        중국 B2C 글로벌전자상거래 소비자의 구매체험 요인이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구:S-O-R 모형의 적용을 중심으로

        최근 B2C 글로벌전자상거래의 발전과 더불어 IT 기술발전으로 전 세계적인 전자상거래 플랫폼이 등장하게 되었다. 이를 통해 국경 간 통상환경의 발전이 촉진되었고 제품 및 서비스의 생산과 판매 등에 있어 기업의 세계화 기회가 비약적으로 높아지게 되었다. 이러한 측면에서 국경을 넘나드는 온라인 상거래를 촉진하는 요인인 플랫폼, 물류 서비스, 지급결제 방식 등의 효율성이 소비자에게 미치는 영향을 살펴볼 필요성이 나타난다. 본 연구는 기존 선행된 연구를 바탕으로 S-O-R(자극-유기체-반응) 모델을 이론적 기반으로 연구모형을 구축하였다. 여기서 B2C 전자상거래 활용에 수반되는 구매체험을 편의성 체험, 물류 서비스 체험 등 2가지 관점에서 살펴보고 고객만족도를 매개 변수로 설정하여 B2C 글로벌전자상거래 플랫폼에서 소비자 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 체험 요인을 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 알리바바, 징둥 등을 사용한 경험이 있는 중국 산둥성 내 소비자로 하였으며 적절한 자료수집을 위해 산둥성 국경 간 전자상거래협회 및 산둥성 전자상거래진흥협회 등을 중점적으로 참고하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석은 SPSS 26.0 statistics를 통한 요인분석, 위계적 회귀분석으로 하였으며 분석 결과, B2C 글로벌 플랫폼에서 제품을 구매할 때 구매체험이 고객만족도를 거쳐 재구매 의도에 미치는 유의한 영향을 검증할 수 있었다.

        4IR 시대 중국 중소수출제조기업의 Green SCM 기술혁신과 지속가능성과 간 관계 연구 : Green 동적역량 매개효과 중심으로

        Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of Green SCM technological innovations on corporate sustainability performance in the era of the 4IR. Furthermore, it seeks to examine the mediating effect of Green Dynamic Capabilities and the moderated mediating effect of government technology support in this process. Research design, data and methodology : This paper conducted a survey targeting small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province, China, and collected a total of 282 valid data sets. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 28.0 and the extension program Process Macro ver. 3.5. Results : First, Green SCM technological innovation significantly enhances Green Dynamic Capabilities. Second, Green SCM technological innovation has a significant positive impact on sustainability performance. Third, in the relationship between Green SCM technological innovation and sustainability performance, Green Dynamic Capabilities have a significant mediating effect. Lastly, depending on Green Dynamic Capabilities, government technology support has a statistically significant moderated mediating effect in the relationship pathway impacting sustainability performance. Conclusions : Implementing innovations in Green SCM contributes to the enhancement of an enterprise's Green Dynamic Capabilities and improves sustainable outcomes. Therefore, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises should actively incorporate advanced technologies into Green SCM to enhance supply chain efficiency while mitigating environmental impacts.

        중국 장기요양보험 시범사업 비교연구

        This study aimed to analyze the institutional characteristics of China's long-term care insurance pilot project, clarify its achievements and limitations, and present desirable institutional measures ahead of the nationwide expansion of long-term care insurance in 2025. This study targeted three areas (Shanghai, Qingdao, Shandong, and Nantong, Jiangsu) and compared institutional characteristics in terms of allocation, benefit, delivery system, and finance. The three regions implemented long-term care insurance for all basic medical insurance subscribers, but Shanghai limited local subscribers to those aged 60 or older. Long-term care benefits are provided by home care, nursing care at nursing institutions, and medical care at medical institutions, and the benefit level differs between regions at 50-90% of basic living expenses and long-term care expenses. The three regions selected respectively a government-operating type, a private enterprise consignment type, and a state-owned enterprise consignment type in the delivery system. In terms of finance, the financial resources for the long-term care insurance fund and the insurance premium rate differed by regions. Next, this paper evaluated the achievements and limitations of the long-term care insurance pilot projects in terms of the comprehensiveness of subscribers, the adequacy of benefits, the accountability of delivery system, and the financial stability, and based on these, four desirable institutional measures were proposed. First, it is necessary to include residents in rural areas and establish standards for evaluation of loss of living ability. Second, the coverage rate of long-term care insurance should be set at 80% and home care service must be at least 3 hours a time. Third, it is desirable to select the government-operating type of Shanghai, and the government should strengthen its role as a regulator for the provision of care services by private institutions. Fourth, the government’s financial support should be limited to personnel expenses of the operating institutions. 이 논문은 중국 장기요양보험 시범사업의 제도적 특징을 분석한 후 그 성과와 한계를 밝히고, 2025년 장기요양보험의 전국적 확대를 앞두고 제도적 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 장기요양보험 1차 시범사업이 시행된 상하이시, 산둥성 칭다오시, 장쑤성 난퉁시 3개 지역을 사례연구 대상으로 삼고, 대상자, 급여, 전달체계, 재원 차원에서 제도적 특성을 비교하였다. 세 지역은 기본의료보험 가입자를 대상으로 시범사업을 시행하였지만, 상하이시는 주민은 만 60세 이상을 대상으로 한다는 점에서 차이를 보였다. 요양급여는 재가요양, 요양기관요양, 의료기관요양을 시행하며, 급여수준은 기본생활비와 요양비 대비 50-90% 수준으로 차이를 보였다. 전달체계에서 정부운영형, 민간기업위탁형, 국영기업위탁형을 선택하였고, 장기요양보험기금의 재원과 보험료율이 지역별로 차이를 보였다. 다음으로 장기요양보험 시범사업의 성과와 한계를 대상자 포괄성, 급여 적정성, 전달체계 책임성, 재정 안정성 측면에서 평가하였고, 이를 바탕으로 제도적 방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 농촌지역을 포함시키고, 생활능력상실평가 기준을 마련하여 장기요양보험에 대한 사회적 신뢰를 높여야 한다. 둘째, 요양급여 보장율을 80% 수준으로 설정하고, 재가요양 서비스 시간을 1회당 최소 3시간 이상으로 연장해야 한다. 셋째, 정부 운영형을 선택하고, 정부는 민간기관에 대한 규제자 역할을 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 보험료는 정률방식으로 부과하고, 정부의 재정지원은 운영기관 인건비로 제한해야 한다.

