        Aspiration of a foreign body in the airway is common cause of sudden obstructive breathing, crouping cough, hoarseness, and wheezing. Especially that caused serious problem in case of the young children. A past history of foreign body aspiration is itself an indication for bronchoscopic examination of the airway, because some children with aspirated foreign bodies are without symptoms and chest X-ray films may not show abnormalities. So the anesthesiologist should take a notice of removing foreign body in the anesthetic procedure. The author have experienced 36 cases removal of foreign bodies in the airway under general anesthesia from July, 1982 to January, 1996 in Chunan Hospital, College of Medicine, Soonchunhyang University. The results were as follows 1) Among the 36 cases, 25 cases(69.7%) were under the age of 5. The ratio of male and female was 1.8 : 1. 2) In duration of lodgement, there was most frequent within one day in 15 cases(41.7%) and the longest duration was 20 days. 3) The most common symptom, sign and auscultation finding were cough 19 cases(52.8%). chest retractions 7 cases(19.4%) and decreased breathing sound 20 cases(55.6%) 4) Abnormalities in the chest X-ray were found in 15 cases(41.7%) among 36 cases. 5) Vegetable foreign bodies, expecially peanut were the most common airway foreign body(28.7%), followed by plastic foreign body(14.4%) and mucous plug(11.3%). 6) The foreign body involved the right bronchus 16 cases(45.7), left bronchus 10 cases(28.6%), trachea 5 cases(14.3%), and larynx 4 cases(11.4%). 7) Foreign body induced complications occurred in 9 cases(25.0%); pneumonia 8 cases and pneumomediastinum 1 case, and all of postoperative complication was pneumonia(25.0%). 8) 34 foreign objects(94.4%) were removed by endoscopy but tracheostomy was required in two patients.

        Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is the most common non-epithelial neoplasm arising in the gastrointestinal tract, but this tumor is rarely seen in association with type l neurofibromatosis (NFl) Generally, the majority of GISTs are isolated neoplasm and they are sporadically found in the stomach, but the GISTs in NFl patients are usually multiple and usually found in the small intestine. We report a case of multiple GISTs in the jejunum of a 63-year-old woman diagnosed as NFl accompanied by complication of gastrointestinal bleeding, In this case, Patient had multiple cafe-au lait spots and neurofibroma on skin and had freckling on axilla and groin, and then, we made a diagnosis of NFl. Gastrointestinal bleeding is controlled by resection of multiple GISTs. Generally, only 3-5% of all gastrointestinal bleeding comes from the small bowel. Causes of small intestinal bleeding are angiodysplasia, neoplasm, NSAIDs induced ulcer etc. but, If patients have NFl accompanied by complication of gastrointestinal bleeding, GISTs on small bowel must be considered.

Vor allem ist der Diskontierungssatz bei der Berechnung vom Ertragswert zu erhoehen und scheint eine zusaetzliche Bewertungsabschlag fuer die im Stock market nicht aufgelisteten Unternehmen im Vergleich zu im Stock market aufgelisteten Unternehmen erforderlich zu sein.

      • 지역농업정보시스템 구축에 관한 연구

        It is thought that computer-based farm management information system is essential for making Korean agriculture internationally competitive. Unlike the management information system for the industrial manufacturing, agricultural information system should reflect natural and economic conditions in a specific region. Moreover, farm management in a specific region can be improved when individual farms could use proper information which contains social and economic conditions in that region. In this sense, the supplier of farm management information to farmers should supply realistic information that can improve management conditions for farming to farmers. This study proposes a suggestion for establishing computer-based agricultural information system for development of regional agriculture. The main contents are summarized as follows : 1. The usefulness of information system for improving regional farm management and the types of agricultural information system. 2. The establishment of supply and demand network for farm management information. 3. A direction for improving the installation methods of agricultural information system network.

