지방행정에 있어서 상급 공무원의 리더십 행태와 하급 공무원들의 조직시민행동의 관계에 관한 연구

This study is about the relationship between leadership behavior and lower class civil servants' organizational citizenship behavior in local public administration. This study was started at the proposition which the perception for organizational citizenship behavior varies across civil servants, so civil servants differed in what they defined as in-role and extra-role behavior. And so, civil servants' role perception was included as a principal variable in this research model. This study found that leadership behavior have relations with the role perception and organizational citizenship behavior. And this study found that civil servants' role perception have relations with the organizational citizenship behavior. And there is meditating effects of role perception between leadership behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. This study suggested the theoretical and practical meanings of the above results.

바로크 2부 형식에 대한 쉔커식 분석 접근 - 기존 분석의 재해석

본 논문에서는 비치의 저서에서 분석의 모델이 된 바흐의 《바이올린 파르티타, 제1번》, ‘사 라방드’ 악장과 관련하여, 다른 음악적 해석을 제시하였다. 작품의 분석에 앞서 비치의 저서 『고급 쉔커식 분석; 악구 리듬, 모티브, 형식의 관점에서』중에서 특히, 바로크 단순 2부 형식에서 나타나 는 구조와 선율의 특징에 대해 검토하였다. 이후, 비치의 저서에서 분석된 바흐의 《바이올린 파르 티타, 제1번》, ‘사라방드’의 쉔커식 분석 그래프를 바탕으로, 각각의 화음들이 가지고 있는 기능들 을 구체화하고, 보다 음악적인 화성 연결과 선율진행을 찾아내어, 그의 분석 그래프를 보완하고자 하였다. 그 결과 비치의 분석 그래프와 동일하게 를 시작음으로 하는 - - - - 의 근본선율이 완 성 되었다. 그러나 구조음 은 비치의 그래프에서 제시된 곳과는 다른 위치에서 시작되고 있으며, 구조음 중 하나인 는 그의 해석과는 다른 방법으로 연장 되었다. 또한 작품의 유기적 통일성과 응집력을 더하는 근본구조 유사성 등의 특징 등이 본 논문에서 새롭게 나타났다. 결과적으로 악곡을 형성하고 있는 근본선율은 동일하다. 그러나 근본선율의 구성음을 연장하 는 각 화음들의 기능을 다른 음악적 흐름으로 해석함으로써, 비치의 분석 그래프와 다른 해석이 도 출되었다. This paper presents another Schenkerian musical interpretation different from one by David Beach in his book. The music in question is Sarabande movement in Bach's Violin Partita 1. Prior to a harmonic/melodic analysis of Sarabande movement, First I reviewed the structures and the features of melodies in Baroque Simple Binary Form from the Beach's book called "Advanced Schenkerian Analysis: Perspectives on Phrase Rhythm, Motive and Form". After that, I have tried to reinforce his analytic graph by detecting more rational chord connections and melody line, and also by embodying functions each chords have, based on his graph which interpreted Bach's Sarabande using Schenkerian theory. As a result, the fundamental line of - - - - , which started from as a primary tone is identical to his analytic graph work. But, in the fundamental structure started from where to be different from Beach's graph had pointed out, and prolongation of as one of the fundamental structure tone is prolonged in a different way than his interpretation as well. Further, some characteristics such as Ursatz parallelism that brings organic unity and cohesiveness started to be seen as well. Consequently, the fundamental line that makes tune was identical, but a different interpretation came out by considering function of each chords in different harmnic context.

