암모니아처리 및 암모니아 - 황산 병용처리 볏짚의 저장기간에 따른 영양소 함량 및 IN VITRO 소화율

본 시험은 일반볏짚에 암모니아가스 3%를 처리하여 밀봉상태로 60일간 보관한 후 개봉한 암모니아처리 볏짚과 이들 처리볏짚의 1/2에 해당하는 양에 농황산 2.5%을 처리하여 제조한 암모니아-황산병용 처리 볏짚을 공기가 잘 통한 실온에서 0, 1, 2 및 4개월간 저장한 후 저장기간에 따른 화학적 조성, 질소함량 및 in vitro 소화율을 분석하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 조단백질, NDF 함량은 모든 저장기간에서 암모니아처리 볏짚보다 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚에서 높았으며(P<0.05), 암모니아처리 볏짚의 조단백질 함량은 저장기간이 증가할 수록 유의적으로 감소되었지 만 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚은 저장기간 4개월에서 감소되었다(P<0.05). NDF 및 ADF 함량은 처리 볏짚 모두가 저장기간의 증가에 따른 차이가 없었다. 2. Total N 및 NH₃-N 함량은 모든 저장기간에서 암모니아처리 볏짚보다 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚에서 높았으며(P<0.05), 암모니아처리 볏짚은 저장기간이 증가할수록 유의적으로 감소되었지만(P<0.05), 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚은 차이가 없었다. 3. In vitro 건물, 조단백질, NDF 및 ADF 소화율은 모든 저장기간에서 암모니아처리 볏짚보다 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚에서 높았으나(P<0.05), in vitro 건물 소화율 처리볏짚 모두가 저장기간의 증가에 따른 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 암모니아처리 볏짚의 in vitro 조단백질 소화율은 저장기간이 증가할 수록 감소되었지만(P<0.05), 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚은 저장기간 4개월에서 감소되었다(P<0.05). 그리고 in vitro NDF 및 ADF소화율은 처리볏짚 모두가 저장기간의 증가에 따른 차이가 없었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of ammonia (NH₃)-sulfuric acid combination on feed value of rice straw as a ruminant feedstuff. Rice straw was treated with 3% ammonia (DM basis) for at least 60 days and further with 2.5% sulfuric acid (DM basis) for overnight to complete the combination treatments. The treated rice straw was then sun-dried, and were kept in a room under shade with good air ventilation. At the start(0), and after 1, 2 and 4 months, chemical composition and in vitro digestibility of the treated rice straw was analyzed. The treatments included ammonia-treated and ammonia H₂SO₄-treated rice straw. The results are as follows 1. CP (crude protein), NDF (neutral detergent fiber) contents were higher(P<0.05) in ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw than that of ammonia-treated rice straw at all storing periods. CP content of ammoniatreated rice straw was decreased(P<0.05) as storing period increased, but ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw was decreased(P<0.05) at 4 month of storage. NDF and ADF (acid detergent fiber) contents of ammonia-treated and ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw were not significantly different among storing periods. 2. Total N and NH₃-N contents were higher(P<0.05) in ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw than that of ammonia-treated rice straw at all storing periods, and ammonia-treated rice straw was decreased (P<0.05) as storing period increased, but ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw was not significantly different among storing periods 3. In vitro dry matter, CP, NDF and ADF digestibilities were higher(P<0.05) in ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw than that of ammonia-treated rice straw at all storing periods. In vitro dry matter digestibilities of ammonia-treated and ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw were not significantly different among storing periods. In vitro CP digestibility of ammonia-treated rice straw was decreased (P<0.05) as storing period increased, but ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw was reduced(P<0.05) at 4 month of storage. In vitro NDF and ADF digestibilities of ammonia-treated and ammonia·H₂SO₄-treated rice straw were not significantly different among storing periods.

韓國産 野生부추類의 花芽分化 및 發達過程을 調査한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 花芽의 發達過程은 未分化期>分化期>總苞形成期>外花被形成期> 外雄蘂形成期>內雄 蘂形成期>雌蘂 順으로 發達한 過程은 다른 Allium屬 植物과 同一하였다. 2. 花芽分化開始는 돌부추가 3月15日로 가장 빠르며 좀부추가 3月23日, 한라부추가 3月30日, 산부추, 참산부추, 세모부추가 4月13日, 두메부추가 5月4日로 가장 늦게 分化되었다. 3. 開花는 좀부추가 7月6日, 돌부추가 7月13日, 두메부추가 9月7日, 한라부추가 9月21日, 참산부추가 10月5日, 산부추가 10月12日, 세모부추가 10月19日로 種間에 差異가 있었다. This study was conducted to find out the process of the flower bud different iation and its development of wild chinese chives native to kores. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The order of flower bud differentation stage was StageⅠ> StageⅡ> Stage Spatha> Stage Perianthium 1> Perianthium 2> Androecium 1> Androecium 2> Gynoecium, that was the same of the other Allium species. 2. In Flower bud differentiation, A.splendens was made on the first 13th March, A.senescens var.minor was made on 23th March, A. cyaneum was made on 30th March, A.thunbergii, A. sacculiferum and A.deltoide-fistulosum were made on 13th April, A.senescens was made on the last May 4th. 3. In flowering days, A.senscens var.minor bloomed in July 6th, A. splendens was bloomed in July 13th, A. senscens bloomed in Sep. 7th, A. cyaneum bloomed in Sep.21th, A. sacculiferum bloomed Oct, A.thunbergii bloomed Oct, 12th, A.deltoide-fistulosum bloomed Oct, 19th which were difference between species.
新梢頂端培養에 의한 대추나무(Zizyphus jujuba Miller)의 callus로부터 植物體 再分化

Organogenesis from callus induced from shoot tip in vitro cultured was examined with using different strength of MS medium containing various concentration of different plant growth regulators alone and its combination in jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Miller). Callus induction was favorable in the treatment of concentration of 2,4-D 1.0, 0.3mg/1 adding on MS medium. Favorable shoot proliferation from callus subcultured on medium for shooting appeared in the treatment of 0.5mg/1 BAP alone adding on 1/2 MS medium. For rooting induction 1/2 MS medium supplemented with the combination of 0.5 or 1.5mg/1 IBA and 0.1, 1.0mg/1 BAP was most effective but 1/2 MS medium containing IBA alone had little effect.
