      • Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

        의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.

      • 외부온도에 따른 폴리머 콘크리트의 강도특성 변화

        불포화 에스터 수지의 큰 이용분야의 하나로 건축재료가 있으나 여기서 가장 문제로 되어 있는 것이 바로 열적 특성의 개선이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외부온도가 폴리머 콘크리트의 강도특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 외부온도 20∼120℃ 범위로 하여 폴리머 콘크리트의 물리·역학적 특성을 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 불포화 폴리에스터 수지를 결합재로 하고 탄산칼슘을 충진재로, 규사를 잔골재로 치환하고, 굵은골재를 쇄석으로하는 폴리머 콘크리트를 제조하여 외부온도에 따른 강도특성을 검토한 바, 폴리머 콘크리트의 사용 적정온도는 50℃이내가 적당할 것으로 판단되며, 50℃이상에서 사용할 경우는 난연성이 우수한 탄소섬유를 사용해야 할 것이다. In this study, the polymer concrete was made to investigate its strength properties, in which unsaturated polyester resin was used as s binder, calcium carbonate as the filler and silica sand as th fine aggregate, and crushed stone as the coarse aggregate. The effects according to the external temperature on strength properties of polymer concrete were examined. Test result showed that the compressive, flexural and tensile strengths of the polymer concretes decreased with increasing external temperature. The elasticity of modulus of the polymer concretes decreased with increasing external temperature.

      • 경량 인조대리석의 강도 개선 및 몰드의 균열저감에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 경량 인조석 제조공장의 애로사항 중 하나인 낮은 인조대리석의 강도와 몰드의 수축을 개선시켜 제조기술의 경쟁력을 높일 목적으로 수행된 것이다. 본 연구에서는 백색 시멘트 및 고강도 시멘트를 결합재로 하고 강모래를 잔골재로, 굵은 모래를 인공경량골재로 하는 경량 인조대리석을 제조하여 감수제 첨가량, 양생기간 및 경량골재 치환율에 따른 강도특성을 검토하였으며, 가소제 첨가량 및 EVA 첨가량에 따른 몰드의 건조수축을 검토하였다. 그 결과 경량 인조대리석의 휨 및 압축강도는 감수제 첨가량의 증가 및 양생기간의 경과에 따라 증가하였다. 또한 경량골재 치환율의 증가에 따라 강도는 감소하였다. 또한 몰드의 건조수축은 가소제 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였고, EVA 첨가량이 증가함에 따라서는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. In this study, an artificial lightweight marble was made to investigate the reduction of crack and improvement of strength, in which white cement and high-strength cement were used as a binder, river sand as the fine aggregate, and artificial lightweight aggregate as the coarse aggregate. The effect of shrinkage reducing agent content and of plasticizer content on drying shrinkage and the strength properties of artificial lightweight marble were examined. Test results show that the compressive and flexural strengths of the artificial lightweight marble increased with increasing shrinkage reducing agent content. The compressive strength of artificial lightweight marble decreased with increasing artificial lightweight aggregate content. The drying shrinkage of the mold increased with increasing plasticizer content, and decreases with increasing EVA content.

      • 전자우편 기반의 인터넷 EDI를 위한 수신 부인방지 및 메시지 반환 기능 설계 연구

        Although S/MIME and OpenPGP are representative protocols used in transferring messages securely on internet environment, they have defects in the internet electronic data interchange (IEDI). In case of S/MIME, the implementation is most difficult due to the restricted usage of public key encryption library. And OpenPGP does not provide receiver non-repudiation and has weak extensibility under public key ring architecture for the authentication. In this paper, we propose a secure message transfer protocol by combining the protocols above in order that it may guarantee us receiver non-repudiation and return-of-content, which are necessary in E-mail based Internet EDI. By using this protocol, we can prevent the message-incurred resource waste in IEDI.

