      • 마산시 일원의 소음분포 특성에 관한 연구

        In our study, the noise level were computed by the computer simulation method at the hospital and the schools located near the main street in Masan City. The noise level chart was attained and compared with the values measured by a sound level meter. The values were very similar to the those computed by the computer simulation method. The noise values of one hospital and six school areas in this study were lower than the international value of criteria for city(55dB), but three hospital and eight school areas higher than 55dB.

      • CaSO₄ 방사선 센서의 제작과 물리적 특성

        It had been developed the thermoluminescent radiation sensors and low energy X-ray of dosimetry. The TL phosphors of CaSO₄ TLD are prepared and their physical characteristics are investigated. The principle of dose measurement by thermoluminescent phosphors was investigated. CaSO₄ : Zr. Pd. Tm. Dy. V. and Mo thermoluminescent phosphor has been prepared by sintering the CaSO₄ after doping the transition elements Zr. Pd. Tm. Dy. V. and Mo, The maximum peaks are found in the measured CaSO₄ : Zr. Pd. Tm. Dy. V. and Mo Tl glow curve at impurity mol% and annealing temperature. The activation energy of main peak has been estimated by the peak shape method. The estimated activation energies are 1.5 eV. 1.25 eV. 0.8 eV. and 1.17 eV. respectively. The thermoluminescence process in CaSO₄ : Zr. Pd. Tm. Du. V and Mo are found to the 2nd order when main peak of the glow curve is analyzed by the peak shape method. CaSO₄ : Zr and Pd thermoluminescence phosphor is the most sensitive to X-rays among the other materials. The dose responses of CaSO₄ : Zr. Pd. Tm. Dy. V. and Mo are linear up to 10^(-2) ~ 10 Gy of X-rays. The activation energu frequency factor and kinetic order of thermoluminescent process for each TL phosphors are measured by analyzing the glow curve by initial rise, peak shape, different heating rate, isothermal decay method. And the emission spectra of TL phosphors are also measured. The TL phosphors in this work may be utilized to radiation sensor elements because of their high sensitivity to low energy X-ray.

      • 개선된 Bridgman법으로 성장한 Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8+δ) 單結晶의 초전도성

        The Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) single crystals are grown from the melt using a stoichiometric starting composition fer the cautions. The size and thickness of the Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) crystals depends on the cooling rate. The lower the cooling rate, the bigger and thicker the Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) crystals become. Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) X-ray diffraction(XRD) measurements of the single crystals were carried out using the radiation source of Cu Kα . In these Patterns only the (0,0,2n) diffraction appeared. The result indicated that the cleared surface of the single crystal was of the a-b face, and that the single crystal had a single phase without any undergrowth with 7K and 85K phases. In addition, although the figure is not shown, XRD patterns from (006) to (00□) were observed in the range of 2θ=0 to 60 degrees. The characterization of as-grown single crystals have been analyzed by Laue X-ray backsdattering along the c-axis and X-ray precession experiments. The result of magnetic moment vs Tc in 10 Gauss for a crystals were measurements indicated that the samples have a superconducting transition temperature of 85K.

      • 열형광선량계에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 CaSO₄에 활성체로 전이원소인 Tm, Dy, V, Mo을 첨가하여 CaSO₄ : Tm, Dy, V, Mo 열형광에를 제작하였다. 주 peak는 불순물의 농도와 온도에 따라 CaSO₄ : Tm, Dy, V, Mo의 열형광 glow curve에서 구하였다. 활성화에너지는 peak shape 법으로 구하였는데 각각의 불순물에서 1.5eV, 1.25eV, 0.8eV, 1.17eV를 얻었다. 그리고 CaSO₄: Tm, Dy, V, Mo 열형광체는 peak shape 법으로 분석해 본 결과가 모두 2차 발광이었다. CaSO₄: V, Mo 열형광체가 X-선에 가장 감도가 좋았으며, 1-100 Rad의 X-선을 조사하였을 때 열형광감도는 선량의존성을 보였다. The principle of dose measurement by thermoluminescent dosimeter(TLD) was investigated. CaSO₄:Tm. Dy. V.         The study is aimed to investigate the problems of general physics experiment to meet the background and the demand of time for bring up of the basic science and to improve the problems founded in the current general physics experiment. We investigated the problems of general physics experiment by the question papers of 15 items for the freshman course of college of natural science and engineering college, and discovered many problems. Improvement of problems is as following : Drawing up of preparation report, complete preparation, the inquiry experiment education to participate actively with interest, The round guidance of Professor and assistant teacher, Various kind of experiment for practical living, supplement and expansion of experiment apparatus, etc.

