        This study examines and analyzes the cases of theme parks a t home and abroad by referring to the preceding research literatures and the architectural planning and facilities with Everland, a typical theme park in Korea, investigates the satisfaction based on right understanding and examination of using conditions of consumers and then is to provide the basic materials in architectural planning and design of theme park facilities. The items of significant level among 25 items of theme park satisfaction which affect the whole satisfaction of theme park and have a correlation are ten including accessibility, service area, diversification of themes, parking facility, interest of theme, information facility, safety and convenience facilities, spatial formation by themes and confusion of way in and out, of all facilities and these play the important roles of the whole satisfaction, and the suggestions of these results are summarized as follows. 1) Traffic environment evaluation of easy accessibility and parking facilities according to the .increase of vehicles and the effective accessibility and parking facilities related to the uses of bus, subway and private cars should be examined in planning the construction of theme park. 2) It is considered that the service area and convenience facilities to relieve the users' fatigue of the theme park should be secured sufficiently and efficiently. 3) The recognition of all facilities should be enhanced with the installation of clear and effective information facilities at way in and out of each facility and then the architectural planning of theme park should be made after examining the solutions of confusion of each facility with the appropriate layout of popular and unpopular facilities. 4) It is thought that the examination of safety facilities in using all facilities of the theme park is required.

      • 綜合病院 로비空間의 構造化에 관한 硏究

        This study is based on user's awareness of space in regard in to "medical welfare facilities" among local facilities. It researches "structuralization on lobby space" in a hospital construction which has gigantic and comprehensive systematic character. It grasped and explored user's awareness to the lobby space, which can be applied to architectural plan data for the designing of future hospital construction. The research has been made by conducting 16 general hospital located in 6 administrative regions in Gwang ju Metropolitan City. Constant research has been done in many fields at hospital construction, and progress has been made repeatedly in line with the current request. In addition, "a hospital is referred to as art", and hospital construction as the facility as hospital quality or growth meaning is considered as different from other area This study is aimed at investigating spatial nature to the lobby space of a large city general hospital, and trying the space itself, and finding out new conceptual establishment of the lobby space and the architectural spatial nature of the lobby through positive facts to some factors the sturucturalization attempted th explore the awareness ingrained in the users(doctors, managers, employees and patient). As a result, hospital construction could materialize the spatial concept in construction planning, through which we could find it as the space th complexly accept the factors of colorful forms, and elicit the unit spatial scale in programming, and quantify the spatial volume sense with the consciousness inherited in sentimental engineering factor.

      • 사용자 분석을 통한 대학기숙사 거주환경 개선에 관한 연구

        This study, as a case study of four university dormitories in Gwangiu, examined the situation of interior space and conducted a quantitative survey invesitgating importance about the interior space and assessment factors of residential environment on users. Then user satisfaction at the assessment factors of residential environment was analyzed to draw problems and explore improvement. The results showed the following problems that should be resolved: Bedrooms should increase the area of convex space; toilets and bathrooms should be changed into a cluster type at least in common use by floor; rest space should reinforce heating and cooling system; robby space should become mixed space for various user's behavior; private fitness rooms should be planned as group fitness space; private libraries should reinforce lighting facilities: and computer rooms should complement and improve HVAC.

        The problem of over population in large cities and over outflow population in cities, and the difference of growth and unbalanced development between them occurred as a big social issue. Accordingly, the interests are concentrating on the basic reinforcement and functional activation of local cities. I can assert that it is the optimum time to smooth out difference between regions, to activate local small and medium cities at this time. Because the recognition against polarization reversal on the dispersal policies then the first stage of the powerful trend of concentrative development. The basic goal of this treatise puts on emphasize to issue the problems through looking into realities and functional roles of cities in the urban system for the past few years in korea, to find out alternative method in order to activate the strengthening of foundation and functional activity of local cities by analyzing the relevancy between functional character and growth potentiality of individual cities.

      • 초음파속도법을 이용한 혼화재 및 섬유 사용 콘크리트의 압축강도 추정에 관한 연구

        This study aims to estimate strength approximate to actual concrete strength by presenting appropriate non-destructive strength estimation expression with admixtures such as fly ash, blast furnace slag and silica fume which are used as cement substitute and polypropylene fiber and steel fiber and owing to their s of cement owing to their equal conditions to blending characteristics of concrete used for domestic structures and their recyclable properties. In case of ultrasound velocity, equation by Japanese Architecture Society was estimated 4%~11% higher than destructive strength till 60 days of age, but as age progresses, i is estimated to 15% lower than destructive strength and remaining suggested equation was estimated 3%~27% lower than destructive strength in almost age. As a result of comparing error rates between conventional suggested equations and this estimation equations, there are a little differences by age, but error rate of this study was reduced to 0.6%~18.6% by ultrasound velocity method and it is judged that it is desirable to be used for concrete using admixture and fiber

        As the human material life style growth and the industrialization have been taking place, the overland transporting system also has been growing with its size, mass, and velocity. Especially, since domestic overland transporting system is rapidly growing, the smooth function of highway is very important in economic and military matters. To meet these requirements, the bridge's usage, safety, and durability have to be revaluated very carefully. But by focusing only on the quantity of the public basic facility has brought many tragedies to us. To prevent such incidents, there are many steps we can take such as careful planning, careful designing, careful constructing, using good materials, and steady maintenance; the most important thing is the maintenance.Taking all this in consideration, in this thesis ra like to construct a system related to the safety of ferroconcrete bridge according to fuzzyidea, and at the same time creating a scientific maintenance system would be very important to gain credibility from regular citizens.

