        연구개발투자프로젝트의 경제성평가를 위한 학습-실물옵션 의사결정 체계 개발

        In this paper, we boil down the scope of research emphasizing the effect of learning on the R&D investment decision exploiting a real options-thinking framework. Unlike other real options models in which learning is considered as a passive consequence of delaying the investment decision, this paper quantifies information acquisition by merging a statistical decision theory with the real options approach. In this context, we discuss the value of the R&D investment project dividing it into two parts from a Bayesian point of view. The first part is concerned with appraising an economic value of the R&D project at the commercialization stage assuming that only a part of the commercialization investment is considered and based on the result of this trial the following investment decision is made. The second part is focused on how to deal with a technical or private risk inherent in the underlying R&D investment project. For the study, it is also assumed that a subjective information on the value and/or variables surrounding the R&D investment project is initially given. Performing a case study taken from Shockley, et. at. paper is to show the applicability of the model which we propose in this paper. This case study is oriented in valuing the R&D investment project of developing a new drug for animals.

        선천성 기관 석회화와 조롱박 구멍 협착 (Nasal Pyriform Aperture Stenosis)에 의한 호흡 곤란증 1례

        저자들은 출생 후 수 시간 뒤에 발생한 호흡 곤란을 주소로 내원한 환아에서 우연히 발견된 기관의 석회화와 양측 조롱박 구멍 협착증을 진단하고 비강 내에 스텐트를 위치시키는 수술로서 호흡 곤란 등의 증상 호전된 환아를 보고하는 바이다. Nasal obstruction is a cause of respiratory distress in newborns. The congenital nasal airway obstructive abnormalities are classified into three forms according to the location: posterior choanal atresia, nasal cavity stenosis and congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis(CNPAS). CNPAS is located at the anterior part of the nasal fossa. CT is the study of choice to make the diagnosis of CNPAS and rule out other causes of nasal obstruction. Though conservative management of CNPAS is recommended, in cases of severe CNPAS surgical treatment should be considered. Calcification of cartilage in the larynx, trachea and bronchi is extremely rare in children. Such calcifications are generally discovered in young children with congenital stridor. The clinical course is favorable. No case with CNPAS and tracheal calcification is reported in newborn. We report a one-day-old girl with CNPAS and tracheal calcification who presented with respiratory difficulty immediately after birth.

        제4차 산업혁명 시대에서의 대학 교육 및 운영에 관한 연구 동향과 사례

        This study was to explore the domestic research trends, and education and operation cases concerned with Korean colleges in the fourth industrial revolution era. It was conducted through the analysis of 114 academic papers registered to the Korea Research Foundation, the newspaper articles, and the main 4-year university homepage from 2016 to April 2019. The results was as follows. Research papers have been increasing since 2016; research were conducted by humanities and social sciences as well as engineering academics interesting in research topics such as technologies, curriculum, and teaching and learning by mainly using quantitative research, literature research. As for the college education, reorganization of the undergraduate and majors centered on the science and engineering field, teaching and learning related with learner’s participation and performance, and provide efficient academic affairs management and career guidance using Chatbot or Cloud computing. Industry-academia cooperation was focuses on the field of science and engineering. In future research, it is necessary to explore the research on college students’ career and employment, the research on academic affairs management and infrastructure, the relational research considering the variables among college students and faculties, and the qualitative and mixed method approach. 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 시대에서의 국내 대학 관련 연구, 교육 및 산학연협력 등에 대한 연구동향과 사례를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 2016년부터 2019년 4월까지 등재학술지에 게재된 학술논문 114편과 신문기사 및 대학 홈페이지 등을 통해 수집된 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 연구동향에 있어서는 2016년 이후 관련 논문 수가 증가하고 있었고, 테크놀로지, 교육과정, 교수학습 등을 주제로, 양적연구, 문헌연구를 활용하여 융복합 및 인문사회 분야 학술지에 주로 게재되고 있었다. 교육 및 운영 동향에 있어서는 이공 및 보건 계열 중심의 학부나 전공 개편이 노력이 활발하며, 학습자 참여와 수행을 강조하는 교수학습과 절대평가의 도입을 적극 검토하고 있었으며, 채봇이나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 방식을 도입하여 학사 및 진로 안내를 최적화하려는 노력을 하고 있었고, 이공계열 분야에 초점을 둔 산학연협력이 활발하게 진행되고 있었다. 향후 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 관련 진로 및 취업과 산학협력에 대한 연구, 학사관리와 인프라 구축, 학생 및 교수자 관련 변수 간 관계 연구, 질적연구와 혼합연구를 활용한 연구가 활성화될 필요가 있다.

        I형 급성형 고타이로신혈증 2례부산대학교 의과대학 소아과학교실김규태·김영미·박수은·남상욱·박재홍

        Tyrosinemia type I is an autosomal recessive disorder of amino acid metabolism and is caused by a deficiency of fumarylacetoacetate hydrolase(FAH), the last enzyme in the catabolic pathway of tyrosine. The disease is characterized by hepatic dysfunction, hepatocellular carcinomas, renal tubular dysfunction, rickets, and neurologic crises. We experienced 2 cases(a 4-day-old girl, a 7- month-old girl) of acute form of tyrosinemia type I. Case 1 was presented with tachypnea, vomiting and prolonged PT and aPTT. Case 2 was presented with systemic jaundice, irritability, an odor resembling boiled cabbage, and hepatic dysfunction. The diagnosis was made by demonstrating elevated plasma levels of tyrsione and other amino acids, and urinary excretion of succinylacetone. Both of the patients had a significant coagulopathy which was not treated by transfusion of fresh frozen plasma and cryoprecipitate. We report two tyrosinemic infants who were presented with severe coagulopathy. 저자들은 생후 3일경에 구토와 활동 저하를 주소로 내원하여 I형 고타이로신혈증으로 진단받고 생후 6개월경에 간부전으로 사망한 1례와, 생후 7개월경에 1개월간 지속되는 황달을 주소로 내원하여 I형 고타이로신혈증으로 진단 받고 역시 간부전으로 사명한 1례 등, I형 급성형 고타이로신헐증 2례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        Effects of Inorganic Fillers on Mechanical Properties of Silicone Rubber

        In this study, the effects of filler particle size and shape on the physical properties of silicone rubber composites were investigated using inorganic fillers (Minusil 5, Celite 219, and Nyad 400) except silica, which was already present as a reinforcing filler of silicone rubber. Fillers with small particle sizes are known to facilitate the formation of the bound rubber by increasing the contact area with the polymer. However, in this experiment, the bound rubber content of Celite 219- added silicone composite was higher than that of Minusil 5-added silicone composite. This was attributed to the porous structure of Celite 219, which led to an increase in the internal surface area of the filler. When the inorganic fillers were added, both thermal decomposition temperature and thermal stability were improved. The bound rubber formed between the silicone rubber and inorganic filler affected the degree of crosslinking of the silicone composite. It is well-known that as the size of the reinforcing filler decreases, the reinforcing effect increases. However, in this experiment, the hardness of the composite material filled with Celite 219 was the highest compared to the other three composites. Furthermore, the highest value of 2.19 MPa was observed for 100% modulus, and the fracture elongation was the lowest at 469%. This was a result of excellent interaction between Celite 219 filler and silicone rubber.
