          환형 무전극 형광램프의 전자계 시뮬레이션, 전기적 및 광학적 특성

          In recent, there have been several developments in lamp technology that promise savings in electrical power consumption and improved quality of the lighting space. Above all, the advantage of ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp is the removal of internal electrodes and heating filaments that are a light-limiting factor of conventional fluorescent lamps. The ring-shaped electrodeless lamp is intended as a high efficiency replacement for the incandescent reflector lamp in many applications. Therefore, the life time of ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamps is substantially higher than that of conventional fluorescent lamps and last up to 60,000 hours. In this paper, maxwell 3D finite element analysis program(Ansoft) was used to obtain electromagnetic properties associated with the coil and nearby structures. The electromagnetic emitting properties were presented by 3D simulation software operated at 250 KHz and some specific conditions. The optical characteristics were measured luminance and a temperature and an optical spectrum distribution for 10 min in a one minute interval at the same time. With a goal of finding alternative materials, we show measurement results of electrical characteristics of a ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp as a function of frequency and the number of coil turns using a highly permeable($\mu$$_{r}$(equation omitted) 2,000) Mn-Zn ferrite. These results are compared with those of conventional ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp. It is found that the resistance, inductance and impedance are increased while the quality factor decreases as frequency increases.s.

          도덕ㆍ윤리교육 관련학과 논쟁과 정상적인 교과과정ㆍ교직과정의 탐색 - 윤리교육과와 철학과의 문제제기를 중심으로 -

          The argument on the related departments of Moral-Ethics Education can be classified into two categories depending on whether they are good curriculum and teacher development model. So the purpose of this article is to make a good curriculum and teacher development model for the good Moral-Ethics Education. And differences among related departments are also discussed. From the department of philosophy's standpoint, teaching ethical knowledge has been emphasized in Moral-Ethics Education curriculum. But teaching ethical․propositional knowledge cannot be the whole of Moral-Ethics Education. There are other aspects of education such as formation of character. Deparment of ethics education's approach deal with the problem of how to consider these aspects of education on curriculum. This approach may lessen the problem of exclusive emphasis on intelletual education. If we really want to practice good moral education in school, it is indispensable to put the viewpoint of intergrated character education into the Moral- Ethics Education curriculum. Also it is necessary for us to pursue the good moral․ethics teacher. The good teacher has a strong power developing character of children. This teacher has not only ethical knowledge but also various teaching methods and assessment techniques. If we really consider the teacher's capacity and role in Moral-Ethics Education, we need a good teacher developmet model for the special Moral-Ethics Education. To achieve this purpose, The department of philosophy's standpoint is not enough to make a teacher development model for the intergrative character. Fially, it is very important for us to make a good curriculum and teacher development model that can be learned by student. So the arguments suggested in this study can be suggested as follows. The department of philosophy does not have curriculum and teacher development model which have more appropriate content and effective teaching -learing activities.

