Al/p - Si MIS 형 태양전지의 물성에 관한 연구

The metal-thin insulating film-semiconductor structure is currently receiving much attention in solar cell studies. In this a MIS solar cell consisting of aluminum on single and poly silicon with an interfacial oxide layer(∼20Å) have been fabricated by vacuum evaporation method and found a good reproducibility. Recent studies show the importance of surface and interfacial oxide thickness. An interfacial of 20∼30Å is optimum and may be achieved by furnace heating to 600℃ in 800cc/min O₂flow. These cells have good rectification with forward and reverse voltage under dark condition. The best Al/p-Si Si solar cell has an open circuit voltage Voc=0.4V, short circuit current density Isc=30mA/㎠, fill factor FF=0.58 and conversion efficiency η=10% for single crystal, and Voc=0.33 V, Isc=30mA/㎠, FF=0.49 and η=5% for poly crystalline silicon substrates for 70mA/㎠ irradiation of AM₂.

Acrylonitrile-Styrene 공중합체의 합성 및 열적성질에 관한 연구

Ammonium peroxidisulfate was used as an initiator in the free radical polymerization of acrylonitrile. Benozyl peroxide was used as an initiator in the free radical polymerization of styrene and in the free radical copolymerization of styrene with acrylonitrile. The synthesized polymers and copolymers have been identified by FT-IR spectrophotometer. The thermal properties and glass transition temperature(Tg) of the polymers and copolymers were measured by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. The activation energies of thermal decomposition for the polymers and copolymers were evaluated from the thermogravimetric data by Freeman and Carroll method.

Single 3-Brane Brane-World in Six Dimension

The single 3-brane brane world at six dimension is examined when one of the extra dimensions is not compact. Although the warp factor diverges at the asymptotic region of the extra dimension, the normalizable zero mode and higher KK spectrum exist. We compute the zero mode analytically and KK spectrum numerically. However, the 4d effective action is divergent due to the divergence of the warp factor in the asymptotic region. Apart from the infinite terms, the finite part of 4d effective action has a nonvanishing 4d cosmological constant.

심도 180m와 230m상당압의 He-O 포화잠수가 수면에 미치는 영향

심도 180m와 230m의 고압 He-O₂ 환경하에서의 두 종류의 simulated된 잠수 실험에 있어서, 4명의 다이버들에 대해서 각각 표준적인 polysomnograms를 총 188일의 밤에 걸쳐서 기록했다. 두 종류의 잠수 조건에 있어서 해저의 감압하에서는 전체 수면 시간의 단축, 수면 효율의 감소, 수면으로 들어가는 시간의 증가, 중도 각성 회수와 수면 단계 이행 회수의 증가, 1단계 수면의 증가, 더욱이 4단계 수면의 감소를 보였지만, 어느 쪽도 뚜렷한 변화는 보이지 않았다. 230m 잠수에 있어서의 수면은 180m 잠수에 비해서 4단계 수면만 유의한 감소를 보였다. 두가지의 잠수 조건 모두 잠수 기간 중에는 각성하기 쉬운 상황이었고, 기초적인 수면 패턴의 혼란은 없는 것으로 추측 되었다.

본 조사지역에서의 양서류 및 파충류상은 다음과 같다. 1. 본 지역에서 채집 및 관찰된 양서류는 2목 5과 8종이고 파충류는 1아목, 2과 9종이다. 2. 특정 야생동물로 지정된 종은 양서류에서는 도롱뇽, 두꺼비, 물두꺼비, 산개구리 4종이 있었고, 파충류는 도마뱀, 대륙유혈목이, 구렁이, 무자치, 능구렁이, 살무사, 까치 살무사 7종이 확인되었다. The detail obtained in this surveys are as follows : 1. During censues Amphibians specimen collected and observed in Tongbu Myon and Nambu Myon area were classified 2 orders, 5 families, 8 species and Reptilia were 1 suborder, 2 families and 9 species and subspecies. 2. specifies wildlife species were Hynobius leechii, Rana dybowskii, Bufobufo gargarizans, Bufo steinegeri, Scincolla laterale laterale, Amphiesma vibakari ruthveni, Elaphe schrenckii, Elaphe rufodorsata, Dinodon rufozonatum rufozonatua, Agkistrodor, brevicaudus, Agkistrodom saxatilis.

Marshall-Olkin 모형의 독립성에 대한 붓스트랩 검정

종속적인 관계가 있는 두 부품 (C₁, C₂)의 수명시간 (X, Y)에 대한 모형으로서 Marshall과 Olkin(1967)에 의해 소개되어진 이변량 지수분포가 많이 사용된다. 여기서 주요 관심사는 두 부품의 독립성에 대한 검정으로서, 이 검정은 두부품의 종속의 정도를 측정하는 모수 λ₃ 의 값이 0 인지 아닌지를 즉, Ho : λ₃ =0 대 H₁ : λ₃ > 0를 검정하는 것과 동일하다. 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 소표본에서 편의가 많은 기존의 검정통계량을 극한분포가 미지의 모수에 의존하지않는 통계량을 사용하여 붓스트랩 방법으로 그 검정통계량의 분포를 추정하여 검정에 활용했으며, 몬테칼로 방법으로 기존에 소개되어진 검정방법들과 비교하였다. In this paper, we consider the problem of testing independence in the bivariate exponential distribution of Marshall and Olkin. We propose a bootstrap procedure for testing zero and non-zero values of the parament λ₃ which measures the degree of dependence and compare the power of the bootstrap test with the test based on maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) λ₃ of Hanagal and Kale for small and moderate sample size.

A NOTE ON THE CHAIN CONDITIONS OF FAITHFUL MULTIPLICATION MODULES

In this paper, for each left faithful multiplication R-module RM over a commutative ring R with an identity, the equivalent relations similarity and cosimilarity in the lattices T's of ideals of the rings R and S = EndR(RM) by means of the lattice ι of all submodules of RM are studied. It is also shown that if a faithful multiplication R-module RM is self-cogenerated, then all chain conditions (which are ACC and DCC) on the ring R, the R-module RM, the S-module RS, and the endomorphism ring S are equivalent.

재조합효모를 이용한 배양 중 pH변화에 따른 인간 라이소자임의 대량생산

Human lysozyme(HLT ; EC 3.4.1.17) is a cell wall lytic enzyme which consists of 130 amino acid residues. We have already prepared an artificial HLY gene from chemically synthesized 38-oligomer with high codon usage in S. cerevisiae. For directing the synthesis and secretion of HLY in S. cerevisiae, a YEp 2-㎛ circle-based vector, pHK501 was constructed by inserting the HLY gene. First, for HLY production during recombinant cell fermentations, compositions of culture mediums, pH, and glucose concentration were optimized. The various complex media containing yeast extract were used to increase the cell mass and HLY activity, but were not recommendable because of low plasmid stability during fermentations. Higher extracellular HLY activity was obtained in the synthetic medium containing 4% initial glucose. Higher HLY activity was observed when pH was controlled to 5.5 in comparison with pH-uncontrolled fermentations. Second, for enhancing the secretion of HLY in recombinant S. cerevisiae, a pH shift process was examined. After reaching stationary growth phase, extracellular HLY activity was significantly increased when pH in culture broth was purposely dropped to 3.0. This pH shift process seems to be very effective strategy for secretion of HLY in periplasmic space.