      • 노인 복지관 실내 색채 현황에 관한 연구

        현재 전 세계적인 노령인구의 급격한 증가는 노인 문제를 심각한 사회문제로 대두시켰고 이는 국내의 상황과도 별반 다를 바가 없다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 지역 주민의 노인부양을 덜어주며 노인들의 여가 생활을 지원해 사회적 격리 문제를 해결하고 정서적, 사회적 유대감을 조성할 수 있는 여건을 만들어 주는 노인 종합 복지관의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 경제활동이 없는 노인들은 노인복지관 내 취미공간의 서비스 프로그램의 다양화와 노인들 간의 친목과 유대관계가 이루어지는 공간으로 가정에서 거주하는 시간 이외에 대부분의 시간을 복지관에서 기거한다. 따라서 실 사용자인 노인들의 시 · 지각뿐만 아니라 심리적인 영향을 고려하여 편안하고 안락한 환경을 제공할 수 있는 보호소와 여가 생활을 하는데 있어서 흥미를 유발하고 지속적인 활동이 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 환경이 제공되어야 한다. 실내 내부 환경 요소로 작용하는 것에는 색채, 조명, 소음 등 여러 가지가 있으며 이러한 요소들은 독단적으로 영향을 주기보다는 상호 복합적으로 작용한다. 인간은 오감 중에 80% 이상을 시각적 자극에 의해 정보를 얻고 감성이 자극받는다는 사실을 미루어 볼 때 실내 환경에서 색채가 얼마나 중요한지 알 수 있다. 특히 노인은 노화와 질병으로 시 · 지각 능력이 일반인에 비해 떨어지는 것을 감안하여 시각적 만족을 주는 심미적인 색채의 사용과 색채 심리, 치료에 이용되는 색채를 복지관에 적용한다면 현 복지시설에 대한 노인들의 만족도와 이용능률을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 노인에게 합당한 색채 환경을 제시하고자 하는 후속 연구에 앞서 서울에 있는 다섯 곳의 노인 종합 복지관을 조사 대상으로 현재의 노인 종합 복지관의 실내 색채를 조사 분석하여 노인 복지관의 실내 색채 현황을 조사 분석하여 그 문제점을 파악하는데 있다. In present, the sudden increase in old-aged population became the serious problem of the worldwide concern and same thing happens here. The general welfare institution for the aged is divided into two sections in wide view, a supporting section that lighten the local dweller's obligation of supporting and the hobby section that supporting the usage of rest of their life time. The old and retired aged people spend their almost time in the space where they can meet the others and make relationship in additional have the variety programs for their hobby life is the actual circumstance. Consequently it's environment for their comfortable living designed according to the regard of not only the old aged(real residents)'s sight and sensation but also the mental effects and environment for stimulating their interests, keeping up the activity must be offered. The fact that a human being get information and stimulates his sensitivity more than 80% from visual influence makes us to know how important the color in indoor environment is. Furthermore the old people have less sight and mental faculties compare with normal young people because of symptoms of senility and sickness. So if we consider this peculiarity and apply to welfare facilities study about color that also used to color psychology and cure then we can improve satisfaction and coefficient of utilization of the aged about welfare facilities nowadays. I checked out 5 general welfare institution for the aged to present compatible color environment to old people. This study precedes the following study which is focused on the proposal of suitable or appropriate color circumstance for old age. Upon inquire and analysis on interior color into 5 general welfare facilities for old age in Seoul, the study aims at analyzing the present status of those welfare facilities and understanding the current problem.

      • Spheroid 조합자극치료 적용이 신체구성에 미치는 영향

        The present study aims to explore the effects of applying spheroid-combined stimulating therapy on body composition. For this aim. 20 persons were selected as subjects and 10 of them each were assigned to the experimental group and control group, respectively. The experimental group was applied a 12-week combined stimulating therapy and changes in physical constitution of the members were measured before application and 4, 8 and 12 weeks after application. From the study, following conclusions could be drawn: First, body weights of the experimental group decreased from 59.9kgs before application of the spheroid-combined stimulating therapy to 57.2kgs 12 weeks after application, no significant but 4.51% change. Second, body fats of the experimental group changed from 18.8kgs before application to 16.4kgs 12 weeks after application, no significant but 12.77% reduction. Third, % fats of the experimental group decreased from 31.2% before application to 28.6% 12 weeks after application, no significant change but 8.33% reduction. Fourth, body mass index(BMI) of the experimental group decreased from 23.23 kg/㎡ before application of the therapy to 21.43kg/㎡ after application, no significant but 8.03% reduction. As seen above, the 12-week application of the spheroid-combined stimulating therapy produced no significant changes in physical constitution as physical exercise did, but improved physical constitution by reducing certain amount of boy weight, body fat, % fat and BMI. In order to detect more positive and significant changes in physical constitutions, continued studies and clinical experiments should be performed to more diverse subjects using technically reinforced equipment for spheroid-combined stimulating therapy.

