노사카 아키유키(野坂昭如) 문학에 있어서의 반전관의 형성 및 극복 과정 고찰

Akiyuki Nosaka consistently wrote anti war narratives throughout his life. The writings can be divided into three stages for examination. It could be seen that the writings underwent transformation in each stage in conjunction with the situation of Japan and international society. In addition, the writing expressed emotions centering on two keywords, America trauma and antiemperor, and showed a characteristic of developing from the expression of the victim's emotion to the perpetrator's emotion. The autobiographical novellike writings in the first stage were transformed through personal/ethnic reflection and insight during the second stage. Therefore, in the final third stage, the emotion as a perpetrator was established as the consciousness of ethnic original sin and finally, the complicated view thus far was overcome and organized through solidarity with the view of Okinawa. However, the conclusion as such still has limitations in part. Therefore, I would like to finally draw Nosaka's antiwar view by reviewing his views of the Korean Peninsula and other East Asian countries.

소셜커머스에서 사회적 감정공유가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 사회자본이론을 적용하여

본 연구는 SNS 이용 상황에서 사용자들이 사회적 감정을 공유할 때 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 사회자본이론을 이용하여 분석해보고자 한다. 대다수 경영학 선행연구에서는 사용자의 구매행위에 영향력 있는 변수를 인지적 측면에서 연구하고 있어 이용자의 감정적 측면은 상대적으로 간과되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회심리학연구에서 다루어지고 있는 사회적 감정공유라는 개념을 소셜커머스 상황에 접목시켜 SNS 사용자들의 감정적 영향력까지 고려하여 보다 더 자세하고 세부적이게 구매행위를 설명하고자 한다. 사회자본이론은 연구자마다 구성요인을 다양하게 제시하지만 본 연구에서는 연결적 사회자본과 결속적 사회자본, 두 가지 개념으로 나눈 사회자본 유형을 선택했으며 연결적사회자본과 정보공유의 관계, 연결적사회자본과 사회적감정공유의 관계, 결속적사회자본과 정보공유의 관계, 결속적사회자본과 사회적감정공유의 관계, 정보공유와 소셜커머스 구매의도의 관계, 사회적 감정공유와 소셜커머스 구매의도의 관계 등 변수간의 영향을 측정한다. 이를 통해 소셜커머스 상황에서 기업의 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 개발하는데 도움을 제공하고자 한다.

Screening for Antifungal Activity of the Pine Extracts Against Fusarium circinatum

Fusarium circinatum is the causal agent of the pine disease commonly referred to as pitch canker. In this study, F. circinatum was isolated from the diseased Pinus rigida in the golf courses, Korea. The morphological characteristics and the molecular features of the isolates were investigated to identify the pathogen. Histone H3 gene and IGS rDNA region was analyzed and consequently the isolates identified as F. circinatum. All of them have the same sequences and the mating type was determined as MAT1-1. The inhibitory effect of the methanol extracts from the disease resistant pine species, Pinus koraiensis and Pinus densiflora and a susceptible species, P. rigida were evaluated against the isolate, F. circinatum. As a result, the extracts of P. koraiensis and P. densiflora showed higher antifungal activity than that of the susceptible, P. rigida.

메도루마 슌(目取真俊) 문학에 있어서의 ‘나비’ 표상 연구

This study examined the symbolism of “butterfly” in four pieces of Medoruma’s literature. First of all, Medoruma's “butterfly” is based on Okinawa's folklore symbol system, such as the “soul of the lion” or the “Onari God faith” that female siblings protect male siblings spiritually. However, Medoruma not only restored butterfly to such a folklore symbol system, but also established it as a motif that arouses the tragedy and wounds of modern and contemporary histories such as Brazilian immigration history and Okinawa war, and symbolizes the Okinawa region per se, which has overcome the adversity with its own bright power in the long history. Medoruma intended to express his will to resist the Japanese policies from the late 1990s to replace problems such as the US military base with the illusion of 'island of healing' to form a tourism boom or entertaining social atmosphere and represented the will to overcome with ‘butterfly’.

Cenangium ferruginosum에 의한 소나무류 피목가지마름병

Cenangium ferruginosum was known as the causal agent of dieback of pines including Pinus koraiensis and Pinus densiflora. Since the first report of the disease in Korea in 1989, a group dying occurred in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Kangwon and Chungbuk in 2007 spring. Although C. ferreginosum was known as a weak pathogen or a parasite, this disease caused in stressed pine by drought, wounding, extremely cold weather or unusual warm winter. In this study, we explained the features of cenangium dieback with the characteristics of pathogen to understand the trend of disease associated with the climatic change of the world. We collected pycnidia and apothecia from the diseased branches and stems of P. koraiensis and P. densiflora in Gyeonggi, Chungcheong and Gyeongsang province to characterization of pathogen. The fungal development on the diseased branches were observed and the isolates from pycnidia and apothecia were identified as Cenangium ferruginosum by their morphological characteristics and the molecular techniques.
