        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        Cardiac tumors, especially the primary tumors involving any part of the heart are extremely rare and its relative incidence has been reported to be approximately 0.02%. We report a patient with huge cardiac hemangioma who complained of shortness of breath, general weakness, and dizziness, Imaging study by echocardiography and computed tomography of thorax revealed a huge lobulating mass like a bunch of grapes in the right chamber of heart. The surgical exploration of thorax was performed and a histological diagnosis of spindle cell hemangioma was obtained by microscopy. The patient was treated by surgical resection of the tumor and doing well after surgery. Our experience indicated that prompt diagnosis and treatment of cardiac hemangioma is imperative for patients' prognosis.

      • 팽이 톱밥 人工栽培時 培地微生物相의 經時的인 密度變化

        팽이 재배에 있어 가장 큰 문제 중의 하나는 雜菌에 대한 汚染, 특히 細菌에 의한 피해가 극심하므로 作業段階와 栽培過程 전반에 걸쳐 培地徵生物相의 經時的인 密度變化에 따른 雜菌의 培地內 流入時期를 조사하여 汚染菌의 發生消長을 알아보기 위해 現地農家에서 시험해 본 결과 接種후 培養室에서 菌絲培養을 시작한 5일후부터 細菌이 檢出되기 시작하여 菌긁기전까지 약 25일간 0.5∼3.1×10⁴cfu/g의 密度를 보였으나 經時的인 密度增加는 없었고, 菌絲培養이 끝난 뒤 菌긁기직후부터 細菌의 密度는 118.3×10⁴cfu/g으로 급격히 높아졌으며 子實體生育 기간동안에 시간이 경과함에 따라 密度가 현저하게 증가되는 경향을 나타냈다. 이는 培養室 안으로 흐르는 空氣를 통하여 甁內로 細菌이 流入되고 또한 菌긁기 직후 培地表面에 灌注하는 물과 加濕機에서 噴霧되는 물粒子가 細菌의 密度增加에 절대적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되므로 이때가 細菌性褐斑病菌에 感染되기 가장 용이한 시기로 생각된다. 眞菌은 菌긁기후 子實體生育 기간동안 1.17∼7.87×10⁴/g의 密度로서 菌絲培養 기간동안의 密度보다 다소 높게 檢出되었으나 대체로 經時的인 密度增加는 보이지 않았으며, 放線菌은 거의 검출되지 않거나 菌絲培養 후 5일째부터 다소 검출되기 시작했으나 밀도가 매우 낮았고 經時的으로도 증가되지 않았다. One of the most serious problem on the Enoki mushroom cultivation is the infection by pathogenicitic microorganisns, especially bacterial diseases causing serious economical losses in the mushroom production. It was carried out to find the tendency of the development of mushroom diseases by temporal changes and variation of the densities of media microflora through the cultivation periods and working stages in a mushroom farm. According to the results, several bacteria were detected from the fifth day after the inoculation and incubation of mycelium in the incubation room, and the density of bacterium was 0.5∼3.1×10⁴cfu/g media for 25 days before the inoculum-removing, although there was no increment of the density. Since the inoculum-removing after the spawn run, the density of bacterium was rapidly increased as 118.3×10⁴cfu/g media, and was significantly increased by time during the growth period of fruitbodies. It was hypothesized that it is the most suitable period for the pathogen infection because the bacterium might be introduced by the air in the incubation-room, and the increment of bacterium density might be affected by moisture supplied through watering or humidifier in the growing room after the inoculum-removing. Fungi were detected as the density as 1.17∼7.87×10⁴/g media and the density was slightly higher than that during the incubation period of hyphae, although there was no significant increment. Generally, the density of Actinomycetes was disregardfully low, or Actinomycetes were hardly ever found, although there was found some 5 days after incubation hyphae in few cases.

        치아우식증 유발 세균에 대한 CPC 함유 구강청정제의 항균효과

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate and report the antibacterial efficacy in relation to oral disease-causing bacteria using a mouthwash containing 0.05% CPC in an in vitro test. Methods: The sterilization test and susceptibility assay of mouthwash containing 0.05% CPC were investigated against Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sobrinus, and Lactobacillus acidophilus; Streptococcus sanguinis as oral bacteria related to dental caries; Enterococcus faecalis as apical periodontitis-related bacteria; and Actinomyces israelii, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Prevotella intermedia, Prevotella nigrescence, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythia, Treponema denticola, and Filifactor alocis as periodontal disease-related bacteria. Results: In the sterilization test, most of the bacteria had more than 99.99% sterilizing power for all samples but compared to other bacteria, the sterilizing power of these samples was not successful for L. acidophilus and E. faecalis bacteria. When comparing the sterilization power between the samples, sample 3 (0.05% CPC+20% ethanol) was the strongest. Conclusions: In the antimicrobial activity test, sample 3 inhibited growth at the lowest concentration overall.

