      • DSP56001을 이용한 물체의 불변 인식 시스템의 구현

        In this study, an image processing board was developed and an invariant object recognition system was implemented on the board. The board has developed for general purpose using DSP56001. The object recognition system based on Fourier descriptor is invariant to similarity transformations such as translation, rotation and scaling. For the classification, the system adopts K-NN(K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm. The performance of the system is evaluated with non-overlapped 2-dimensional automobile objects. The system showed perfect classification for the transformed objects. For the recognition, it takes about 0.664 second including appropriate image processing.

        The may fourth new culture movement in China was started by the awakening of the new chinese intelligentsia, who became to think that the real demoeratic republic would not be established without the ideological reform of all Chinese, Ch'en Tu-hsiu was a prominent leader of the movement. The basic ground of the early thought of Ch'en was social darwinism like that of many other thinkers of late Ch'ing period. But he was different from other thinkers, because he considred chinese traditional inheritance of the confucian orders as an inferior one to be wholly eliminated. He claimed that China must accept democracy and science that he regarded as the core of Western civilization. His excessive praise of the merits of the West delayed his understanding of imperialism. He was so deeply absorbed in the merits of the West that he could not see objectly the contradiction of Western capitalism which was invading China. The motive that he changed his attitude toward the West is the disappointment at the solution of China problem on Paris peace conference. Though he had praised the triumph of the Allied Powers as a triumph of justice over the compulsion, the conference decided that various concessions of Germany in Shantung must be trnsfered to Japan. During and after the conference he became to understand the real meaning of imperialism of the West itself. The success of Russian Revolution gave an alternative to Ch'en who had lost the plan for the construction of new China. Immediately after the October Revolution, Ch'en payed little attention to it. He seemed to understand it as an establishment of western demcoracy like Li Ta-chao(李大釗), who became to understand it as Bolshevick Revolution before long. But he could positively conceive the meaning of Russian Revolution in a year. He accepted an alternative of Marxist Revolution instead of the West after the peace conference. We can say that Ch'en had sufficient inner reasons to accept Marxism before he contacted Voitinsky who came to China at 1920 as a delegate from Comintern to build communist cell in China.

        The tool geometry parameters and cutting process have complex relationships. Until now, various cutting test were needed to acquire optimal design of end mill for the purpose of high speed machining, due to the insufficient knowledge about cutting process in high speed machining. Using various tools with different geometry, relationships between tool geometry parameter (rake angle, clearance angle, length of cutter) and cutting process (cutting force, surface accuracy, surface roughness) have been studied. Acquired data can be used to design optimal tool for high speed machining and developed tool geometry design S/W.

        열공형과 비열공형 피질하 혈관성 치매에서 위험인자의 차이에 관한 비교 연구

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Vascular dementia is a group of dementing disoders arising from various stroke syndrome. Among these. subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is regarded as a relatively distinct clinical entity. However, MRI patterns of SIVD are not homogenous. In some patients, lacunes are dominant, and in others, subcortical white matter changes are. This study was designed to compare risk factor profiles between SIVD with and without multiple lacunes. Methods: We divided 47 subjects (22 males, mean age. 68 years) recruited from VADAPET (Multicenter Trial For Evaluation Of The Changes In the PET Images Of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Patient) study into two groups one with more than 5 lacunes in deep gray matter (lacune group) and the other with 5 or less(non-lacune group) Clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of two groups were compared. Results: Nineteen of 47 patients (40%) belonged to the lacune group. The lacune and non-lacune groups d d not differ in the following variables: age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia heart disease, history of stroke or TIA, history of trauma or major surgery, family history of hypertension stroke, or dementia, age at diagnosis of dementia, body mass index, white blood cell count, ESR, CRP, fibrinogen, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and microhematuria. However, male sex, smoking alcohol. hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were possibly associated more with lacune group SIVD than with non-lacune group (p<0 1) Multivariate analyses revealed that smoking, hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were independent predictors of SIVD with multiple lacunes Conclusion: Our study suggests that SIVD with multiple lacunes may be significantly different in smoking habits hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol from SIVD without multiple lacunes.

      • 혼합된 칼라 잡음 제거를 위한 조건적인 퍼지 클러스터 필터

        Color image is more powerful than gray one in human visual perception. Therefore, color image processing becomes important area. Color images are often corrupted by noises due to the input sensor or channel transmission errors. Some filtering techniques such as vector median, mean filter, and vector α-trimmed mean filter have been used for color noise removal. Among them, vector α-trimmed mean filter gave the best performance in the mixed color noise. But, there are edge shift and blurring effect, because vector α-trimmed mean filter is uniformly processed across the image. So, we proposed the conditional fuzzy cluster filter to improve this problems. Simulation results showed that the proposed scheme improves the NCD measure and visual quality over the conventional vector α-trimmed mean filter in the mixed color noise.