        We have a lot of loss of lives with the economic damages due to the localized downpour on the seasonal characteristic of the Korea peninsular. In addition, as the cultivation area of crops for special use has been increased and the use of land including agricultural and industrial complex facilities has been advanced, a great deal of water consumption is expected continuously and then water for drinking, agriculture and industry should be reserved. So for the advanced use of water resource, Korea Water Resources Corporation plans to supply the water with neighboring regions by constructing Tamjin Dam at Janghung-Kun, Chonnam. This study measures discharge with current-meter and bar-buoys, the amount of water inflow into Bongsan region where is upper stream of Tamjin Dam, develops rating-curve which will be the basic material in planning the quantity of discharge from Jangsan region, the down stream of the Dam and then it is expected that it will contribute to the effective management and operation of water resources.

      • 염해손상을 입은 철근콘크리트 구조물의 내구성 증진을 위한 하부대단면 보강공법

        This paper deals with the strengthening method for the Increase durability of the reinforced concrete structures with Chloride Damage, and the purpose of this research is to develop the construction method and materials for extending the lower cross-section of the structures which is set up on the sea. Accordingly, a reinforced concrete pier, which has serious damage at the lower cross-section, is adopted as the subject structure for the study. In the cases of repairing or extending the lower cross-section for the structural reinforcement like the matter in this study, the most important component of choosing an method is the adhesion between the boundary sides of the existing and new concrete, and as the operation is taken on the sea, the material and method, which suit to the ocean surroundings and operating condition, should be chosen. The structural properties and operation condition taken into consideration, the material, which causes far less pollutant and have much better adhesion and strength, is developed, and with this material, this study indicates the best strengthening method to minimize the amount of rebound and to prevent the joints from breaking out. The lower cross-section extension work of the subject is executed with the newly-developed material and the method for strengthening, and as a result of the quality inspection, the material and method prove their superiority since the compression, ultimate and adhesion strength of the concrete was huge, and the adhesion between the glass fiber and the section extended is great. As the material and the strengthening method developed in this study bring about little possibilities of polluting the ocean, make it easy to operate on the sea, and have great adhesion not only between the existing and new concrete but also among each mortar layers, they are considered to be very suit to strengthening and extension of the reinforced concrete structure set up on the sea.

      • PDA를 이용한 말뚝의 지지력에 관한 연구

        When we make a civil construction of a lots models of architecture and building, there is coming into operation as a number of pile static and dynamic pile load test. And also it is taking the first consideration static loading to use loading methods of dead load, reaction pile and anchor. However, it is fact the pile load test sets up only for one target Because price and time which made extremely of a little constructed pile. And it does not have methods which decided permit load of foundation pile from the results of dynamic loading test. On the contrary, Pile Driving Analyzer can not even investigate the pile of whole bases that include driving construction drivability of pile, fitness of driving equipments, the soil condition, be rising pile owing to construct group pile, displacement change of bearing capacity's for pile following by the time elapsed, as well as judge all of subject but also it is able to manage of driving to gain a little bearing capacity's unless the pile damage somethings to incite decide without the object to determine of bearing capacity. It is possible for driving management and judge to fitness. It is able to inciting driving equipment and system, pile fit assembling. And able to get rid of an average error about arising of driving modeling or efficiency deduction. That is why using pile's input data of power an3 speed. On this research, it divided PCø400 (the first site) 4 place of spot piles and PHCø 400 (the second, third site) 4 place of spot PHC piles out of 8 piles load test 3 place of spot by using PDA. And then we earned conclusion by comparison and analysis about pile's ultimate bearing capacity, skin friction resistance range and volume, end bearing resistance, allowable bearing capacity, settlement by using CAPWAP, Davisson, Case method. The conclusion is as following. 1) The CASE method's numerical value of pile's ultimate bearing capacity is a little more than CAPWAP's analysis. the scope is 516% degree. 2) The rate of Divided safety factor allowable bearing capacity numerical value is turned out 1-11% more than the rate of total safety factor allowable bearing capacity. 3) Allowable bearing capacity numerical value by CAPWAP's analysis is 67% of allowable bearing capacity numerical value by Davisson method.

      • 監理業務의 問題點을 通한 CM制度 發展方案에 關한 硏究

        This study compares and analyzes foreign construction management systems and CM according to the actual conditions of domestic supervision system and the introduction of CM system, draws the problems of supervision system with the engineers and technicians at construction work site and presents the improvement methods. The service adjustment is required to execute CM service according to the selection of ordering company with the maintenance of current responsible supervision system rather than to replace the current system in consideration of the service, nature and application objects of construction project management system, and the division of construction supervision to the type of consortium with construction company rather than only by supervision company will be desirable. In addition, faulty work is prevented and competitiveness to foreign construction companies in the time of openness of construction market can be secured by achieving EC(Engineering Construction) function through the unification of designand construction work. As the developmental stages for the settlement of CM, first package introduction of CM of design and construction work is developed and the service range of CM should be extended with the progress of EC. And CM type construction method which CM company controls the whole services from the survey of a project validity to final maintenance should be introduced, and in the early period of its introduction, joint venture or consortium with foreign construction companies should be devised and after accumulating know-how, sole CM project should be progressed. For the successful introduction and development of CM, the cultivation of CMr(Construction Manager) with the handing capacity from project planning to maintenance and management stage is necessary. The training and cultivation methods of such CMr include overseas field survey for the personnels having rich experiences and know-how and high-level CMr education, education of business administration-centered project control and special education. Also for the cultivation of special CMr, the acquisition of promising foreign qualifications is recommended to overseas construction engineers.
