Object Generator is a software to provide simulation object data(aircraft, ship, submarine, missile, torpedo) for sumulators in LBTS(Land Based Test System). but there is a burden to the system, because Object generator needs to send many object's data, display objects in a tactical screen, show object's information in a list in 1 second. This paper suggests a parallel software structure taking a few factors(deadlock, dependency) into consideration. At last, the paper shows the performance of the parallel structure's software compared with the former structure's software.
N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-ethylenediamine-N,N',N'-triacetic acid를 配位子로 한 Co(Ⅲ)錯物의 合成과 그 性質에 關한 硏究

A complex of Co(Ⅲ) with N-(2-Hyroxyethyl)-ethylendiaminetriacetic acid (HEDTA) as the chelating agent has been prepared and the structure of the complex, [Co(hedta)H_2O]·H_2O has been determined by I.R. spectrum and other instrumental techniques. Comparison of the visible spectrum of the complex, [Co(hedta)H_2O]·H_2O with that of [Co(trd3a)H_2O]·2H_2O leads to the conclusion that the configurations of those two complexes are not identical. From the measurement of half-wave potentials and the polt of log (i/i_d-i)versus potential E for the polarographic reduction wave, it is known that (1) at D.M. E-electrode [Co(hedta)H_2O] is more difficult to reduce than [Co(trata)]^-1 and [Co(trd3a)H_2O], and (2) the reduction is a reversible one-electron reduction in pH 4.5 acetate buffer solution. Study of the effect of pH on the absorbance in the visible region shows that two forms of complexes exist in solution; reddish-violet [Co(hedta)H_2O] at below pH 9 and deep yellow [Co(hedta) OH]^- at above pH 11. pH<9 Eq pH>11 [Co(hdeta)H_2O]??[Co(hedta)OH]^-+H^+ The complex is dehydrated at 190℃ and is finally decomposed at the temperature of 360℃
Pseudomonas sp.의 연속배양에 있어서의 세포의 수율 및 화학적 조성에 미치는 영향

Effects of temperature on the gorwth characteristics and the chemical composition of pseudomonas cells grown under glucose-or methanol-utilizing continuous culture were studied. In a glucose-utilizing continuous culture, optimum dilution rate, agitation, pH, and temperature, for the higher biomass yield were $0.45hr^-$, 7000rpm, pH 7.5, and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. But in a methanol-utilizing continuous culture, they were $0.125hr^-$, 600rpm, pH 8, and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. In methanol-utilizing continuous culture, the maximum production rate of the cells was 1.48g, dry wt./1/hr at a dilution rate of $0.45hr^-$, and the cell yield was 0.46g. dry wt./g. glucose. In the methanol-utilizaing continuous culture, the maximum production rate of the cells was 0.33 7g. dry wt./1/hr. at a dilution rate of $0.125hr^-$ and the cell yield was 0.44g dry cell/g. methanol. The contents of protein of the cells increase with the increase ingrowing temperature (from 15 to $30^{\circ}C$), more or less, while the contents of RNA nad carbohydrate of the cells decreased. However, DNA contents of cells growth under the various temperature ranges didn't change. As the temeprature of cultivation rises at a constant dilution rate, the efficiency of RNA in protein synthesis was increased, showing the decreases in the ratio of RNA to protein.
