Linear porokeratosis is one of the rare types of porokeratosis with characteristic clinical feature of linear arrangement and should be differentiated from linear verrucous epidermal nevus. We have seen a case of linear porokeratosis in a 32-year-old male. The lesions were distributed linearly on the left side of the cheek and the right upper and lower extremities. There was no family history of the same eruption. We tried topical 5-fluorouracil and urea ointment without improvement.

Backgraound : Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease of unknown etiology characterized by the formation of multiple noncaseating granulomas. When inactive scars that have been quiescent for years become infiltrated with sarcoidosis, develop erythematous indurated nodules. They may precede or accompany systemic sarcoidosis, or occur during a relapse. Case : We report a 57-year old female who present with erythematous nodules on the both upper and lower eyelids, forehead, left antecubital area and abdomen. These lesions resulted from scars produced by blepharoplasty, transabdominal hysterectomy and venipuncture in the past. She denied any systemic illness and was in good health at the time of presentation. Complete regression of the skin lesions was obtained with systemic steroid therapy without recurrence for 6 months. Conclusion : We report a case of cutaneous sarcoidosis resulting from surgical scars
