Study on the Focusing Position Effects in a Diode End-pumped Nd:YAG Laser

A multi-kHz high-repetition-rate laser-diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser was developed, and its lasing properties were demonstrated for laser optimization. The dependence of the output power on the pump beam’s focusing position in the Nd:YAG crystal was determined. The optimum focusing position of the pump beam for efficient extraction of the diode’s pump energy was confirmed to be 1 mm inside the laser crystal from the surface of the Nd:YAG. This focusing position is independent of the length of the laser crystal. The beam quality factor, M2, was decreased from values of 2.8 ∽ 2.9 to less than 1.3 in both the CW and the pulsed modes by insertion of a 500 ∽ 600 µm aperture inside the laser cavity. In second harmonic generation (SHG), we found that the output power and the pulse width were very sensitive to the LBO operating temperature. We confirmed that controlling the LBO crystal’s temperature was very important for efficient and stable operation of the 532 nm laser.

중소기업 가족기업의 후계자 역량개발이 승계유효성에 미치는 영향: 승계의지와 신뢰관계 매개효과를 중심으로

[Purpose]The employers of Korean companies of the economy are aging. In this situation, this paper aims to solve succession-related problems they have. For the growth and permanence of the family-owned businesses, it is necessary to perform research on the problems. The paper intends to provide help through a comparative analysis of the order of priority of the importance of the mediation effects of succession willingness and trust relationship. [Methodology]This study surveyed 144 employers of small and medium-sized businesses to find out the effects of capacity development of the successors of the family-owned businesses on the validity of succession. As for analysis methods, a descriptive statistical analysis and a reliability analysis were performed through SPSS; a confirmatory factor analysis and a path analysis were performed through LISREL 8.5. Also the mediation effects were analyzed through Hayes’ process model. [Findings]The study found that capacity development positively influences the validity of succession. And as for capacity development and the validity of succession, the comparative analysis of the order of priority of the importance of the mediation effects of succession willingness and trust relationship, the analysis intending to present differentiation, showed that the mediation effect of succession willingness was ceoff .2903 and that of trust relationship was coeff .4798. [Implications]As for effects of training and capacity development of the successors of the family-owned businesses on the validity of succession, the study suggested a comparative analysis of succession willingness and trust relationship as parameters. In the study, a result of the comparative analysis of mediation effects of succession willingness and trust relationship was produced and it was verified that trust relationship has a higher priority (in importance) than succession willingness. [연구목적]한국경제 경영자가 고령화되면서 기업들의 승계문제 해결 목적이다. 가족기업의 발전과 영속성을 위해서는 기업의 승계 문제 연구가 필요하다. 승계의지와 신뢰관계 매개효과 중요성의 우선순위를 비교분석 하여 도움을 주고자 한다. [연구방법]본 연구는 중소기업 경영자들의 144명을 대상으로 가족기업 후계자의 역량개발이 승계유효성에 미치는 영향에 대해 설문을 받았다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS를 활용하여 기술통계 분석과 신뢰성 분석을 실시하였고 LISREL 8.5를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 또한 Hayes의 Process 모델로 매개효과를 분석하였다. [연구결과]역량개발이 승계유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 역량개발과 승계유효성에서 승계의지 매개효과는 ceoff .2903으로 나타났고 신뢰관계 매개효과는 coeff .4798으로 비교분석 차별성을 제시하고자 하는 우선순위 결과다. [연구의 시사점]가족기업 후계자의 역량개발이 승계유효성에 미치는 영향에서 승계의지와 신뢰관계를 매개변수로 비교분석을 제시하였다는 점이다. 본 연구를 통해 승계의지와 신뢰관계 매개효과의 비교분석을 확인 했으며 경영자의 승계의지보다 경영자와 후계자의 신뢰관계가 더 중요성의 우선순위 의미가 있음이 검증되었다.
