Robotic Central Pancreatectomy with Pancreaticojejunostomy for Solid Pseudopapillary Neoplasm

Purpose: Minimally invasive central pancreatectomy has rarely performed because of its technical difficulty. Robot system enhances surgical dexterity to perform such complex procedures. Methods: A 29-year-old woman was admitted with acute cholecystitis and an 1.4 cm enhancing mass was incidentally found at the pancreatic proximal body on computed tomography. Preoperative image studies suggested a neuroendocrine tumor or solid pseudopapillary neoplasm. The patient underwent robotic cholecystectomy and central pancreatectomy with pancreaticojejunostomy. Results: The total operation time was 280 minutes and the estimated amount of intraoperative bleeding was 100 ml. The postoperative recovery was uneventful and she was discharged on the 7th postoperative day. Pathologic examination reported a solid pseudopapillary neoplasm. Conclusion: The technical difficulties associated with the procedure can be overcome with the help of the wrist-like movement of the robotic instruments, especially for the preservation of splenic vessels and for creating precise anastomoses in narrow spaces.
초고강도 1470 MPa급 판재의 파단 이방성 실험 결과에 관한 연구

In the present work, the ductile fracture behaviors of ultra-high strength steel sheets along the different loading directions are investigated under various loading paths. Three loading paths, i.e., in-plane shear, uniaxial tension, plane strain tension deformations, are considered, and the corresponding specimens are described. The experiments are conducted using the digital image correlation (DIC) system to analyze the strain at the onset of the fracture. The experimental results show that the loading path for each specimen sample is linear, and different values of the fracture strains for the loading direction from the plane strain tension are observed. The ductile fracture model of the modified Mohr-Coulomb (MMC) is constructed based on the experimental data and evaluated along the rolling direction and transverse direction under various loading paths.
이상거동 변수 기반 고강도 강관 가시설 시스템의 구조 안정성

This study defined abnormal behaviors such as bending deformations or buckling behaviors occurred in high strength steel pipe strut system, and carried out a full-scale bending test for different connection types. A parametric study was carried out to gain an insight about structural performances considering abnormal behavior effects in high strength steel pipe strut system. Five abnormal behaviors were considered as undesirable deflections of strut structures, which are basic load combination, excessive excavation situations, impact loading effects, additional overburden loads, load combinations, and strut lengths. Subsequent simulation results present various influences of parameters on structural performances of the strut system. Based on the results, we propose methods to prevent unusual behaviors of pipe-type strut structures made of high strength steels. 본 논문에서는 지반굴착 가시설 일부 현장에서 발생하고 있는 고강도 강관 버팀 보의 휨변형 또는 좌굴변형과 같은 이상 거동을 정의하고 강관버팀보 구조의 연결부 변화에 따른 실물 휨 성능시험을 수행하였다. 또한, 수치적으로 분석 가능한 유발 인자들에 대한 이상 재현 시나리오 구성후, 구조 해석 및 단면검토를 통하여 5개 하중조합 Case에 대한 변수 해석을 실시하였다. 5가지 이상거동 유발인자는 과굴착 심도, 충격하중, 추가 상재하중, 버팀 보 지간장 등으로 설정하여 3차원 구조해석을 수행하였으며, 2차원해석과 비교하였다. 수치해석 예제는 이상거동 변수를 고려하여 고강도 강관 버팀 보 가시설 시스템의 구조성능에 미치는 영향 및 이상거동 방지방안을 중심으로 상세 규명하였다.
