For that, creating Virtual Reality information and Video Informaion which is related to Soon-sin Lee, especially Gubooksun by using Virtual Reality technique, 3-Degree image manufacture technique, animation manufacture technique, video manufacture and service technique and Internet/Web technique, and then manufacturing and storing them in the digital data type, and carry out Information Service through connecting the system of serving these informations with the Information SuperHighway

The surgery of oral and maxillofacial area poses the risk of cranial nerve damage such as trigeminal nerve or facial nerve. Inferior alveolar nerve is prone to damage in the third molar extraction, implant installation, orthognathic surgery, open reduction and rigid fixation, and tumor ablation surgery. On the other hands,facial nerve is likely to be damaged or sacrificed with trauma or parotidectomy. In case of inferior alveolar nerve injury, the incidence is reported to be about 1.3%. The nerve function will almost recover in minimal damage, but it won't recover at last in total damage of a part of nerve unit. In latter cases, nerve regeneration in intended by allograft as nerve substitute or various route of merve condit. But the recovery with autograft is believed to be most relialbe mrthod in the rapair of long-span(longer than 15㎜)nerve defect. We have performed autologous sural nerve graft in the repair of nerve defect, which is caused by resection of benign or malignant tumor. Hereby we report the method of nerve harvesting, recovery of defected peripheral nerve and the complications of donor site with the discussion of sural nerve anatomy.

Family Origin Names and Haplotypes of Y - DNA in Korean Population

The use of restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) has been proposed for the construction of a human genetic linkage map and also become a powerful tool in human population genetics. Human Y-chromosome which is haploid and paternally inherited is valuable for investigating male-mediated gene flow and for complement maternally based studies of mtDNA. We have studied 166 samples from 4 kinds of family origin names such as Kyungju Kim, Kimhae Kim, Chunju Lee and Milyang Park based on the 49aTaq 1 polymorphisms, and a total of 25 haplotypes were observed. The B, F, and I bands is observed in all haplotypes and haplotype showing A3, B, D2, D3, F, and I bands is common haplotype except for Chunju Lee. The result obtained are summarized as follows.

This paper aims at providing a concrete plan to improve technical and vocational teacher education in the College of Industrial Education of Chungnam National University. It is intended to propose a practical four-year regular and short-term course. Also, the estimated required facilities is included in this study as well as their management. The main conclusions and recommendations are summarized as follows; 1) The numbers of students enrollment should be reduced to 220 students which is the approximate number of future demand. 2) In order to offer to the students a broader education and to cope with the increase/decrease in demand of technical and vocational teacher within a specific field, the 8 department existing at the present (Department of Architecture Engineering Education, Civil Eng. Educ., Metallurgical Eng. Educ., Mechanical Eng. .Educ., Electrical Eng. Educ., Electronic Eng. Educ., Industrial Chemistry Educ. and Industrial Technology Educ.) would be combined into 5 (Department of Construction Engineering Education, Mechanical Eng. Educ., Electrical Eng. Educ., Industrial Chemistry Educ. and Industrial Technology Educ.). 3) The short-term course program is recommened to provide additional training and education to those candidates who already have experience in technical fields to meet an occasional demand. 4) It is necessary to add the Teaching Profession Section in the administrative organization of the College.

지역사회 정신의학 전공의 교육과정 실태조사

Objectives : There is a increasing need to recruit and retain more psychiatrists who can plan and implement organized programs to work with chronic mentally ill patients in community settings. The aim of study is to discover what training is currently in place to prepare psychiatrist for work in "community" or "public" settings. Methods : Survey questionnaires were mailed to 85 residency training directors and 10 leaders of community mental health in 2005. Response rate was 75%. Results : Academic seminar about community mental health were not administered to residents in 63% of training hospitals. Forty one out of 64 training hospitals had community mental health rotation programs, Community mental health center (50%) and day hospital (36%) were the most common type of programs. Few general hospital had affiliation with community mental health programs. The amount of time for clinical rotation varied from less than three months part time to 6 months fulltime, with most frequent form of one day per week for three month in second or third year of psychiatry residents. Conclusion : Further steps are needed to improve residency training curricula and to encourage well qualified psychiatrist to choose careers in community psychiatry.