        본 연구는 근대 이후 광한루원의 변화양상을 살펴보기 위해 신문이나 잡지 등의 문헌자료를 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 광한루원의 변화양상과 그 요인을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다.2첫째, 요천에서 흘러들어오는 지류의 수리사업을 통해 성외장시가 확대되면서 광한루원 일대가 상업지구로서의 기능을 지니게 되었다. 둘째, 1930년 춘향각의 조성과 함께 기존 관아누각으로서의 장소성이 춘향을 테마로 하는 관광지 성격으로 전환되었으며, 춘향제의 개최와 더불어 지역축제의 장으로서 공공에게 열린 공간으로 전이되었다. 셋째, 광한루원 남측 시장 화재 발생에 의한 이전이 해당하는데, 시장의 이전에 따른 유휴지 형태의 기존 토지는 남원군에서 광한루원 경역확장사업을 통해 대거 매입하여 광한루원 내에 편입되었다. 넷째, 광한루 동측 관광자원화 사업의 일환으로 춘향의 충절을 기리기 위한 춘향각이 조성되었으며, 이에 따라 기존사유지가 광한루원 내로 편입되면서 오늘에 이르렀다. 다섯째, 최근에 들어 광한루원 일대가 명승으로 재분류되면서 문화유산을 활용한 구도심 활성화 방안을 추진하는 등 물리적으로는 담장으로 구획되어 있으나 시가를 중심으로 면적단위의 역사관광지구로 조성하고 있다. This study analyzed the literature such as newspaper and magazines to look at the change of Gwanghalluwon Garden since Modern Times, and based on this, the following results have been derived regarding the change way and factor of Gwanghalluwon Garden. First, it played a role in commercial district by expanding the castle through water business of flowing into tributaries from main stream. Second, with the establishment of ChunHyanggak in 1930, the place as existing government office tower was changed to tourist destination. Gwanghalluwon Garden, ChunHyang theme place, was changed to the public place as the local festival space with the opening of The ChunHyang Festival. Third, namwon the southern market land from Gwanghalluwon Garden being fired purchased a lot and transfered this land within Gwanghalluwon Garden. Fourth, ChunHyanggak was established in honor of memorization of ChunHyang`s loyalty as one of tourism business in eastern part of Gwanghalluwon Garden. Today, existing private land has been transfered into Gwanghalluwon Garden. Fifth, recently, some parts of Gwanghalluwon Garden was reclassified as Scenic Site; area-unit historical & tourism district has been established.

        Prevalence of Oral Microbes Known to Be the Cause of in Patients of 20s with Early Gingivitis

        Objective: The author had conducted this study for the purpose to determine the prevalence of oral microbes known as the cause of oral diseases in adults in the 20s with early phase gingivitis. Methods: The prevalence of oral microbes and the mean quantities of them were calculated by conducting an oral microbes test in use of a real-time polymerase chain reaction method in 254 volunteers who had visited the Department of Preventative Dentistry in Dankook University College of Dentistry. Results: The percentages of specific intra-oral microbes found in the subjects were Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans 7.9%, Porphyromonas gingivalis 11.8%, Tannerella forsythia 26.0%, Treponema denticola 28.7%, Prevotella intermedia 47.6%, Fusobacterium nucleatum 100%, Parvimonas micra 82.7%, Campylobacter rectus 9.8%, Eikenella corrodens 90.6%, Streptococcus mutans 16.5%, and S. sobrinus 1.2%. Conclusion: The microbe detected with the largest amount among the oral microbes tested was F. nucleatum, followed by P. micra and E. corrodens in the order, therefore it was considered that more interest and attention should be given to these microbes in order to prevent oral diseases.

        The Effects of Oral Microorganism on Oral Malodor

        Objective: The author conducted this study to identify the correlation between the oral microbes and the halitosis. Methods: The severity of the halitosis depending on the level of oral microbes was analyzed and reviewed by conducting the oral examination, the halitosis test and the oral microbes test in 254 volunteers who had visited the Department of Preventative Dentistry, College of Dentistry, Dankook University. Results: At the results of the correlation between the amount of oral microbes and the halitosis measurements in the subject with prevalence of oral microbes, the amount of Streptococcus mutans was correlated with the measurements of hydrogen sulfide and dimethyl sulfide and the volatile sulfur compounds. And also the amount of Porphyromonas gingivalis was correlated with measurements of the volatile sulfur compounds. Conclusion: As the amounts of P. gingivalis and S. mutans were correlated to the total amount of volatile sulfur compounds, it was considered that controlling these two bacteria would be critical for diagnosis and treatment of the halitosis in the future.
