      • Cu량에 따른 Bi₂Sr₂Ca₂Cu₃O_(x)화합물의 특성에 관한 연구

        We have grown Bi₂Sr₂Ca₂Cu₃O_(x) compound by improved directional solidification method with changing a quantity of Cu from 3.0 to 4.0 in order to examine substitution effect. The highest critical temperature arising in the Cu3.4 sample is about 110K. The critical temperatures of Cu3.2 sample and Cu3.8 sample are found to be about 80K. The Cu3.0 and Cu4.0 samples do not show the superconductivity. From the experiment we understand that the Cu3.4 sample is Bi-2223 phase and the other sample is a mixture of the Bi-2212 and some other phases.

        The energy gap in ZnSe sing1e crystal epilayer have been studied by measuring Transverse Acoustoelectric Voltage(TAV). The energy gap of ZnSe was 2.6eV at room temperature. Trap levels were calculated by Heating rate, Peak shape and Initial rise methods respectively. Also we can calculated cross section of ZnSe.

      • Hg₁-xMnxTe산화막의 홀효과에 관한 연구

        HClO₄(pH:2) 수용액에서 양극산화 방법으로 HgMnTe(HMT)의 표면에 산화막을 형성 시켰다. 산화막의 두께는 SEM으로 측정하였으며 10㎛였다. 전류-전압 특성곡선을 얻어 산화 피크 전압으로부터 HTeO₂?, TeO?, HHgO₂? 막이 형성되었음을 알 수 있었다. 산화시키지 않은 HMT와 HClO₄수용액에서 산화시킨 HMT에 대해 Hall전압 및 자기저항을 각각 측정하였다. 홀전압과 자기저항은 HMT보다 HMT산화막에서 더 컸으며 이것은 HHgO₂? 공격자가 홀의 역할을 하고, TeO₄? 산화막은 전하의 포획도를 낮게하기 때문으로 생각할 수 있다. Anodic oxidation processes on HgMnTe surface has been studied in standard aqueous HClO₄(pH:2) solution. The 10㎛ thickness of the anodic oxide layers was measured by SEM. The Composition of the anodic oxide layers are evaluated from current-voltage(I-V) characteristic of HgMnTe Oxidation. The layers are composed of mixed oxide. ??, TeO₄, and?? in HClO₄solution. Transport properties have been investigated in HMT oxide layer made in HClO₄solution and virgin HMT samples at 300K. Hall voltage and magnetoresistance are greater in oxide layer HMT than virgin HMT. As a result, we know that the vacancy of ??in an anodic oxide layer acts as hole and the resulting oxide ?? layer exhibit a reduced degree of charge trapping and increase magnetoresistance.

        We have investigated the nuclear fuel state analysis from the physical characteristics of unclear fission products in the reactor core which are produced by reaction between neutron and U^235. We set up H which is the ratio of the number of defective fuel rod to the mass of tramp uranium and calculate the contributed rate of radioactivities of iodine isotopes in primary coolant. We have measured the radioactivities of fission products in the primary coolant of nuclear power reactor and utilized the ratios of radioactivities of I^131 to I^133 and I^135 to I^133 in order to calculate the number of defective fuel rod and the mass of tramp uranium. The ratio of the number of defective fuel rod to the mass of tramp uranium is more sensitive to variation of the number of defective fuel rod than to variation of the mass of tramp uranium. The model which is considered by the radioactivities of fission products released from the defective nuclear fuel and from the tramp uranium in the primary coolant is confirmed appropriateness.

        Recently, GMAHN that provides interface between MANET and Wired Network has been focused in Mobile Communication. It is necessary that The technology provide reliable data transmission technology between mobile node and wired network in MANET environment that varing by the node movement. In this paper, using the TCP protocol(Tahoe, Reno, Vegas, SACK)that increases reliability between source and destination, we applied the TCP protocol mechanism to various environment, and compared result, and also proposed the efficient TCP mechanism by comparing each mechanism.

      • 농촌지역 초등학교 유휴시설의 활용방안에 관한 연구 : 해남군 초등학교를 중심으로 Focused on the Elementary School in Hae-Nam

        Recently, number of elementary school students in the rural area have decreased due to move of population to the diminishment of birth population, the generation of idle facilities and even the trend of abolition of school presented problems. This paper was a study of the use plans and generation pattern of idle facilities in present school. And the targeted schools of this study were elementary schools located at Hae-Nam Province in Chun-Nam. The results are as follows : 1) While the number of the elementary school is continuosuly decreased up to now since 1980, the number of branch schools and closed schools is increasing and while general class is decreased continuously, multiple classes are increasing and so the utilization of idle facilities will be continued. 2) The utilization of idle facilities is most frequent in the use of school curriculm(67%), followed by the use of club activities and welfare facilities, but the use by residents is minimum. In the problems in using idle facilities, the lack of finance is most(68%), followed by the lack of illustrative data and technical problems and in the effects of using idle facilities, extra curriculum activities are best and followed by the use of local community and school curriculum. 3) In the most required facilities in using idle facilities, gymnasium and service area are highest and followed by laboratory, learning data room and library and in the common facilities with local residents, swimming pool is most frequent and followed by library.

        도덕과 협동학습 프로그램이 학습장애학생의 학습태도 및 자아개념에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 도덕과 협동학습 프로그램이 학습장애학생의 학습태도인 주의집중,학습방법, 자율학습 밎 신체적 사회적,인성적,학업적 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 전라북 도에 소재한 중학교 학생 3명의 학습장애학생을 선정하고 프로그램을 회기 당 45분씩 9주동안 18회기를 실시한 결과, 첫째, 도덕과 협동학습 프로그램은 학습장애학생의 학습태도향상에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째,도덕과 협동학습 프로그램은 학습장애향생의 자아개념 향상에 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cooperative learning program on the learning Attitude and self-conccpt of students with learning disability in moral education. The subjects were three selected educationally retarded students in their second year from a middle school special class in north Jeolla province. The cooperative learning program for moral education was conducted in 18 sessions for nine weeks, 45 minutes each. The findings of this study were as below: First, the cooperative learning program for moral education exercised an influence on improving the learning attitude of the students with learning disability. Second, the cooperative learning program for moral education had an impact on enhancing the self-concept of the students with learning disability. But there were some limits in this study. Just a small number of subjects from a specific region were examined, and all the three students were boys, which didn't make it possible to see if gender made any differences. And the findings of the study might not be generalizable in other subjects, since the scope of study was confined to moral instruction, and it’s additionally regretful not to produce more detailed results as a standardized test was employed in this study.

      • Bi_2Sr_(2-x)Ca_(1+x)+xCu_2O_(8+d)계 산화물의 초전도 특성 및 XPS 측정

        We have elucidated the distribution of the Sr and Ca atoms in the Bi_2 Sr_(2-x) Ca_(1+x) Cu_2O_(8+d) system (0≤x≤0.8) by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The carrier concentration and the superconducting temperature Tc have a maximum at x=0.2 and then monotonously decrease with increasing x. From the XPS measurements, the Sr3d and Ca2p spectra are found to be decomposed into two states. We have clarified the occupation of the Sr and Ca atoms in the Sr- and Ca-layers and found that he deficiency in the Sr-layer have a great influence on superconductivity.

        Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.
