      • 곰팡이에서 분리한 Helicobacter pylori 항균물질의 분리 및 구조규명

        Helicobacter pylori is a Gram-negative bacterium which causes chronic gastritis and is associated with gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastric carcinoma. In the process of screening of antibacterial activities against H. pylori from soil microorgani는, fungus No. 60686 was isolated. After fementaion of No. 60686, the antibacterial compound was isolated, purified and followed by extraction of mycelium with orgainic solvents, acetone and ethyl acetate, through silica gel chromatography, LH-20 gel chromatography and HPLC. As a result of the structural analyses of the compound by IR, ^1H- and ^13C-NMR, FAB/Mass spectrophotomer, the compound having the antimicrobial activity was idenfitied as chaetoglobosin A (C_32H_36N_2O_5), a cytochalasan derivative. The antimicrobial activity of chaetoglobosin A was tested against Gram-positive and negative bacteria by paper disk method. Among the test strains of 9 Gram-positive bacteria and 18 Gram-negative bacteria containing 4 H. pylori strains, the growth of 4 H. pylori strains and 3 S. aureus strains (SG 511, 285 and 503) was only inhibited by chaetoglobosin A. Also it was shown that its growth inhibition against H. pylori strains was stronger than that against S. aureus strains at the treatment of the same concentration. Therefore it was concluded that chaetoglobosin A has a specific growth inhibition against H. pylori of the tested bacteria.

      • 고온 초전도체 Y Pr Zn Ba₂Cu₃O의 자기적 성질

        전이 온도가 72K인 Y?Pr?-Zn?Ba?Cu?O?고온 초전도체에 초전도성을 약화시키는 Pr 원소와 Zn를 적절한 비율로 치환하여 자기적 특성을 연구하였다. Zn가 첨가되었을 때의 임계온도(전이온도)는 35~ 44K의 값을 나타내었다. 온도에 대한 비저항의 측정으로 구한 전기적 임계온도와 온도 대 자기 모우먼트 측정으로 구한 자기적 임계온도 값은 거의 비슷했다. 자기이력 곡선으로부터 H?(저임계자기장), H?(고임계자기장)와 반자성 정도를 구했으며, Bean의 모델을 이용하여 임계전류밀도를 구하였다.이러한 자기적 성질들은 시료에 Zn가 첨가되자 급격히 감소되었다. 임계전류밀도의 경우 x=0.0인 시료가 1.6x 10?A/㎠으로 계산되었고, Zn가 첨가된 다른 시료의 임게전류밀도는 3.5x10?~1.3x10?A/㎠범위의 값을 나타내었다. 이것은 시료내에서 Znr가 초전도성을 급격하게 감소시킴을 의미한다. We have studied magnetic property as a substitute appropriate propertation of Zn element for Pr element which reduces superconducting property in high-temperature superconductor Y?Pr??Zn?Ba?Cu?O?? of transition temperature 72K, When Zn is put into it, critical temperature showed the value of measurement at th range of 35 ~44K. The electric critical temperature determinded by the temperature dependence of resistivity had a similar data to the magnetic citical temperature determinded by the temperature dependence of at the range of 35 ~ 44K. The electric critical temperature determined by the temperature dependence of resistivity had a similar data to the magnetic critical temperature determined by the temperature vs. magnetic moment. H?(critical low mgnetic field ), H?(critical high magnetic field), diamagnetic ratio and critical current density calulated by Bean's model from the magnetic hysterisis curve. These properties were abruptly decreased with adding Zn in the samples, Especially , the critical current desity of x=0.0 sample was calculated at 1/6x 10?A/㎠.These mean that Zn in the sample decreases superconduting properties in the sample.

      • 텔레메틱스 서비스에서의 차량 내 네트워크 구축을 위한 CAN 프로토콜

        The advance of IT technology leads to a new industry called telematics and the active studies on the wired and wireless network for the various telematics services. Especially, a modularization of the terminal platform is needed to offer with telematics services efficiently, which requires the aid of the hardware technology as well as the softwar e one. The AMI-C, established for the standardization of the interface between the infortainment system and the communication network in the vehicle, provides standard interface for wired communication in the vehicle such as CAN, MOST and IDB-1394. In this paper, We analyze the wired communication protocol for the vehicle, focusing on the CAN protocol. In addition, a new terminal platform for the telematics service is proposed for the real-time control environment based on the CAN protocol. 최근 발달된 IT기술이 자동차에 적용되어 텔레메틱스(Telematics)라는 새로운 산업을 일으키고 있으며, 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위한 다양한 유·무선 기술과 네트워크기술 들이 연구되고 있다. 특히 효율적인 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위해 서는 단말 플랫폼의 모듈화가 요구된다. 이러한 모듈화된 단말 플랫폼은 소프트웨어에만 국한되지 않으며 새로운 하드웨어를 요구한다. 이를 위해 차량 정보엔터테인먼트 시스템과 차량 통신 네트워크의 인터페이스 표준화를 위한 AMI-C에서는 차량 내 유선 통신방법으로 CAN, MOST, IDB-1394와 같은 표준 인터페이스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CAN 프로토콜을 중심으로 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위한 차량 내 유선통신 프로토콜을 분석하고, CAN 프로토콜의 실시간 제어 환경에서의 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위한 단말 플랫폼을 제시한다.

