        고도의 원위부 기관협착 환자에서 경피적 심폐보조장치를 이용한 호흡보조 하에 시행한 기관절제 및 단단 문합술

        Surgery on the distal trachea or the carina presents special problems for maintaining the airway and systemic oxygenation. Cardiopulmonary bypass is an alternative method for respiratory support for the patients with these conditions. Percutaneous cardiopulmonary support (PCPS) applied under local anesthesia has recently been used for respiratory support in tracheal surgery and the outcome is satisfactory. We encountered a patient who had severe distal tracheal stenosis after prolonged intubation. We had a gratifying result with performing tracheal resection and repair under the support of PCPS. 기관 및 폐문부 수술 시 기도확보가 어려운 경우나 폐실질 질환을 동반하여 저산소증 등이 우려될 경우 심폐보조장치의 도움을 받을 수 있다. 국소마취 하에 시행할 수 있는 경피적 심폐보조장치는 고전적인 심폐보조장치를 대신하여 기관호흡으로 호흡유지가 힘든 환자에게 안전하고 손쉽게 적용할 수 있다. 저자들은 고도의 하부 기관협착 환자에서 경피적 심폐보조장치를 이용한 호흡보조 하에 기관절제 및 단단 문합술을 성공하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

        청소년의 셀프리더십이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 감성지능과 창의성의 매개효과

        Background: The exploration and experiences of adolescence become a preparation process for future career decision-making, and career maturity obtained through this process is recognized as an important task to be accomplished in adolescence. In particular, starting from middle school, awareness of one's own interests and abilities develops and one can judge what kind of abilities are required to do what one wants to do. Abundant activities and somewhat intentional experience opportunities are needed to explore the world, and schools provide direct and indirect experiences through regular or non-regular curriculum. Purpose: This study was conducted to confirm whether emotional intelligence and creativity show mediating effects among the effects of youth self-leadership on career maturity. Methodology: To this end, a survey was conducted on 785 middle and high school students nationwide. The self-evaluation company method was used for the survey, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using SPSS 24.00 to verify validity. Findings: First, among adolescent self-leadership factors, behavioral and cognitive strategies were found to have a positive effect on career maturity. Second, among adolescent self-leadership factors, it was found that behavioral strategy and cognitive strategy had a positive effect on emotional intelligence. Third, among adolescent self-leadership factors, behavioral strategy and cognitive strategy were found to have a positive effect on creativity. Fourth, emotional intelligence of adolescents was found to have a significant positive effect on career maturity. Fifth, creativity of adolescents was found to have a positive effect on career maturity. Sixth, emotional intelligence and creativity showed a significant mediating effect in the relationship between youth self-leadership and career maturity. Conclusions: This study suggests that self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and creativity are important for adolescents preparing for careers in more personalized and diverse environments to cope with career problems faced in uncertain situations in a more creative and self-directed manner.

        Heart Rate Change while Drowsy Driving

        Heart rate (HR) change during sleepy driving has never been investigated. Healthy volunteers who planned to drive a long distance were recruited and monitored with a 24-hour Holter. Six healthy volunteers were enrolled. Their mean driving time was 297.7 ± 111 minutes. Mean duration of sleepy time while driving was 27 ± 24.5 minutes. Driving HR showed a trend for increment as compared to day time mean HR, from 85 ± 5.6 to 89.8 ± 5.6 beats/min (by 7%) (P = 0.093). Mean HR while sleepy driving significantly decreased to 81.5 ± 9.2 beats/min by 9.3% ± 7.4% (P = 0.046). This pilot study for the first time demonstrated that HR decreased while sleepy driving.

        텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 사회적 농업과 치유농업 연구 동향 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 국내 사회적 농업과 치유농업의 연구 동향을 분석하는 것이다. 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 276편의 논문 초록을 수집하여 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 이 논문들의 키워드 빈도 분석과 토픽 모델링을 통해 주요 연구 주제와 경향을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적 농업과 치유농업에 대한 연구가 농업 관련 학술지뿐만 아니라 문화, 관광, 사회, 지역사회 등 다양한 분야에서 활발히 이루어지고 있음을 확인했다. 특히, 최근 5년간 논문 수의 증가가 두드러지며, 이는 코로나19 팬데믹의 영향을 반영한 것으로 해석된다. 연구는 사회적 농업과 치유농업의 심리적 및 사회적 가치에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있음을 보여주며, 향후 농업의 치유 기능을 확대하기 위한 분야별 협력과 교류의 필요성을 강조한다. 본 연구는 국내 사회적 농업과 치유농업의 발전을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. This study aimed to examine the impact of perceived parental attitudes on the resilience of college students attending universities in Jeju Island, as well as the mediating effect of self-esteem. The main purpose of the research is to provide data for the healthy adaptation of college students. The research questions are: first,what are the correlations among parental attitudes , resilience, and Self-Esteem? Second, is there a mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between parenting styles and resilience? Conducted with 314 college students, this study utilized scales for parental attitudes, resilience, and Self-Esteem, and the collected data were analyzed using jamovi. The results indicated significant correlations among perceived parental attitudes, resilience, and Self-Esteem. Self-esteem fully mediated the relationship between overprotective parental attitudes, and resilience, while it partially mediated the relationships for rejecting and affectionate parenting styles. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of positive parental attitudes, and the formation of Self-Esteem in enhancing college students' resilience. It also suggests the necessity for educational or counseling interventions that can foster positive self-esteem even under inadequate parenting. The findings contribute to the development of programs aimed at increasing resilience among college students and understanding the impact of interactions with parent so individual psychological development.