          스탠리 하우어워스의 덕윤리학과 그 성취와 한계

          This study deals with the level of public theological appropriateness of virtue ethics of Stanley Hauerwas. Stanley Hauerwas' virtue ethics, critical of the liberal Enlightenment ethics since the eighteenth century, is concerned with character, personality, and community traditions as MacIntyre's virtue ethics. Marx Stackhouse, a representative public theologian in Christian ethics, uses virtue ethics that focus on the sanctification and the churches of the church. In this study, we examine the virtue ethics of Hauerwas and examine it in relation to the ethics of the church and present critical reflection. To this end, I will first examine how MacIntyre's communityism, narrative, virtue, and reflection of character are linked to the virtue ethics of Stanley Hauerwas. In addition, we will examine Nieber's social ethics, how he is critical of Tilich's systematic theology, and the impact of Barth and Yoder on Hauerwas in understanding modernity and liberalism. In order to critically examine Stanley Hauerwas' critical ethics, we should reflect on whether the transition from modern rule ethics to virtue ethics is successful and overcome sectarian ethics issues. In conclusion, Stanley Hauerwas' emphasis on the distinction between the church and the world limited public domains and issues, was not intended to separate from the world, but lacks the effort to enter the world and communicate with other public actors. The special ecclesial ethics of ‘Orientation in Community' and the ethics that emphasize the identity of the church by making it into the church have limitations that need to be developed and supplemented by a perspective that emphasizes the social responsibility and communication of the church. 본 연구는 스탠리 하우어워스의 덕윤리학과 공공윤리학적 적실성을 성찰하고자 하는 것이다. 18세기 이후의 자유주의적 계몽주의 윤리학에 비판적인 스텐리 하우어워스의 덕윤리학은 맥킨타이어의 덕윤리학처럼 성품, 인격, 공동체의 전통에 관심을 가진다. 또한 미국의 민주당과 친화성을 가지는 기독교 좌파와 공화당과 친화성을 가지는 기독교 우파의 정치적 접근 혹은 공공윤리적 접근의 한계성을 넘어서고자 하는 차원에서 독특성과 차별성을 가진다. 그의 접근은 성화론과 교회의 교회됨에 초점을 두는 덕윤리학이다. 본 연구에서는 이런 하우어워스의 덕윤리학을 살피되 이를 교회윤리와 관련해서 살펴보고 비판적 성찰을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 스탠리 하우어워스의 덕윤리학적 배경에 맥킨타이어의 공동체주의와 내러티브, 덕과 성품의 성찰 등이 어떻게 연결되는지를 먼저 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 하우어워스가 근대성과 자유주의를 이해함에 있어서 라인홀드 니버의 사회윤리나 틸리히의 체계적인 신학에 왜 비판적인지, 바르트와 요더가 하우어워스에게 미친 영향이 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 스탠리 하우어워스의 덕윤리학에 대한 비판적 성찰을 위해 근대 자유주의 윤리학에서 덕윤리학으로의 전환이 성공적인지, 분리주의적 특수한 교회공동체주의 윤리의 문제를 잘 극복하는지를 성찰적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 관련해서 국가주의적 정치참여에 적극적인 기존 기독교적 공공윤리의 한계를 넘어서고자 하는 그의 윤리학이 성공적이었음을 고찰하고자 한다. 결론적으로 교회와 세상 사이의 구분을 강조하고, 공적 영역과 이슈에 대해서 제한적이며, 세상과의 분리를 의도하지는 않지만 세상 안으로 들어가 다른 공적 주체들과 소통하려는 노력을 결여하고 있는 스탠리 하우어와스의 ‘공동체 내 지향'의 특수한 교회공동체주의 윤리학, 교회로 교회되게 함으로써 교회의 정체성을 강조하는 윤리학은 교회의 사회 책임성과 소통을 보다 강조하는 관점에 의해 발전적으로 보완되어야 하는 한계를 가지고 있음을 제시하였다.

          초기 인공 우식법랑질의 재석회화에 관한 실험적 연구

          To provide basic information for understanding the mechanism of de-and remimeralization and clinical data on effect of remineralizaion using fluorides in the early stage enamel caries, microhardness study of sound enamel, artificially induced initial enamel lesion and remineralized enamel has been conducted in permanent premolar teeth; microhardness profiles were determined with Knoop hardness diamond load intending at about 50㎛ interval across the polished surface from outer surface to deep area. The results were as follows: 1. Microhardness numbers from 20㎛ to 120㎛ in enamel depth of artificially induced initial enamel lesion group were lower than those of sound enamel groups. 2. In artificially induced initial enamel lesion group, microhardness number of surface xone (20㎛ in enamel depth) was higher than that of subsurface zone (70∼170㎛). 3. Remineralized gruops showed increased microhardness numbers. 4. Among remineralized groups, APF topical applied group showed the highest microhardness numbers(P<0.05) and no differance between SMFP dentifrice group and NaF rinsing group(P>0.05). 5. Remineralizing effect by fluorides influenced upto 170㎛ in depth from outer enamel surface.

