      • 천리안위성 시뮬레이터를 이용한 위성운용 훈련시스템 개념설계

        본 논문은 장기적인 천리안위성의 임무 기간 동안의 안정적인 운용을 위한 위성운용 훈련시스템의 개념적 설계 결과를 소개한다. 이 훈련시스템은 일반적인 운용을 위한 교육 목적과 함께 위성의 노후화로 인해 발생할 수 있는 고장에 대해 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 운용훈련 목적으로 설계되었다. 이 시스템의 소프트웨어 구성과 하드웨어 구성을 소개하며 교관에 의해 제작된 훈련시나리오에 의한 유기적인 전체 동작 과정을 설명하고자 한다. This paper introduces a concept design of satellite OPTS (OPeration Training System) for stable operation during the long-term mission life of COMS. OPTS was designed with two purposes of providing education in nominal operation and training operators in contingency situation when a failure as a sign of COMS aging is detected. This paper introduces the architecture of hardware and software of OPTS and presents how to interact between its components inside according to a training scenario created by a trainer.

        There are many difference theories of deposit which come about as a result of misunde-rstanding the legal character of deposit ; the theory of depositing contracts in private law, the relative theory of public law, the relative theory of both laws, the theory of depositing contracts in public law, and so on. But the deposit and the deposit act which rises out of it, that is to say, the deposit act which is the legar reouired act of deposit and the deposit which is its effect are distinguished; if we consider that the deposit is one of the causes of obligatien lapse and the deposit act belongs to a non contentious case which is an administrative meassure of civil affairs taking the formative character, then the above theoretical conflict on the character of deposit is insignificant and the theory on depfsit act is not worth discussing In distinguishing the deposit and the deposit act which heis tle gal repuired act as above, and the deposit act is an act of public law taking the formative character which is intiated, alters and terminates the legal relation, even though the main effect of the deposit act is obligation termination, it makes the legal relation similar to the deposit contract relation, of public law between the parties. Therefor, there is no need to raise the theory of deposit contract because of the settlement of the legal relation and the problem of adaptable rule between the parties. We are able enough to settle the legal reation between the parties with only the character of farmative act, the deposit law and the non*contentious case law.

        고속 스위칭 동작의 주파수 합성기를 위한 하이브리드형 구조 설계와 DLT 대체 회로 연구

        기존의 PLL(phase locked loop)은 폐루프 구조이므로 주파수 스위칭 속도가 낮은 단점을 갖는다. 이를 개선하기 위해서 개루프 구조를 혼합한 Digital Hybrid PLL 구조를 연구하였다. 또한 이 구조는 빠른 주파수 스위칭 속도로 동작할 수 있지만, VCO의 전압대 주파수 전달특성을 ROM 형태로 구현하는 DLT(digital look-up table)이 사용되어야 하므로 회로소자가 많아지고 소비전력이 증가된다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 복잡한 DLT의 구조를 간단한 Digital logic 회로로 대체시킨 새로운 구조를 제안하였다. 또한 주파수 합성때마다 타이밍 동기화를 이루는 회로를 설계하여 합성기의 항상성을 확보하였으며 DLT를 사용하는 방식과 비교하여 회로소자를 약 $28\%$정도 줄일 수 있다. 고속 스위칭 동작 특성과 주파수 합성을 시뮬레이션과 실제 회로 구현으로 확인하였다. The conventional PLL(phase locked loop) frequency synthesizer takes a long switching time because of the inherent closed-loop structure. The digital hybrid PLL(DH-PLL) which includes the open-loop structure into the conventional PLL synthesizer has been studied to overcome this demerit. It operates in high speed, but the hardware complexity and power consumption are the serious problem because the DLT(digital look-up table) is usually implemented by the ROM which contains the transfer characteristic of VCO(voltage controlled oscillator). This paper proposes a new DH-PLL using a very simple DLT-replacement digital logic instead of the complex ROM-type DLT. Also, a timing synchronization circuit for the very small over-shoot and shorter settling time is designed for the ultra fast switching speed at every frequency synthesis. The hardware complexity gets decreased to about $28\%,$ as compared with the conventional DH-PLL. The high speed switching characteristic of the frequency synthesis process can be verified by the computer simulation and the circuit implementation.