        초산 중독에 의한 범발성 혈관내 응고증: 1증례 보고

        Strong corrosive acid is accidentally ingested by children or by psychiatric patients for the purpose of suicidal attempt. Late complications include chemical burn to pharyunx, perforation and stricture of upper gastrointestinal tract, respiratory insufficiencyand renal failure caused by hemoglobinuria following hemolysis. Acetic acid is difficult to ingestion large volume in a time because it is a strong irritant, provocating painful pharynx, and its autopsy case is rare. We report an autopsy case of acetic acid intoxication with acute disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) in several hours. We present pathogenesis of acetic acid intoxication and the associated forensic problems. A comatous 39-year-old female was admitted to emergency room 6 hours after she swallowed 90 gm of acetic acid. She was treated with gastric lavage but she was expired 9 hours after swallowing acetic acid. She was consulted to Department of Forensic Medicine of Kyungpook National University School of Medicine. She was grossly icteric and livor mortis was generally dark red. External wounds were 10 hemorrhagic lesions with 5 x 3.7cm and 3 x 2.8cm on the left arm and hand dorsum and facial abrasions. Internal gross examination revealed several purpural lesions in the gastric serosal surface and greater omentum. Microscopically, the stomach showed diffuse mucosal coagulation necrosis and intravascular hyalinized or fibrinoid thrombi in submucosal blood vessels. Liver showed necrosis of periportal area (zone I) and intracellular cholestasis around the central vein. Sections from renal tissue frequently show hemoglobin casts in the tubules and RBCs in the Bowman's capsules. Acetic acid of a remnant bottle, sampled blood and bloody necrotic tissues in the stomach were toxicologically examined in National Science Laboratory. The purity of ingested acetic acid is 98%, the concentration of acetic acid ion in blood is 734ppm and the content in gastric juice is 0.09%. In patients after acetic acid ingestion, DIC is most probably caused by procoagulants, produced by extensive acid-induced necrosis of the upper gastrointestinal tract. In this case, several purpural lesions were revealed on the arm, around facial abrasion and intravenous injection sites of the wrists. These are important to differentiate with contusion because she was battered before acetic acid ingestion. Purpurae in DIC are poorly demarcated, dark purple elevations with spreading margin but subcutaneous hemorrhage in contusion is grayish black or dark red with well demarcation (Table 2). But careful examination should be considered because traumatic hemorrhage is also exaggerated and mixed in DIC. (The Korean Journal of Legal Medicine)

        폴록사머 및 프로필렌글리콜을 이용한 클로트리마졸 고형 좌제의 물리화학적 특성

        To develop a clotrimazole-loaded solid suppository with poloxamer and propylene glycol, the melting points of various formulations composed of poloxamer 188 (P 188) and propylene glycol were investigated. The dissolution study of clotrimazole delivered by the suppository composed of P 188 and propylene glycol was performed. The mixtures composed of P 188 and propylene glycol were homogeneous. Propylene glycol affected the melting points of poloxamer mixtures. In particular, the mixture [P 188/propylene glycol (70/30%)] with the melting point of about 32°C was a solid form at room temperature and instantly melted at physiological temperature. Furthermore, propylene glycol affected greatly the dissolution rates of clotrimazole from the suppository. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the dissolution of clotrimazole was proportional to the time. Our results indicated that the solid suppository with P 188 and propylene glycol would be a candidate of rectal dosage form for clotrimazole.

      • 정전 열 접합을 이용한 Multi-Substrate Bonding

        We performed silicon-to-glass bonding using silicon direct bonding followed by anodic bonding(SDAB). Initial bonding between glass and silicon was caused by the hydrophilic surfaces of silicon and glass ensemble using silicon direct bonding(SDB) method. We found that the bonded specimen using SDAB process had higher strength than one using anodic bonding process only. We performed multiple layer bonding by SDAB, which is glass- silicon -glass as sandwich structure. In the silicon wafer, the (1mm x 2mm x 500μm)-sized cavity was formed by the anisotropic etching of the silicon substrate in EPW(Ethylendiamin-Pyrocatechol-Water). And, the cavity was sealed with glass wafers by SDAB method.