      • 칼슘과 아연으로 치환된 Y0.8 Pr0.₂ Ba₂ Cu₃ O7_δ 의 전기 및 자기적 성질에 관한 연구

        전이온도가 72K인 고온초전도체 Y?P?B?Cu?O?에서 초전도성을 감소시키는 Pr원소자리에 Ca과 Zn를 적당히 치환시켜 자기적 성질을 연구하였다. 초전도 전이온도(Tc)는 Ca이 치환된 시료의 경우 80~85k의 범위에서 측정되었으며, Zn가 치환된 경우에는 35~49K의 값을 보였다. 비저항의 온도 변화로부터 결정된 전기적 전이온도는 온도에 대한 자기모우먼트으 변화에서 구한 자기적 전이온도와 비슷한 값을 보였다. 자기이력곡선으로부터 Bean의 모델을 이용하여 Hcl(저임계자기장), Hc?(고임계자기장), 반자성정도, 임계전류밀도를 측정하였다. 이러한 성질들은 시료 내에 Ca의 치환량이 많아질수록 증가하였으며, Zn가 많아질수록 급격히 감소하였다. 특히 임계전류밀도는 x=0.0인 시료는 1.60x10?A/㎠이었으며 Ca이 치환된 시료는 1.30~1.98x10? A/㎠, Zn가 첨가된 시료는 3.5x10?~1.3x10?A/㎠의 값으로 계산되었다. 이것은 시료 내에서 Ca은 초전도성을 증가시키고, Zn는 초전도성을 감소시키는 것을 의미한다. The electric critical temperature determined by the temperature dependence of resistivity had a similar data to the magnetic field), Hc?(high critical magnetic field), diamagnetic ratio and critical current density have observed by Bean's model from the magnetic hysterisis curve. These properties were increased with adding Ca and abruptly decreased with adding Zn in the samples. Especially, the critical current density of x=0.0 sample was calculated at 1.60x10?A/㎠ and those of the other Ca-added samples at the range of 1.30~1.98xA/㎠and those of Zn-added samples at the range of 3.50x10?~1.30x10?A/㎠. These mean that Ca increases supercondecting properties in the sample and Zn element decreases them.

        Verrucous mycosis fungoides is very rare variant of cutaneous T cell lymphoma that manifests verrucous crusted lesion and may be clinically misdiagnosed as a wart, deep fungal infection or atypical mycobacterial infection. If it is located acrally, it might then be better classified as mycosis fungoides palmaris et plantaris or pagetoid reticulosis. We report a case of solitary verrucous mycosis fungoides on the left knee in 25-year-old woman successfully treated ultraviolet A-1 phototherapy.

        Amalgambond Liner의 도포가 amalgam 수복재의 변연누출과 유지력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In this study, we tried to evaluate the effect of Amalgambond liner application on the degree of marginal leakage and retention of amalgam restoration by comparing with that of the Copalite and All-bond 2. The results obtained from this experiment were as follows; 1. Tensile strength representing the bond between amalgam and tooth structure was the highest in Amalgambond, and All-Bond 2, Copalite in descending order. There were statistically significant difference between each group(P<0.05). 2. The degree of microleakage in Amalgambond was lower than that of All-Bond 2, and Copalite, but no stastically significant difference could be found(P>0.05). 3. The liner such as Amalgambond or All-Bond 2 were evaluated to be superior to the conventional Copalite in bond strength as well as in microleakage. But the result of this study could not show the superiority of one material over the others; Amalgambond and All-bond 2.Besides the results of the study, other factors, such as practical convenience. should be considered in determining the selection of material. The support of well-designed clinical studies on this subject are in demand.

      • 와인딩 공정에서 접압롤의 동특성에 관한 연구

        In a web winding process, the contact roll plays many important roles in air entrainment control and WIT(Wound In Tension) regulation. The behavior of the contact roll significantly affects the winding tension characteristics specifically at the time of contact and separation when the tangential velocities of contact roll and winding roll are not synchronized. A new mathematical model which includes the behavior of the web tension, the winding roll, the carriage and the contact roll is derived for the control of the winding tension. By using the model derived, a non-linear PID(NPID) controller is designed to control the winding tension at the time of contact and separation between the contact roll and the winding roll. Computer simulation study showed that the performance of the winding system with the NPID controller was significantly improved compared with that of a system with PID controller.
