        남북경협의 활성화의 전제로써 개성공단 전면중단으로 인한 손해의 전보 가능성에 대한 연구

        본 논문에서는 남북경협을 재개하기 위한 토대로서 북한에 대한 인식을 비롯한 현재의 상황을 적시하였으며, 남북경협의 필요성과 의의에 대해 확인하였다. 이와 더불어 과거 남북경협이 갖는 한계도 함께 지적하였다. 제도가 갖는 한계로서 소위 3통 문제뿐만 아니라 외부적 여건에 취약한 구조가 그것이다. 그러나 이러한 문제들뿐만 아니라 내부적 문제도 존재하고 있음을 확인하였다. 대표적으로 통치행위로 인한 남북경협이 중단될 수도 있다는 사실이다. 특히 개성공단의 전면적 중단의 상황에서 그 누구도 일정한 안정성과 예측가능성을 가지지 못하였다는 점은 우리 법률이 갖는 한계를 명확하게 보여준다. 이와 관련하여 논문에서는 위법한 통치행위의 경우, 단순히 “통치행위는 불법행위가 되지 않는다”라는 결론을 이끌 수는 없다는 점을 통치행위를 입법행위와 동치시키는 논리구조를 통하여 위헌인 법률로 인하여 국민의 기본권인 재산권 침해하였다면, 그에 따른 책임도 부담하여야 한다는 결론을 도출하기 위하여 노력하였다. 추가적으로 지난 5·24조치와 관련된 우리 대법원 2013다205389 판결에서 확인할 수 있는 바와는 달리 개성공단 전면 중단의 경우에는 개성공단에 진출해있는 모든 기업들의 가동중단과 철수를 포함하고 있다는 점을 지적하였다. 그렇기에 개성공단의 중단과 관련한 국가배상책임이 긍정될 수 있는 가능성이 있다고 판단하였다. 긴급명령과 같은 수단은 최후적인 방법이 되어야 한다. 그렇기 때문에 3통의 문제를 해결하기 위한 입법적 방법과 함께 발생되어서는 안 되겠지만, 발생할 수도 있는 향후의 경협중단과 관련된 일련의 절차를 법률화하는 것 역시 향후 남북경협의 활성화의 전제가 될 것이다. All Koreans will have a consensus on peace on the Korean Peninsula. However, there is still a negative view on the inter-Korean economic cooperation. This view leads to the denial of the justification itself in promoting inter-Korean economic cooperation. However, the Moon Jae-in administration has declared that it will maintain its independent inter-Korean cooperation policy within the framework of international sanctions against North Korea. From the perspective of the theory of peace economy, it is clear that the promotion of economic cooperation provides an important engine for peace. This is because if the inter-Korean economic cooperation expands, the negative variables from “North Korea risk” will decrease and be suppressed to a minimum. In addition, through inter-Korean economic cooperation, North Koreans will learn directly or indirectly about capitalist economic logic, and can play a major role in correcting their distorted perceptions of South Korean society. However, it is time to discuss the effectiveness of these laws with the Kaesong Industrial Complex shutdown in 2016. In particular, the impact of the Kaesong Industrial Complex shutdown in 2016 was attributable to the decision of the Korean government. Based on this necessity, the thesis confirmed the necessity, significance, and limitations of the inter-Korean economic cooperation, and dealt with who should bear the responsibility for damages caused by the total suspension of the Kaesong Industrial Complex as a guarantee for the stability of the inter-Korean economic cooperation.