      • 참외주스 가열농축에 따른 관능적 특성 변화

        고품질 참외 농축액을 제조하기 위해 농축공정에서 중요한 변수로 작용하는 가열시간을 달리하면서 제조한 농축물에 대한 관능적 평가를 실시한 결과, 가열 후 맛이 최대평점을 나타낸 조건은 가열온도가 96.63 ℃ 및 가열시간이 14.31 min일 때 였으며, 전반적인 기호도가 가장 높은 조건은 가열온도가 97.18℃ 및 가열시간이 14.55 min 일 때 였다. 가열온도 및 가열시간을 달리하면서 실험한 결과 참외 농축액 제조를 위해서는 가열온도 98℃로, 가열시간 13 min으로 처리하는 것이 적당하였다. This study was carried out to observe the change of organoleptic properties of the juice prepared with various heating temperature and heating time. Organoleptic color showed maximum value at 94.95℃ and 21.63 min and organoleptic aroma showed maximum value at 63.14℃ and 20.38 min. Organoleptic taste showed maximum value at 96.63℃ and 14.31 min and overall palatability showed maximum value at 97.18℃ and 14.55 min The best condition was 98℃(heating temperature) and 13 min(heating time) at oragnoleptic evaluation of oriental melon juice.

      • 생쥐 대장 평활근 세포에서 내향 정류성 칼륨 전류의 특성 연구

        Objectives: K^(+) channels play an important role in regulating cellular excitability. The aim of this study was to know whether or not inward rectifier K^(+) channel exists in colonic smooth muscle cells. Methods: Mouse colonic smooth muscle cells were isolated using collagenase, and then we recorded their membrane currents using a whole-cell patch clamp technique. Results: With 90 mM K^(+) in bath, hyperpolarization-induced inward currents from -120 mV to 20 mV with 400 ms duration at a holding potential of -10 mV showed rapid activation, inactivation and inward rectification. The inactivation showed single exponential time course. Reduction of external K^(+) to 60 mM decreased the amplitudes of the currents in whole test voltage range and shifted the reversal potential to more negative potential. The inactivation process and peak currents of hyperpolarization-induced inward currents were not affected by removing external Na^(+). External Ba^(+) blocked hyperpolarization-induced inward currents by dose-dependent manner and pure Ba^(+)-sensitive currents showed strong inward rectification. Cs^(+) also suppressed hyper- polarization-induced inward currents. Ba^(+) and Cs^(+)-induced inhibitiOn of hyperpolarization-induced inward currents was voltage-dependent, and the extent of inhibition increasing with membrane hyperpolarization. Conclusions: These results suggest that inward rectifier KU channels may exist in proximal colonic smooth muscle and may play an important role in regulating membrane potential.

      • Immunoblot법을 이용한 Anisakis증의 혈청학적 진단

        Acute gastric anisakiasis is rather easily diagnosed by endoscopy or radiological technique. But preoperational diagnosis of acute intestinal anisakiasis is very difficult. Furthermore, the diagnosis of chronic anisakiasis is more difficult because the worm invade the stomach or intestinal wall and finally to degenerate. Serodignosis may helpful in such diagnostic difficulties. However, any of the serodiagnostic method in anisakiasis has limitations for practical use due to cross reactions. In this context, the study was performed to observe the specifically reacting antigenic bands of crude extract Anisakis larval worm antigen and their reaction to the serum antibody obtained from experimentally immunized and infected rabbit, confirmed human anisakiasis and other helminthic infection cases using SDS-PAGE and EITB. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Among 12 cases of confirmed anisakiasis, eleven showed positive reactions by ELISA. The average 0. D. value of the test was 1.035. Two from 4 D. latum infected cases and one from 4 A. lumbricoides infected cases showed positive reaction respectively. 2. Silver stained SDS-PAGE of crude Anisakis larval worm antigen revealed more than 45 antigenic protein bands. Among them, 186, 76, 72, 65, 59~62, 54, 52, 50, 49, 46, 43, 40, 33, 32, 29, 24, 23, 18, 17, and 13Kd bands were major bands. Protein bands of 12Kd relative molecular weight was observed in A. suum extract antigen, on the other hand 29 and 46Kd bands were not observed. 3. Major antigenic bands of crude Anisakis worm antigen which reacted with serum antibody of confirmed anisakiasis cases were 186, 116, 72, 52, 46, 40, 33 and 32Kd band. Most of them also reacted with the sera of D. latum, A. lumbricoides, T. trichiura infected cases except 46Kd band which showed positive resuits only with sera of anisakiasis. So, this band could be considered as diagnostic band for anisakiasis especially for the identification of cross reactions against A. lumbricoides and D. lafum infection. 4. Although, low molecular weight bands such as 33 and 32Kd were observed as species specific, the sensitivity of that fractions were obviously low. Consequently, the diagnostic use of the low molecular weight protein bands were not promising. 5. Serum of rabbit immunized with Anisakis larval worm antigen also showed positive reaction on 46Kd bands, but that of A. suum and T. canis did not. These results were in accord with the results in human cases. In conclusion, 46Kd bands of crude Anisakis larval worm antigen can be considered as a diagnostic one for the identification of cross reactions using immunoblot technique.