          A Combination of Short and Simple Surfactant Protein B and C Analogues as a New Synthetic Surfactant: In Vitro and Animal Experiments

          Purpose: Pulmonary surfactants for preterm infants contain mostly animal-derived surfactant proteins (SPs), which are essential for lowering surface tension. We prepared artificial pulmonary surfactants using synthetic human SP analogs and performed in vitro and in vivo experiments. Materials and Methods: We synthesized peptide analogues that resemble human SP-B (RMLPQLVCRLVLRCSMD) and SP-C (CPVHLKRLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL). Dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC), phosphatidylglycerol (PG), and palmitic acid (PA) were added and mixed in lyophilized to render powdered surfactant. Synsurf-1 was composed of DPPC:PG:PA:SP-B (75:25:10:3, w/w); Synsurf-2 was composed of DPPC:PG:PA:SP-C (75:25:10:3, w/w); and Synsurf-3 was composed of DPPC:PG:PA:SP-B:SP-C (75:25:10:3:3, w/w). We performed in vitro study to compare the physical characteristics using pulsating bubble surfactometer and modified Wilhelmy balance test. Surface spreading and adsorption test of the surfactant preparations were measured. In vivo test was performed using term and preterm rabbit pups. Pressure-volume curves were generated during the deflation phase. Histologicfindings were examined. Results: Pulsating bubble surfactometer readings revealed following minimum and maximum surface tension (mN/m) at 5 minutes:Surfacten® (5.5±0.4, 32.8±1.6), Synsurf-1 (16.7±0.6, 28.7±1.5), Synsurf-2 (7.9±1.0, 33.1±1.6), and Synsurf-3 (7.1±0.8, 34.5±1.0). Surface spreading rates were as follows: Surfacten® (27 mN/m), Synsurf-1 (43 mN/m), Synsurf-2 (27 mN/m), and Synsurf-3 (27 mN/m). Surface adsorption rate results were as follows: Surfacten® (28 mN/m), Synsurf-1 (35 mN/m), Synsurf-2 (29 mN/m), and Synsurf-3 (27 mN/m). The deflation curves were best for Synsurf-3; those for Synsurf-2 were better than those for Surfacten®. Synsurf-1 was the worst surfactant preparation. Microscopic examination showed the largest aerated area of the alveoli in the Synsurf-3 group, followed by Synsurf-1 and Surfacten®; Synsurf-2 was the smallest. Conclusion: Synsurf-3 containing both SP-B and SP-C synthetic analogs showed comparable and better efficacy than commerciallyused Surfacten® in lowering surface tension, pressure-volume curves, and tissue aerated area of the alveoli.

          전기화학적 방법에 의한 유전자의 검출

          In this paper, a microelectrode away DNA chip was fabricated on glass slide using photolithography technology. Several probe DNAs consisting of mercaptohexyl moiety at their 5' end were immobilized on the gold electrodes by DNA arrayer utilizing the affinity between gold and sulfu. Then target DNAs were hybridized and reacted with Hoechst 33258, which is a DNA minor groove binder and electrochemically active dye. Cyclic voltammetry in 5mA ferricyanide/ferrocyanide solution at 100 mV/s confirmed the immobilization of probe DNA on the gold electrodes. Linear sweep voltammetry or cyclic voltammetry showed a difference between target DNA and control DNA in the anodic peak current values. It was derived from Hoechst 33258 concentrated at the electrode surface through association with formed hybrid. It suggested that this DNA chip could recognize the sequence specific genes. It suggested that multichannel electrochemical DNA microarray is useful to develop a portable device for clinical gene diagnostic system.

        • Xe 평판형 플라즈마 광원의 전극 구조에 따른 전자계 특성

          Discharge of the flat lamp lighting source research are requested very much. For improving brightness, life time, efficiency of flat lamp and plasma diagnosis of the flat lamp lighting source to understand property of lighting source is very important. In this paper, we changed a tip shape of an electrode for production by the most suitable LCD backlight surface light source, and confirmed discharge characteristic along discharge gas pressure and voltage, and confirmed electric field distribution and discharge energy characteristic through a Maxwell 2D simulation. Therefore the discharge firing voltage characteristic showed a low characteristic than a rectangular type and round type in case of electrode which used tip of a triangle type, and displayed a discharge electric current as a same voltage was low. When a distance of discharge electrode is 5.5mm and width is 16.5mm, we measured electron temperature and ion density measured with single Langmuir probe in flat lamp. We tested the discharge from 100 Torr to 300 Torr pressure. The pulse type was rectangular with frequency 20kHz and duty ratio was 20%. In result, electron temperature decreased and electron density increased as increase the gas pressure and electron temperature decreases and electron density increase as increase the voltage.