        RF DIN Connector의 Passive IMD 개선에 관한 연구

        최근 이동통신 서비스가 확대됨에 따라 인접 기지국간의 간섭문제가 증가하게 되었으며, 그에 따라 CDMA시스템의 active IMD 뿐만 아니라 PIMD (Passive Inter Modulation Distortion)에 대한 문제도 시스템 설계 시 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 RF connector 중 대표적 connector인 7/16“ DIN connector를 통하여 동촉선에서의 PIMD발생 정도를 분석하였고, PIME 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 대부분의 전류가 통과하는 경로에는 표면조도가 좋은 금속이 전도율이 좋아 유리하며, 둘째 RF에너지가 충분ㅎ히 한 매질에서 통과할 수 있도록 최소 5m 이상으로 도금을 해야 함을 알수 있었다. 셋째, 도금 재료의 노화현상 방지를 위해 비열이 높고 전도율이 높은 금속 선택이 필수적이며, 비용절감 면에서는 삼원합금 등 대체 도금 재질 개발이 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. 현재 국내 PIMD 규격인 KTF-150dBc를 만족시키기 위해서는 7/16“ DIN connector 의 경우 도금재질에 관계없이 표면조도 6s, 도금두께 5m일때 KTF의 PIMD 규정을 만족시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Recently, as the range of mobile communication services is extended, the interference between adjacent base-stations is increased. Nowdays, on of the important factors causing interference is IMD(Inter-Modulation Distortion) problems. Not only active IMD but also passive IMD effects must be considered to design a CDMA system. In this study, we design and implement 7/16'' DIN connectors which have a various intensity of surface illumination, thickness and quality of plating material to analyze the effects of PIMD. And propose the methods for improving the PIMD characteristics: First, it is more profitable to use the metal which has good intensity of surface illumination where most of all electric currents passes through it. Secondly, we should plate metals more than 5 μm for RF energy enough to propagate in a medium. Thirdly, it is necessary to select a metal having high conductivity and specific heat to protect the aging phenomenon of plate material. And it is required to develop a new plating material to replace the current materials, such as the alloy of three components for cost reduction. We have to know that the plate which has intensity of surface illumination 6 S and the thickness of plating material 5 μm satisfy domestic PIMD specification (KTF) - 150 dBc, regardless of the plate material in case of 7/16'' DIN connector.

        한국 정신장애의 역학 조사 연구[I] : 각 정신장애의 유병률

        Objectives : This study aims to estimate the prevalence of the DSM-IV psychiatric disorders in Korean population using the Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI). Methods : Subjects were selected by taking multi-stage, cluster samples of 7,867 adult household residents, 18 to 64 years of age, in ten catchment areas. Total 78 trained interviewers administered the K-CIDI to the selected respondents, from June 1 to November30,2001. Results : Total 6,275 respondents completed the interview. Some 33.5% of respondents reported at least one lifetime disorder, 20.6% reported at least one-year disorder, and 16.7% reported at least one-month disorder. The most common lifetime disorders were alcohol abuse/dependence (17.24%), nicotine dependence/withdrawal (11.19%), specific phobia (5.16%), and major de-pressive disorder (4.25%). The lifetime prevalence of substance abuse/dependence (0.25%) and schizophrenia (0.16%) was very low. Nicotine and alcohol use disorder showed very high male/female ratio. Mood disorder and anxiety disorder were more prevalent among female than male. Conclusion : The prevalence of psychiatric disorders was high. In comparison with other studies, remarkable differences in distributions of psychiatric disorders across the areas and times were observed.