      • FIM 및 Atom-Probe에 의한 비정질 Fe78 B13 Si9 합금의 연구

        The atomic arrangement in the crystallization process and the compositional distribution change of amorphous Fe78 B13 Si9 alloy occurred in the course of annealing has been microscopically analyzed by using both field ion microscopy and atom-probe techniques. Field ion microscopy observations revealed that amorphous Fe78 B13 Si9 alloy became amorphous phase during annealing below 550℃ and showed crystallization during annealing avove 550℃ as well. It was verified that this crystallization happened preferentially at a particular plane of FIM tip. When amorphous Fe78 B13 Si9 caused crystallation between 550℃ and 746℃, the compositional distribution of its alloy was very different depending on the depth of amorphous alloy.

      • 마산시 일원의 소음분포 특성에 관한 연구

        In our study, the noise levels of the schools, the hospitals and the apartment complexes located near the main street in Masan city were computed by the computer simulation method. The sourse of noise were mainly traffic noise. The noise level chart was attained and compared with the values which was investigated in 1988. The noise values of hospitals, schools and apartment complexes were generally increased by 0 ~3 dB over those of 1988. The noise volues of twenty nine schools, seven hospitals, twenty two apartments and twenty three apartment complexes were higher than the international allowance(55dB) for city. But the noise levels of eighteen schools(62%), tow hospitals(29%), nine apartments(41%) and five apartment complexes(22%) were low than our national allowance(65dB) for city. The noise problems of three hospitals, six cohools, thirteen apartments, and nine apartment complexes were very critical. We have suggested possible improvement methods for the noise problems of the traffic.

        2차원 액체 ⁴He내에서 ³He 원자들 d사이의 유효상호작용이 고찰된다. 평균유효퍼텐셜과 화학퍼텐셜의 비는 ³He 농도에 독립으로 나타난다. 또한 ³He 준입자의 유효질량이 1+1/2F₁^(s)로 주어지고 매개변수 F₁^(s)가 ³He 농도의 함수로서 얻어진다. The effective interaction between ^{3}He atoms in two-dimensional liquid ^{4}He is investigated. It is shown that the ratio of the average effective potential to the chemical potential is independent of the 3He concentration. Also, the effective mass of the ^{3}He quasiparticle is given by 1+1/2F_{1}^{s} and the parameter F_{1}^{s} is obtained as a function of the ^{3}He concentration.

        회전 초유체 ⁴Heso에서 중심에서 벗어난 양자소용돌이의 유체역학적 움직임이 소멸계수들과 열역학을 포함하는 초유체 유체역학 방정식을 사용하므로서 고찰된다. 평형상태로의 완화를 나타내는 시간상수에 대한 3-포논과정의 기여가 온도의 함수로서 계산되며 T의존을 가지는 것으로 나타난다. The hydrodynamic behavior of an off-center quantized vortex in rotating superfluid ^{4}He is investigated by using the superfluid hydrodynamic equation including dissipation coefficients and the thermodynamics. The contribution of three-phonon processes to the time constant that governs the relaxation to the equilibrium state is evaluated as a function of temperature, and is shown to have a T dependence.

      • 중력장내의 힘과 운동의 개념에 관한연구

        In this study we explore to find a patten of high school and college student's misconception about force and motion in the gravitatiomal field by making up a questionnaire. For the purpose the questionnaire, which consist of 13 item, are distributed to 126 students in three high school and 101 students of two college. From the result of the questionnaire. we conclude that the students have various misconceptions.