      • 양다래 과실의 아미노산조성과 유리당의 분석

        Actindia chinensis의 一般成分, 遊離糖 및 amino acid 組成狀態를 알아보기 위하여 HPLC 등으로 분석, 定量한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 粗蜜白質量은 2.77%, 炭水化物量은 11.97%이었다. 2. 遊離糖으로는 glucose, fructose, sucrose 및 maltose가 檢出되었으며 과육부에는 fructose, 껍질부에는 sucrose 및 maltose가 많이 함유되었다. 3. 과육질 및 껍질부에서 17種의 總 및 유리 amino acid이 검출되었는데 과육부에는 isoleucine 191.52mg/100g, glutamic acid 160.93mg/100g, 껍질부에는 g1utamic acid 203.36mg/100g, aspartic acid 168.46mg/100g으로 가장 많이 함유되어 있으며, 必須 아미노산 量은 껍질부가 528.23mg/100g으로 과육부 (350.90mg/loog)보다 약 1.5배 정도 많았다. 4. 遊離 아미노산 量은 과육부 (136.89mg/loog)가 껍질부 (120.55mg/100g)에 비해 다소 많았으며 他 과일에 비하여 histidine, arginine量이 많았다. Approximate compositions, and contents of free sugars and amino acids of edible and nonedidle portion in Kiwi fruit 〔Actindia chinensis planch〕were analyzed by HPLC. The results were as follows; The contents of protein and sugars in kiwi fruit were 2.77% and 11.97%, respectively. Glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose were detected and fructose was rich in edible portion, and sucrose and maltose in nonedible portion. 17 kinds of total amino acids were detected in edible and nonedible portion. The contents of isoleucine(191.52mg/100g) and glutamic acid (160.93mg/100g) in edible portion, and glutamic acid (203.36mg/100g) and asparatic acid (168.48mg/100g) in nonedible portion were high. Total amounts of essential amino acids of nonedidle portion (523.23mg/100g) were rich than that of edible portion (350.90mg/100g). Free amino acids were contained 136.89mg/100g in edible portion and 120.55mg/100g in nonedible portion. Histidine and arginine were found in abundance, compared to other fruits (orange and strawbeery).

      • 높은 휨강도를 갖는 시멘트 모르타르 및 콘크리트의 개발

        본 연구에서는 강도 및 내구성이 우수한 프리캐스트 판넬을 개발할 목적으로 폴리머 및 단섬유 혼입한 시벤트 모르타르를 제조하여 시벤트 모르타르의 물리ㆍ역학적 성질에 미치는 폴리머 및 단섬유 혼입의 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과로, 고강도 모르타르에서는 보동강도 모르타르에 비해 섬유의 부착강도가 크게 되기 때문에 아라미드의 고장도 섬유를 혼입함에 따라 휨강도는 매우 증가하였다. 또한 폴리머 및 단섬유 혼입에 의해서 고강도 모르타르의 취성이 개선되어 휨 변형에 대한 신장능력이 뚜렷하게 증가하였다. A high flexural strength results in a reduction of wall thicknesses of precast concrete products such as curtain walls and permanent formworks which assists craneage requirements or allows for larger panels. In the previous paper, flexural strength of 24MPa can be attained in water-cured cement mortars by reducing W/C, and using an optimum grading high strength sand. In this study, the effects of polymer-modification and discontinuous short fiber reinforcement on the properties of high strength mortars in the fresh and hardened states were assessed experimentally. The studied variables include polymer-cement ratio(0 to 10%), polymer types(SBR, PAE and epoxy), fiber types(vinylon and aramid), fiber volume fractions(0 to 3%), strength of matrix mortar(compressive strength of 42MPa and 112MPa), and curing conditions(water, wet and dry). The test data generated in this study indicated that improvements in flexural strength and toughness characteristics of air-cured high strength mortars can be achieved by PAE and epoxy polymers with dosage of 10% of the cement amount. It is found that use of high strength fibers such as aramid, not only reduces the brittle nature of high strength cementitious matrices, but also increases the maximum matrix strength.