        The paper is presented experimental study results on bond behavior between thin walled profiled steel tube and in filled concrete in concrete filled tubular columns(CFT). An experimental program in which 13 pull out specimens were tested. The bond capacity is interrelated with slip at the steel concrete interface. The factors influencing the mechanism of bond stress transfer were the cross section shape, length/diameter, and diameter/thickness. The results of experimental program indicated that the profiled steel and concrete. The second region occurs after the chemical debonding. Bond stress transfer in this region was governed by frictional resistance between profiled steel and concrete and cross section shapes. the important factors influencing the magnitude of frictional resistance are the profiled steel shapes and length/diameter.

      • F-137 Lung Injury Prediction Score in Medical Intensive Care Unit Patents for Predicting Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

        Objective: Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) is a fatal disease associated with high mortality. Lung Injury Prediction Score (LIPS) is a validated prediction model to allow early identification of patients at high risk for developing ARDS. In this study, we analyze the value of LIPS in predicting ARDS among medical intensive care unit patients. Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, we included all adult patients (≥18 years old) admitted to the medical intensive care unit at a single tertiary center study, from March 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. ARDS was defined using the Berlin definition. LIPS was calculated for all patients and analyzed. Logistic regression models and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve were used to evaluate the ability of LIPS to predict development of ARDS. Results: Of 1318 patients, 179 (13.5%) developed ARDS. The average LIPS for patients who developed ARDS was 7.9 ± 2.5 versus 5.5 ± 2.8 for those who did not (p<0.001). For every 1-unit increase in LIPS, the odds of developing ARDS increase by 1.34 (95% confidence interval: 1.284, 1.457, p<0.001) and odds of ICU mortality increase by 1.19 (95% confidence interval: 1.135, 1.249, p<0.001). LIPS discriminated patients who developed ARDS from those who did not with an AUC of 0.73 (p<0.001). A LIPS greater than or equal to 6.5 has 73% sensitivity, 59% specificity, 22% positive predictive value and 93% negative predictive value. Conclusions: LIPS is reliable for predicting development of ARDS in medical intensive care unit patients

      • 달 표면 실측 데이터에 기반한 가상 표면 모델 생성 절차 연구

        달 탐사선 개발과정에서 달 궤도선의 지형 탐색, 달 착륙선의 지표면 착륙, 로버 항법, 이륙 후 랑레부 등의 다양한 검증용 시뮬레이션 환경이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션 환경을 제공하기 위한 중요한 기반 환경 구성의 일환으로 달 표면 모델을 생성하는 절차를 제시한다. 사용자가 요구하는 달표면 모델을 생성하기 위해 실제 기존 달 탐사선으로부터 측정된 원시 고도 데이터로부터 메쉬 형태의 가상 표면을 제작하는 절차에 대해 설명한다. 또한 고해상도 지표면에 실제적인 크레이터, 암석 등을 구성한 결과의 예를 소개한다. Various simulation environments for verification and validation are required for lunar exploratory development especially for moon landing, surveying, rover navigation, in-orbit rendezvous and etc. In this paper, a procedure to generate a lunar surface model as an important infrastructure in simulation environment is suggested. It describes how to make sequentially a required virtual surface in mesh type from a raw DEM(Digital Elevation Model) measured by prior lunar explorers. Furthermore, an example of the surface by realistic craters and boulders addition is introduced.

        The provisional disposition about deciding on temporary positions is generated when the interested parties make a temporary legal matter or plan attainment escaping remarkable damages or preventing pressing outrage until dispute is solved, because the interested parties's dispute is not dissolved. Like this, provisional disposition is a typical instance of nonlitigation. When the modern Civil Proceedings Act is formed, a civil case accompanies judicial procedure that institutes a suit and pleads at the bar and makes judgement as a general rule. On the other hand nonlitigation is acknowledged as an exceptional case and limited case. But formerly a judicial case transfer to the domain of nonlitigation and not a judicial procedure or a law cutting in two with one stroke of the sword, but application of a discretion increases gradually. That is a suit's nonlitigation tendency. The primary cause of suit's nonlitigation tendency are ; an excessive guard against the wilfulness of jucidiary, looking forward to quickly flexible economic legal formalities, requesting individually non-typically procedure. In the welfare state, the general articles increase and a provision that gives judiciary something to discretion occurs in succession, and this tendency are remarkable. The provisional disposition about deciding on temporary positions becomes the object of provisional disposition on concerning property under dispute. Addtionally the objects are extensive and various, because all right relationship becomes its preserving right. It is a national system-meet cope with the modern social economic situation and it is a judicial sysem-protect a social economic weak person and realize a constitutional state's ideal. Accordingly, its requisites or provisions are abstract and all concrete things depend on discretion of the judiciary. Therefore this research can be extended further.