        한국 성인을 대상으로 한 전산화 Standard Progressive Matrices의 표준화 예비연구

        연구목적 : 전산화 Standard Progressive Matrices(SPM) 검사의 한국인 성인 표준자료를 확립함으로써, 간이로 지능을 평가하는 경우에도 보다 정확하게 지능지수를 추정하기 위해서 본 연구를 수행하였다. 방 법 : 18세 이상의 남녀 정상인 자원자 353명을 대상으로 전산화 SPM 검사를 시행하고, 백분율 및 표준점수(T-점수)를 기준으로 하여 표준화 자료를 작성하였다. 전체 대상군을 성별, 연령별로 구분한 후 평균과·분포가 유사한 집단은 군을 합치는 방법을 사용하였다. 한국인 표준자료에 근거하여 추정한 SPM 지능지수와 외국인 표준자료에 근거하여 추정한 SPM 지능지수를 각각 KWAIS 지능지수와 비교함으로써 타당도를 검증하였다. 결 과 : 18∼30세, 31∼40세, 41∼50세, 51세 이상의 연령군으로 구분된 한국 정상 성인의 SPM 표준화 자료를 산출하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의한 표준화 자료를 적용하여 지능지수를 추정하는 것이 현재 사용하고 있는 외국인의 표준화 자료를 이용하는 것보다 KWAIS 지능지수에 더욱 근접한 결과를 보였다. 결 론 : 18세에서 50세까지의 한국인 남녀에게는 간이지능평가도구로서 전산화 SPM 검사의 한국인 표준화 자료를 유용하고 타당하게 적용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Objectives : We conducted this study to provide standardized data of the computerized Standard Progressive Matrices(SPM) test in Korean adults. Methods : The computerized SPM test was administered to 353 healthy volunteers aged 18 years over. We provided the standardized data(percentile and standardized T-scores) for the groups with similar mean and distribution of SPM scores, which was originally divided by age and sex. The validity of the new standardized data was tested by comparing IQs estimated by SPM and K-WAIS. Results : The standardized SPM data were provided for four age groups : 18 to 30 years, 31 to 40 years, 41 to 50 years, 51 years and over. IQ estimated by this standardized data tends to be closer to IQ by K-WAIS than the IQ estimated by foreign normative data. Conclusion : The standardized data of the computerized SPM were proven to be a useful and valid tool for measuring IQ briefly, compared with the conventional way of measuring IQ.

        Laser pose calibration of ViSP for precise 6-DOF structural displacement monitoring

        To estimate structural displacement, a visually servoed paired structured light system (ViSP) was proposed in previous studies. The ViSP is composed of two sides facing each other, each with one or two laser pointers, a 2-DOF manipulator, a camera, and a screen. By calculating the positions of the laser beams projected onto the screens and rotation angles of the manipulators, relative 6-DOF displacement between two sides can be estimated. Although the performance of the system has been verified through various simulations and experimental tests, it has a limitation that the accuracy of the displacement measurement depends on the alignment of the laser pointers. In deriving the kinematic equation of the ViSP, the laser pointers were assumed to be installed perfectly normal to the same side screen. In reality, however, this is very difficult to achieve due to installation errors. In other words, the pose of laser pointers should be calibrated carefully before measuring the displacement. To calibrate the initial pose of the laser pointers, a specially designed jig device is made and employed. Experimental tests have been performed to validate the performance of the proposed calibration method and the results show that the estimated displacement with the initial pose calibration increases the accuracy of the 6-DOF displacement estimation.

        MyotonPRO 시스템을 이용한 여러 근 수축 수준이 천지굴근의 기계적 속성에 미치는 영향 연구

        Objective: The purposes of this study were to understand the effects of various levels of force exertions on the mechanical properties of hand muscles and to evaluate the correlation between the changes of mechanical properties and muscle fatigue. Background: Understanding mechanical properties of human muscles for any types of activities is very important to prevent muscle damages and injuries. Although electromyography (EMG) has been widely used to investigate the muscle activity and fatigue for human movements, EMG system may need a lot of effort and time to install, measure, and analysis. MyotonPRO which is a very simple and fast measurement device has been developed to understand muscle"s mechanical properties for various activities. There is few study for investigation of the mechanical properties such as stiffness, frequency, and decrement using a MyotonPRO. Method: Twenty healthy young men without orthopedics diseases participated in this study. The mechanical properties (stiffness, frequency, and decrement) of flexor digitorum superficialis were measured by using the MyotonPRO system for various muscle contraction (20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% MVCs) levels. The mechanical properties in resting condition was also measured before and after to understand the fatigue effects. Gender, handedness, pre/post and four-contraction level were assigned as independent variables in this study. Results: Statistical analysis revealed that the effects of gender, force exertion level, and interaction of gender and force exertion level were statistically significant on the both stiffness and frequency of mechanical properties of the flexor digitorum superficialis. Stiffness and frequency also showed generally increased as muscle fatigued based on the study of pre/post analysis. Conclusion: Stiffness and frequency, mechanical properties of flexor digitorum superficialis, showed a positive correlation with gender and force exertion level using a MyotonPRO system. These mechanical properties were also related with muscle fatigue. Application: MyotonPRO would be a good method for evaluating muscle activities of the muscles according to the levels of muscle contractions.
