S-315 : 체동맥 폐순환의 Amplatzer vascular plug 를 이용한 치료의 1예

폐격리증 없이 정상 기관지와 연결된 폐실질 조직에 체동맥이 분포하는 선천성 기형은 드문 질환으로 이중 좌폐하엽 기저분절의 체동맥 분포가 가장 많은 것으로 알려져 있다. 수술적인 치료가 일반적이었지만, 최근 수술의 위험성 및 합병증을 줄이기 위해 동맥색전술을 이용한 치료가 시도되고 있으며, 주로 코일을 이용한 동맥색전술이 보고되어 왔다.저자들은 반복적인 객혈을 하였던 22세 남자에서 폐격리증이 동반 되지 않은 우폐하엽의 10 mm의 체동맥 분포를 확인 하였고, 섭식동맥 직경이 크고 혈류가 빨라 Amplatzer 혈관폐색장치를 이용한 색전술을 시행한 증례를 경험하여 보고하는 바이다. 22세의 특이질환 없는 남자 환자가 반복되는 객혈로 입원하였다. 이학적 검사상 특별한 소견은 없었고, 혈액검사 및 X-ray 상에서도 특별한 소견은 보이지 않았다. Bronchoscopy상 오른쪽 제2기관 분기부에서 출혈의 흔적과 식염수세척시 피가 나오는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 흉부 CT상 우폐하엽의 유리음영과 함께 약 10 mm의 흉부동맥에서 우하폐엽으로 분지되는 섭식동맥이 관찰되었다. 혈관조영술에서 흉부대동맥에서 우폐하엽으로 분지되는 섭식 동맥, 동정맥혈관 및 분출 정맥을 관찰하였고 직경이 크고 혈류가 빠를 때 유리한 Amplatzer 혈관폐색장치를 사용하여 동맥색전술을 시행하였다. 시술 이후 색전술 후 중후군 및 폐렴으로 2주간의 항생제 치료 이후 양호한 상태로 퇴원하였고 2년간 외래를 통한 관찰 결과 특별한 합병증은 없었다. 최근의 여러 가지 보고를 통해 체동맥 폐순환에 의한 합병증으로 치료의 적응증이 있는 경우 동맥색전술이 우선적인 치료법으로 고려될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 그리고 섭식동맥의 크기가 커서 기존의 코일 색전술시 합병증의 발생위험이 높은 경우, Amplatzer 혈관폐색장치를 경피적 색전술이 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로

T 림파구의 Uropod 형성에 있어 인산화 Ezrin단백질의 역할

Migrating T cell shows typical hand-mirror shape, leading edge and uropod polarity. EL 4 T cells features partitioned morphology like leading edge and uropod. In order to verify this polarity, EL 4 T cells were stained for nucleus, Golgi apparatus, cell membrane with DAPI, BODIPY-FL C5-ceramide and CD44, respectively. EL4 T cells showed typical migrating T cell shape. Ezrin is a cross-linker between cell membrane and cytoskeleton. Especially, phospho-ezrin may play an important role for uropod region. Phospho-ezrin was accumulated in uropod region immune-stained with anti phospho ezrin antibody. T567D ezrin, phospho-mimetic form of ezrin, was transfected into EL4 T cells. T567D transfectants showed enhanced uropod structure and disrupted leading edge. NH2 terminal domain (NT)-ezrin transfectants showed weak uropod structure. In addition, T567D had ability of cytoplasmic accumulation of F-actin in P3X63,653 myeloma cell. To test cell biological function with enhanced uropod, cell migration assay was carried out with T567D ezrin transfectants. Reduced cell migration was detected in T567D transfectants with F2 endothelial cell, however cell migration was increased in T567D transfectants without F2 cells. Collectively, phospho-ezrin is involved in uropod fromation and uropod facilitates the rapid cell migration.

The purpose of this study is to develop the air-conditioning unit combined with the lighting unit for workspace and to supply its performance data at architectural design stage. The air-conditioning unit is one of the components of a workspace integrated unit, which can be defined as the planning unit satisfying the environmental comfort criteria of workspace. Air-conditioning diffusers are classified according to throws and features by literature review and case study. Then diffusers are combined with the lighting unit. Through the CFD simulation, the thermal performance of each unit was evaluated and finally various air-conditioning units combined with the lighting units were developed.

Caffeic Acid의 항산화 활성 및 Amyloid beta와 LPS에 의한 C6 Glial 세포의 산화적 스트레스 보호 효과

This study was investigated the radical scavenging effect and the protective activity of caffeic acid (CA) against oxidative stress. CA showed strong 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH) and hydroxyl radical (.OH) scavenging activity, showing 42.00% and 87.22% at 5 mM concentration of DPPH and .OH scavenging activity, respectively. Furthermore, we studied protective activity of CA from amyloid beta (Ab25-35) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced neuronal cell damage and neuronal inflammation using C6 glial cells. The treatment of Ab25-35 to C6 glial cell showed declines in cell viability and high generation levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS). However, the treatment of CA increased cell viability. The treatment of 5 mM CA led to the elevation of cell viability from 59.28% to 81.22%. In addition, the production of ROS decreased cellular levels of ROS by the treatment of CA. The treatment of LPS to C6 glial cells increased significant elevation of nitric oxide (NO) production, while CA decreased NO production significantly. The production of NO increased by the treatment of LPS to 131.08%, while CA at the concentration of 1 mM declined the NO production to 104.86%. The present study indicated that CA attenuated Ab25-35-induced neuronal oxidative stress and inflammation by LPS, suggesting as a promising agent for the neurodegenerative diseases.

