직교보를 고려한 RCS구조 보-기둥 접합부의 유한요소해석

on the development RCS system is consisted of reinforced concrete column and steel beam is progressing actively. But the investigation of considered the effectiveness of transverse beam is rare. Five beam-column joints specimen with variables such as no transverse beam, thickness of web and flange, and section size of reinforced concrete column was simulated using ABAQUS. From the simulation results, this paper indicates that using transverse beams are effective to enhance the shear strength and structural performance of beam-column joints and effectiveness of variables.

Crushed sand is made by crushing the rock artificially. With the wide shortage of natural fine aggregates at all regions in Korea. crushed sand has been increasingly consumed as a alternative aggreagtes of natural sand. But there is insufficient information related to the actual situation on the produce. quality and manufacturing company of crushed sand. In this paper. survey is performed in order to know actual consumption situation of crushed sand through ready mixed concrete company in domestic. The remicon companies using crushed sand were estimated with 55%. According to the using method of crushed sand. most remicon company used fine aggregates by mixing natural sand and crushed sand. It is found that natural sand is replaced by crushed sand by about 20~50%. For quality problems in using crushed sand. grain shape. grade and fine particles shall be improved to meet the quality requirement of remicon and wide application. Therefore. it is found that quality improvement of crushed sand is required.

Although methidathion is an organophosphate insecticide, it is different from the other organophosphates in terms of toxicity. Because of its relatively high fat solubility, the apparent volume of methidathion distribution throughout the body is very high, indicating that hemoperfusion is not effective in removing this organophosphate from the body. Redistribution of methidathion from fat to blood can also occur when plasma levels diminish. Additionally, acetylcholinesterase aging, which is the loss of an alkyl side chain that prevents reactivation by oximes, is very rapid so that the effective reactivation by oximes is thwarted. Thus, methidathion’s effect on acetylcholinesterase inhibition is long lasting, particularly with a high dose. In addition to its parasympatholytic effect and ability to induce muscle paralysis, methidathion poisoning is associated with a profound and long-lasting circulatory collapse due to sympathetic ganglion blockade. This report presents the case of a 55-year-old man who accidentally ingested a high dose of methidathion. He later developed enteroinvasive aspergillosis infection-induced multiple bowel perforations on two separate occasions while on mechanical ventilator support, resulting in a fatal outcome. The renin-angiotensin axis activated by sympathetic ganglion blockade may have reduced the patient’s splanchnic blood flow, contributing to translocation of endotoxin. Also, the effect of excessive acetylcholine on non-neuronal acetylcholine receptors may have contributed to the development of fatal enteroinvasive aspergillosis in this patient.

기니 비사오는 서부 아프리카에 있는 강원도 만한 면적에 인구는 100만이다.유엔 2001년 세계 통계에 의하면 세계에서 가장 못사는 나라 중에 한나라이다.그러나 이나라에도 참부모님의 뜻을 심고자 96년,한국의 이정선 선교사와 일본 여성연합 선교사들이 이 나라 땅을 밟은 후부터 참사랑가치운동으로 아프리카에서는 유일하게 우리땅에 우리교회를 짓고,지난 10월 20일에는 교회 옆에 선학학교를 지어 개학식을 가졌다. 교회도 순수 우리교회 현지식구와 선교사들이 하나가 되어 2년에 걸쳐 200명 수용의 건물을 지었다.또한 그간 선교활돌으로 교회안에 여성연합이 비사오 현지여성을 상대로 기술학교를 운영해오던 것을 발전시켜,일본선교사 바바 씨를 중심한 일본 로터리클럽,일본 여성연합과 여러 독지가들의 5만불 가까운 도움으로 정식 학교를 개학할 수 있었다.공부하고자하는 열의는 대단하여 일주일 출석률은 99%가 넘는다.그간 많은 교육세미나를 통해 모든 지도자들이 참부모님의 세계 활동을 잘 알고 있었다.특히 지난 8월 가진 초종교초국가 세미나는 모든 참석자들의 마음에 감동을 준 세미나였고,이런 세미나가 계속 됐으면 하는 바람이 많았다.전 국방장관을 지낸 분이 초종교초국가평화연합 공동의 장을 맡고 있는데,이분도 이번 세미나에 참석해 ‘처음으로 자기 마음을 녹이는 강의를 들었다.기쁨을 감추지 못하겠다’고 간증했다.

영주시 지역의료보험조합 가입자의 의료이용행태 및 진료비 분석

In order to identify the medical care utilization rate of other health service district of the insureds, Young-ju City's the Regional Medical insurance data were used for analyzing major variables. The results of analysis are as follows : Of the medical care utilization rates, inpatient rate by age was the highest at the age group between 20 and 30, and outpatient rate for dental treatment was significantly high at the age group between 10(16.6%) and 20(14.2%) among all age groups. Also the higher age group showed higher avarge medical cost per case, especially in case of population above 50. In the comparison of care utilization rate by medical institute, impatient rate indicated 15.9% in a general hospital, 7% in a hospital and a dental hospital. This study revealed that there was meaningful difference in the utilization rate among health service districts. The utilization rate was very high in Taegu·Kyungpook in case of a outpatient rate(98.7%), and was more or less high in Seoul in case of a inpatient rate(10.8%).