Rocuronium의 애별투여방법이 모지내전근의 이완에 미치는 영향

Objective : There are controversies in pnmmg technique of rocuronium whether it can or can't shorten the onset time. We want to compare the effects of two different priming doses and intervals of rocuronium. Materials and Methods : After giving propofol, 50 patients were randomly assigned to 5 groups. Group I received a placebo, followed 3 min later by rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg. Priming doses and intervals of Group II, Ill, N, V were 0.06 rng/kg and 2 min, 0.12 mg/kg and 2 min, 0.06 rug/kg and 3 min, 0.12 mg/kg and 3 min, respectively. Total dose of rocuronium was 0.6mg/kg. Train of four (TOF) count or ratio and 1st twitch height of TOF (T1) were monitored with 15 secondsintervals. TOF ratio of each groups just before bolus injection, duration for TOF count to reach zero and duration for Tl to reach 95% depression after bolus injection were compared. Results : Duration for TOF count to reach zero and duration for Tl to reach 95% depression after bolus injection were decreased in priming groups compared to Group 1 (P < 0.01) In group V, significant depression of TOF ratio just before bolus injection was seen (P < 0.05). Conclusion : Priming technique with rocuronium is effective method to shorten the onset of neuromuscular block. But priming dose of rocuronium itself could cause hypoxia and aspiration in awake patients and should be used carefully. Priming dose of rocuronium 0.06 mg/kg and 2 minutes interval maybe relatively safe method.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of addition ratio(0, 5, 10 and 20%) of various minor ingredients(prosomillet, glutinous barley, oat, wheat, yellow and black soybean, safflower seed, chocolate etc.) on mechanical and sensory characteristics of Sulgiduk. In mechanical evaluation, hardness, cohesiveness and gumminess were increased with increasing the content of prosomillet, glutinous barley, oat and wheat to be added, and did not show any relationship the content of them to be added on yellow and black soybean, safflower seed and chocolate. In sensory evaluation, quality characteristics of Sulgiduk added with prosomillet, oat, yellow and black soybean and chocolate with 5∼10%, respectively was better than those of Sulgiduk without the minor ingredients. Change of hardness on Sulgiduk added with oat, yellow soybean, black soybean and chocolate was lower than those of Sulgiduk without them during storage of room temperature.

The subjects chosen for this study were 40 students aged between 17-18 years who were divided into normal weighing group and over weighing group by Rohrer's index. Four groups were compared to analyze how recovery procedure in different media(water and air at 30℃) affects recovery rates. Four groups were compared by using ANOVA procedure and F value. Their subjects were divided into 4 groups : NA(normal weight in air). NW(normal weight in water). OA (over weight in air) and OW(over weight in water). The results were summarized as follows; 1) Heart rate In comparison of NA and NW, NA was significantly lower than NW. There were no difference in comparison of OA-OW, NA-OA and NW-OW as seen in fig. 1. At 1 min. after exercise, as F-value of 12.30 and 5.60 was higher than F 0.05(1,18)=4.41 or F 0.01(1,18)=8.29, comparison of NA-OA and NW-OW was significant difference. At 3 min. after exercise, there were no significance in each groups. 2) Systolic blood pressure In systolic blood pressure between OA and OW, OA was lower than OW throughout the recovery period. NA was lower than OA from 1 min. to 5 min. after exercise. NA was higher than NW during rest and 1 min. 10 min. and 20min. after exercise. None of the difference between NW and OW were statistically significant except resting value. 3) Diastolic blood pressure Diastolic blood pressure in NA was significantly higher than that of NW at rest and 5 min., 10 min. and 20 min. after exercise. OA was significantly higher than OW at 3 min., 5 min. and 10 min. after exercise. NW was higher than OW at rest and 1 min. after exercise. 4) Rectal temperature Rectal temperature in NA was higher than that of NW and OA was higher than OW at rest and throughout recovery period. NW was significantly higher than OW at rest and 3 min. and 5 min. after exercise. 5) Oral temperature Oral temperature in NA was significantly higher than that of NW at 1 min. and 5 min. after exercise. OA was higher than OW at rest and 10 min. and 20 min. after exercise. 6) Axillary temperature Axillary temperature in NA was lower than that of NW at rest and 1 min. and 3 min. of recovery period. OA was significantly lower than OW at rest and 1 min. and 20 min. after exercise. There was significant difference between NA and OA at 1 min., 3 min. and 20 min. after exercise. NW was higher than OW at 1 min., 3 min., 10 min. and 20 min. after exercise. 7) Skin temperature Skin temperature in NA was higher than that of NW throughout recovery period. There were a significant difference between OA and OW except 1 min. of recovery period. There were no significant difference between NW and OW except 10 min. after exercise. Therefore rates of fall in skin temperature were faster in water than in air.