This study designed teaching and learning methods for listening education by incorporating post-presentation question-and-answering and examining learners’ perspectives to explore the future direction of academic Korean listening classes. The results revealed that learners could comprehend listening materials better and found assistance in speaking through the post-presentation questioning process while also expressing increased interest in the classes. Unlike previous studies that focused solely on lecture listening or were conducted from speakers’ perspectives in presentation education, this research explores listening teaching and learning methods from the perspective of listeners, incorporating Korean listening education into presentation discourse. However, there were limitations, such as limited class time and a need to supplement listening comprehension skills. This study holds significance in searching for teaching and learning methods from the listeners’ perspective, applying the designed methods in real classes to examine learners’ perspectives, and exploring the educational implications.

소아병동 간호사를 위한 개념도 적용 심폐소생술 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발과 효과

Background: The purpose of this study was to develop and operate a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) simulation-based education program using concept mapping in pre-learning for pediatric nurses to evaluate its effect on pediatric CPR knowledge, performance confidence, and nursing problem-solving ability. Methods: This study used a pre-post design with 28 nurses from a pediatric ward working at a tertiary general hospital. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 25.0, based on frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Results: After completing the CPR simulation, pediatric CPR knowledge (Z=-4.26, p<.001), performance confidence (Z=-4.39, p<.001) and nursing problem-solving ability (Z=-3.50, p<.001) were significantly higher than before the program. Conclusions: The results of this study verified that the CPR simulation program applying concept mapping was effective in improving the pediatric CPR knowledge, performance confidence, and problem-solving ability of nurses in the pediatric ward.

큐레이션 커머스 이용에서 윤리적 소비까지: ‘새벽배송’ 플랫폼 이용에 대한 탐색적 연구

This study analyzes user awareness and experience of using curated commerce platforms that have recently developed around the 'Early-Morning Deliveries' service in South Korea. Platforms such as Kurly, Coupang, and Oasis specialize in quick commerce services that deliver fresh food during the midnight hours, referred to as 'Early-Morning Deliveries'. This has led to technological innovation in the e-commerce sector that emphasizes the ethical value of eco-friendly and ethically made products. However, public concerns have been raised about their negative effects on the environment and gig work practices due to the rapid growth of these services. In this context, this research examines changes and trends occurring at the technological, social, and cultural levels due to the platformization of grocery shopping through 'Early-Morning Delivery' services from the user's perspective. Through in-depth interviews with the platform users who regularly use the ‘Early-Morning Deliveries’ service, we explore their awareness of platformization and their experiences using curated commerce. The results indicate that users reflect on the social problems that accompany the development of e-commerce connected to ethical consumerism and adjust their usage patterns and habits to reflect their beliefs and values. However, different reactions and evaluations were revealed among research participants regarding the industrial changes where platformized delivery labor and curated commerce have become more eco-friendly, based on their understanding of the underlying social issues. 심야에 신선 식품을 배송하는 ‘새벽배송’ 서비스에 전문화된 플랫폼 기업들이 잇달아 등장해 상거래 분야의 기술 혁신을 꾀하는 한편, 윤리적 소비를 강조하는 큐레이션으로 소비문화의 변화를 이끌고 있다. 하지만 그 급격한 성장에 뒤따르는 부작용으로 이용자 정보 상품화와 환경오염, 심야 노동의 강도가 심화되는 문제에 대한 사회적 우려가 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정기 이용자들을 대상으로 한 심층면접을 통해 큐레이션 커머스 이용에 대해 실제 이용자가 가진 인식과 경험을 질적 차원에서 살펴봤다. 연구 결과, 단순히 장보기의 편리함만 추구하기보다 플랫폼화에 뒤따르는 취향 편향과 이용자 정보 상품화와 같은 문제들을 성찰하거나, 개인이 추구하는 가치에 따라 그 소비 패턴을 선택하는 등 능동적 측면이 관찰됐다. 윤리적 소비를 강조하는 큐레이션과 배송 정책의 ‘녹색 전환’과 같은 전략에 대해서도 이용자 일부는 상업성을 간파하며 회의주의적인 시각을 내비쳤다. 하지만 플랫폼과 연계된 소셜미디어를 통해 이용자들의 사회적 교류가 가능함에도 그 쟁점에 대한 집단적 소비자 운동으로 발전된 사례는 관찰되지 않았다. 플랫폼의 기술 구조와 상업 논리가 결합된 큐레이션 커머스 환경에서 이용자가 발휘할 수 있는 성찰성이 사적 영역으로 제한될 가능성을 시사한다.