무선 ATM 망에서의 VBR MPEG 비디오 전송을 위한 효과적인 비트율 제어 기법

본 논문에서는 무선 ATM 망에 연결되어 있는 각 단말들이 가변 비트율(VBR : Variable Bit Rate)로MPEG 영상을 전송할 때 각 연결의 셀 손실률을 감소시키기 위한 효과적인 비트율 제어 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 비트율 제어 기법들은 망에서 셀 손실이나 지연을 일으키는 폭주(congestion)와 같은 망의 상태를 고려하지 않고 미리 협상된 UPC 파라미터에 따라 비트율을 조절하는 알고리즘이다. 제안하는 알고리즘에서는autoregressive (AR)모델을 사용하여 각 단말이 전송하는 MPEG 소스의 현재 프레임 트래픽 발생 분포를 예측한 후 각 발생 분포를 다중화하여 얻은 전체적인 트래픽 발생 분포로부터 셀 손실률을 예측한다. 예측된 셀 손실률로부터 양자화 레벨을 결정하고 이것을 ATM 단말로 전송하여 비트율을 조절한다. 실험 결과를 통하여 제안하는 제어 기법이 기존의 알고리즘에 비해 셀 손실이 적고, 양자화 파라미터의 변화가 적고, 자원의 이용도가 높은 것을 확인하였다.

지역주민들의 쓰레기 재활용 행태의 결정요인에 관한 연구

이 연구는 개인의 재활용 행태에 초점을 맞추어 재활용 행태의 결정요인을 분석해 본 연구이다. 먼저 인간행태의 주요이론과 재활용에 관한 선행연구들을 토대로 인과모형을 설정한 다음, 소비자들을 대상으로 표본추출하여 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 실증분석 결과, 재활용 태도, 재활용 정서, 재활용 경험 등이 재활용 행위에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 주관적 경험은 재활용 관심도가 높은 경우에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 재활용 관심도의 조절효과 분석에서는 재활용 관심도가 재활용 태도→ 재활용 행위, 재활용 정서 → 재활용 행위 사이의 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 이론적ㆍ정책적 함의를 제시하였다. This study attempts to identify some of the determinants of Local Residents’ waste recycling behavior. In this study, the causal model for recycling behavior is established based on prior research and TPB. The findings of this research indicate that attitudes toward recycling, affection toward recycling and recycling behavior has a significant effect on waste recycling behavior. And subjective norm has a significant effect on waste recycling behaviors if only concern toward recycling ie. attitude strength is strong. Moderator analyses show that for waste recycling behaviors, affect plays a lesser role when concern toward recycling is strong. This paper discusses theoretical and public policy implications based on these findings.

휴대 인터넷을 위한 OFDMA 시스템에서 비선형 전력 증폭기와 반송파 주파수 편차의 영향

휴대 인터넷 서비스를 위한 OFDMA의 상$\cdot$하향링크에서 비선형 전력 증폭기와 반송파 주파수 편차의 영향을 고려하여 데이터가 주파수 선택적 Rayleigh 페이딩 채널을 통하여 전송될 때 비트 오류율을 분석한다. 분석 결과, OFDMA 상향링크가 하향링크 경우에 비하여 비선형 전력 증폭기와 주파수 편차에 더 큰 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 우선 그 원인을 밝히고 우수한 비트 오류율 특성을 위하여 상·하향링크에서 사용자 수에 따라 요구되는 비선형 증폭기의 최대 출력 전력 대 평균 출력 전력 비(OBO)와 반송파 주파수 편차의 크기를 구한다. We evaluate the BER performance of OFDMA system for Wibro services in frequency selective Rayleigh fading channel, considering the carrier frequency offset and the nonlinear high power amplifier. In the uplink OFDMA, nonlinear amplifier and frequency offset introduce larger BER degradation than in the downlink. We explain the reason and obtain the required output back-off of the nonlinear amplifier and value of frequency offset for good BER performance.

In this study we tested the ability of the theory of reasoned action to predict the consumer's pro-environmental behavior. The personnel interest, public interest for the society, internal motivation, external motivation, pro-environmental attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral intention were used to predict the consumer's pro-environmental behavior. We examined our model by the empirical data. The sample pool was composed 539 man and woman. Statistics used for data analysis were Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Reliability Analysis. Research shows the following results: 1) The personnel interest and public interest for the society influences the pro-environmental attitude. 2) The subjective norms are influenced by the internal and external motivation. 3) The pro-environmental attitude and subjective norms influences the consumer's pro-environmental behavior through the medium of behavioral intention. These findings will help the government officials and NGO agents to design the environment policy.
