The purpose of this investigation is to propose a planning method for the possibility of accepting a housing as a utilization plan of a long term unexecuted park site. Currently, the park has been neglected due to lack of financial resources of the local government. In 2009, It is possible to develop a certain area as a non-park facility under condition that the park is built and donated. In the several cities, various projects for development of parks are being carried out, so the standard for securing the publicness of the park is needed. So, I would like to solve the problems such as social conflict with existing residents due to privatization of the park site and formation of park without considering the conditions of the park, and to study how to effectively utilize the park. To do this, we examine the conditions such as location condition, proximity to public transportation, site size, topography, and contact conditions. And we will present realization methods such as land use, development density, appropriate development method considering landscape, efficient housing type, and type of community facility.

The characteristics of the shear stress distributionsrare studied theoretically and experimentally for the laminar steady flow and the laminar pulsating flow generated by butterfly valve in the coiled pipes with the curvature ratio of 30. The shear stress distributions are abruptly changed from θ = -60˚~-40˚ in the plane direction. The shear stress distributions for the laminar steady flow and the pulsating flow increase abruptly near the wall.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

한강시민공원 자전거 이용자권역 특성 연구

As the concern for the global warming is rising around the world, the low carbon green growth became a new national paradigm in August, 2008. Accordingly, South Korea had a vision to build the low carbon traffic system and create the green value and began building the national bicycle road network with BRT(Bicycle Rapid Transit) as part of the low carbon of traffic system. As a result of analyzing through the space syntax, Jamsil Han River with good accessibility and Yanghwa Han River of bad accessibility were set up as a target among 12 Han River civil parks. The purpose of this study is to set up a rage sphere of bicycle road users and analyze the factors influencing the size and characteristics. A questionnaire was conducted as an analytic method of this study and the bicycle movement data that the starting point was located in Seoul was extracted. Also, the users bicycle passage routes were analyzed through the GIS network analysis. Also, factors that could influence the user rage sphere were set up as independent variables and the result was drawn through the multiple regression analysis. As a result of this study, the proper user rage sphere of Han River civil park appeared as 7km, which implies a plan according with the characteristic of district-users needs to be made.

Blockade of RAGE ameliorates elastase-induced emphysema development and progression <i>via</i> RAGE-DAMP signaling

<P>The receptor for advanced glycan end products (RAGE) has been identified as a susceptibility gene for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in genome-wide association studies (GWASs). However, less is known about how RAGE is involved in the pathogenesis of COPD. To determine the molecular mechanism by which RAGE influences COPD in experimental COPD models, we investigated the efficacy of the RAGE-specific antagonist FPS-ZM1 administration in in vivo and in vitro COPD models. We injected elastase intratracheally and the RAGE antagonist FPS-ZM1 in mice, and the infiltrated inflammatory cells and cytokines were assessed by ELISA. Cellular expression of RAGE was determined in protein, serum, and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of mice and lungs and serum of human donors and patients with COPD. Downstream damage-associated molecular pattern (DAMP) pathway activation in vivo and in vitro and in patients with COPD was assessed by immunofluorescence staining, Western blot analysis, and ELISA. The expression of membrane RAGE in initiating the inflammatory response and of soluble RAGE acting as a decoy were associated with up-regulation of the DAMP-related signaling pathway via Nrf2. FPS-ZM1 administration significantly reversed emphysema in the lung of mice. Moreover, FPS-ZM1 treatment significantly reduced lung inflammation in Nrf2(+/+) , but not in Nrf2(-/-) mice. Thus, our data indicate for the first time that RAGE inhibition has an essential protective role in COPD. 유연한 수리계획 작성을 위한 모형관리자의 설계 및 구현

Recently, in the competitive environments, every company recognizes the importance of planning models. However, there are so many problems in correctly applying mathematical model to the real world. Because mathematical modeling packages, especially, charge planning managers with understanding the models and responsibility for generating plans, fast and accurate model cannot be generated with ease. In this paper, we design the system that helps planning managers flexibly create and modify mathematical models and manage model versions. Also, we implement this model management system with model base concept.

췌십이지장절제술 후 발생한 지속적인 구토증과 Wernicke 뇌병증

Wernicke encephalopathy is an acute neurologic disorder attributable to thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency. We report the case of a 61-year-old female patient who presented Wernicke encephalopathy after surgery for pancreatic head cancer. From the ninth postoperative day, she had suffered from nausea and vomiting and had difficulties ingesting food, she was given total parenteral nutrition (TPN), but lacked adequate vitamin (thiamine) supplementation. After 28 days, she developed ataxia, ophthalmoplegia, and mental confusion. The magnetic resonance image showed pathologic changes in the medial thalamus,periaqueductal gray matter, medulla and mamillary bodies. The blood level of thiamine was very low. After intravenous and oral supplementation of thiamine (200 mg/day), consciousness was soon normalized and neurologic symptoms have gradually been improving. Nausea and vomiting disappeared after administration of a low dose of mirtazapine (7.5 mg/day). We emphasize the importance of thiamine supplementation to the patients who suffer from vomiting which hinders them from taking food and who require prolonged TPN.

Olfactory neuroblastoma 증례보고

Olfactory neuroblastoma is an uncommon malignant tumor(just over 300 cases have been reported in the medical literature by 1996)arising within the nasal cavity. This tumor has a neuroectodermal cell origin and is believed to specifically arise from the olfactory epithelium. The tumor was ftrst decribed in the French medical literayure by Berger and associates in 1924 by the name esthesioneuropitheliome olfactif. The english version of this term is esthesioneuroblastoma, and current medical literture uses this name interchangeably with olfactory neuroblastoma. We experienced a case of olfactory neuroblastoma in the mxillary sinus. We treated this patient with tumor resection, chmotherapy and radiotherapy. And now, the patient has been following up for 2years 6month, but olfactory neuroblastoma is very rare. SO we report this case with a review of literature.

Halftoning is a procedure for generating bilevel images from continuous gray-level images. The two halftone methods, such as the ordered dither and the error diffusion, are widely used. Error diffusion is known as a excellent method for generating sharp halftone images. However, since many display artifacts are occurred by the algorithm being processed, a number of algorithms have been suggested for the design of optimal error diffusion filter. In this paper, we proposed the adaptive error diffusion using fuzzy relaxation technique based on the fuzzy subset of possibility and FAM rules. The proposed method uses quantization error as the in/output linguistic variables. The new possibility is estimated by the possibilities of neighbor pixel and defined by FAM rules. This new possibility is added in the original image and then quantization process is continued. The comparison between the proposed method and the typical method is presented in experiment.