        The Effect of Cilostazol on Stent Thrombosis After Drug-Eluting Stent Implantation

        Background and Objectives: Placement of drug-eluting stents (DES) can be complicated by stent thrombosis; prophylactic antiplatelet therapy has been used to prevent such events. We evaluated the efficacy of cilostazol with regard to stent thrombosis as adjunctive antiplatelet therapy. Subjects and Methods: A total of 1,315 patients (846 males, 469 females) were prospectively enrolled and analyzed for the frequency of stent thrombosis. Patients with known risk factors for stent thrombosis, except diabetes and acute coronary syndrome, were excluded from the study. All patients maintained antiplatelet therapy for at least six months. To evaluate the effects of cilostazol as another option for antiplatelet therapy, triple antiplatelet therapy (aspirin+clopidogrel+cilostazol, n=502) was compared to dual antiplatelet therapy (aspirin+clopidogrel, n=813). Six months after stent placement, all patients received only two antiplatelet drugs: treatment either with cilostazol+aspirin (cilostazol group) or clopidogrel+aspirin (clopidogrel group). There were 1,033 patients (396 in cilostazol group and 637 in clopidogrel group) that maintained antiplatelet therapy for at least 12 months and were included in this study. Stent thrombosis was defined and classified according to the definition reported by the Academic Research Consortium (ARC). Results: During follow-up (561.7±251.4 days), 15 patients (1.14%) developed stent thrombosis between day 1 to day 657. Stent thrombosis occurred in seven patients (1.39%) on triple antiplatelet therapy and four patients (0.49%) on dual antiplatelet therapy (p=NS) within the first six months after stenting. Six months and later, after stent implantation, one patient (0.25%) developed stent thrombosis in the cilostazol group, and three (0.47%) in the clopidogrel group (p=NS). Conclusion: During the first six months after DES triple antiplatelet therapy may be more effective than dual antiplatelet therapy for the prevention of stent thrombosis. However, after the first six months, dual antiplatelet treatment, with aspirin and cilostazol, may have a better cost benefit ratio for the prevention of stent thrombosis.

        Assessment of Dispersion Coefficients and Downward Positions of Water Spray for Small-Scale Release of Chlorine Gas

        To assess downward positions of water spray for the small-scale release of chlorine gas, dispersion coefficients for the Gaussian dispersion model were validated at the small-scale release experiment. And the downwind distances of water spray were assessed with the simulated results. As results, the Gaussian plume model using the Briggs’ dispersion coefficient well estimated the dispersed characteristics for small-scale release of chlorine gas. The best adequate downwind position of water spray is the position of the maximum concentration of chlorine at the ground level. And the adequate vertical and horizontal dimensions of water spray consider the maximum width and height of cloud.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of temperature, moisture content, weight and chemical properties in swine manure during the maturing process and moisture content of swine manure. The manure production on the early time(1 days), middle(25 days: and late(50 days) were made by moisture 45%, 55%, 65%, 75% in swine manure, according to manure treatment of the early time, the highest temperature of swine manure treatment was 59$^{\circ}C$ as moisture 75% after mixed 24 hours, the lowest 45% in mixed 25 days(middle time), 32$^{\circ}C$ as moisture 45% in mixed 50 days(late time). 2. Weight change during maturing manure, the most treatment of weight decrease was 17.4% as moisture 45%, the least of those was 12.2% as moisture 75% during maturing process of swine manure. 3. Volume change during maturing manure, the most treatment of volume decrease was 37.1% as moisture 65%, the least of those was 32.1% as moisture 55% during maturing swine manure, but not big difference between treatment. 4. T-N, P2O5, K2O content of compost were increased during maturing process, On the contrary, T-C content and C/N ratio were reduced.
