된 서식지들을 연결하는 생태적으로 중요한 역할을 하는 Stream corridor를 고려한 하천의 정비 및 조성이 요구된다. This study was conducted to investigate bird community and to suggest a proper way how to manage protect bird community in Gap stream. The survey was carried out over sections by the line transect method and point counts method from September 2001 to August 2002. Natural stream region as Gasuwon Bridge - Mannyeon Bridge are observed birds were 11 orders 29 families 67 species, Artificial stream region as Mannyeon Bridge - Daedeok Bridge are observed birds were 6 orders 10 families 30 species, Daedeok Bridge - Wonchon Bridge are 8 orders 12 families 28 species, Wonchon Bridge - Gap stream Bridge are 8 orders 18 families 40 species. All the observed birds in artificial stream region are 8 orders 19 families 47 species. Number of species in natural stream region was higher than artificial stream region owe to a various habitat environment such as forest, cultivated land, streamside forest, sandy plain, gravelly field, reedy field etc. and can not add with the interface and the usage of the human. Number of species in artificial stream region was lower than natural stream region owe to a simple habitat environment and the water ecosystem is severed with embankment block and grass plot with the land ecosystem. The furtherance of various habitat environment which considers the ecosystem like the natural stream as the water ecosystem is joined together with the land ecosystem is desired to attract various wildbirds in Gap stream. The design is desired with the maintenance of the stream to consider the stream corridor which plays ecological important role as connect the fragment habitats.

광조형 시스템의 리코팅 공정 개선

Keeping the layer thickness constant is very essential for improving the shape accuracy in the stereolithography process. The layer thickness is created by recoating process, and also affected by recoating parameters such as blade speed and thickness. The created layer in this process can determine the whole accuracy of the entire parts. The aim of this paper is to improve the accuracy of the layer thickness by adjusting the recoating process parameters. Several experiments with different recoating conditions are performed to find the optimal recoating parameters that produce the most accurate layer thickness. The effective recoating method is suggested by measuring and analyzing the cured layer thickness.

정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.