        Mobile nodes in ad hoc mobile networks typically communicate over wireless channels and are capable of movement. These are networks that support multihop communication and can be formed on a temporary basis. This paper proposes a solution that allows mobile nodes to access the wired Internet and to roam from base station to base station. And we also develop the efficient method that adapts in Global MANET which can be changed over time. It is observed that we can reduce not only error detection time but also network load, thus increasing the data reception rate in Global MANET Environment.

      • 대기 중 휘발성 유기화합물의 Advanced Technology에 대한 실험비교

        Nowaday, Advanced technology has been applied to organic destruction technologies that are alternatives to incineration. Plasma, photolysis, and Photocatalytic oxidation processes are an emerging advanced technologies for the abatement of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in atmospheric pressure air streams, so we has been used these technologies for destruction of VOCs. TCE, Benzene, Toluene, and Xylene were selected as objective materials. We have been studied each process and found many types of reaction parameters which effect on treatment efficiency. So combination processes, which are plasma-photocatalytic oxidation process and photolysis-photocatalytic oxidation process, have been used to increase destruction efficiency. Analysis of above materials and byproducts was carried out by GC-FID.

      • 심전도의 디지털 기록화 모듈과 개인용컴퓨터 저장/분석시스템의 개발

        연구목적: 현재 우리나라의 의료분야에서는 정보기술의 발전으로 처방 전달 시스템과 전자차트의 활용이 상용화 되고 있으나 병원내에서 가장 많이 처방되고 검사되는 12-유도 심전도의 디지털화와 이에 연계된 심전도 결과의 개인용 컴퓨터로의 저장, 인터넷을 이용한 병원으로의 전송이나 타 기관에서의 심전도 결과의 동시 관찰 등에 관한 기술 등은 개발되지 못한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 심전도를 디지털화하며 저장이 가능한 PC 모듈을 개발하고 심전도 결과를 병원 전산 시스템에 포함시켜 병원내외에서 편리하게 조회, 검색할 수 있는 디지털 인터페이스를 개발하려 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 낮은 전력에서 잡음특성이 우수한 대역여파기와 증폭기를 설계하였으며 각종기능이 내장된 고신뢰성 프로세서를 채택하였으며 전원 잡음이 고려된 필터와 전원 회로 설계로 하드웨어를 개발하였다. MSC 6.0과 Visual Basic 6.0을 바탕으로 하여 active X 모듈화를 유도하고 조회용 PC에서의 복원과 PACS로의 연동을 통해 순환기내과용 PACS 개발이 가능하도록 소프트웨어를 준비하였다. 결과: 심전도 검사자가 쉽게 장착, 검사가 가능한 소형화된 측정 모듈을 개발하였고 극저전류에서 동작이 가능하였으며 우수한 데이터의 압축 및 복원률을 구현하였다. 결론: 이번 심전도 디지털 모듈의 개발로 기존의 감광지에 의존하던 심전도 결과의 보존과 보관공간에 의한 경제적인 손실을 상당 부분 해결할 수 있으며 OCS에 연계된 결과로 인해 원내에서의 다면적 진료가 가능하다. 이번 연구에서 개발된 기술은 향후 디지털화된 심전도 기록장치와 같은 고부가 의료장치의 국산화와 광파일 의무기록 시스템이나 검사물의 무선 전송에 채용되어 의료 전달 체계나 응급체계의 발전에 기여하리라 사료된다. Purpose : The progressed communication technology commercialized the order communication system ( OCS) and the electric medical records( EMR) in the field of medicine in Korea. However, technologies of digitalization such as recording to personal computer, transfer to internet and simultaneous observation of electrocardiogram ( ECG) recorded at the different center were not realized yet. This study tried to invent personal computer module that can digitalize and record of the ECG and design the digital interface that can approach and search digitalized ECG in various part of hospital simultaneously. Materials and Methods : We had designed high-fidelity digital filter and amplifier which can work in very low voltage, had selected multifunctioned microprocessor. Activation X modulation was conducted by MSC 6.0 and Visual Basic 6.0. Softwares were prepared for the transfer of ECG informations from terminal PC to PACS and cardiologic PACS was designed for future application. Results : We have developed the small, portable, very low voltage managed ECG module and high quality digitalized information compression software in OCS and PACS. Conclusion : This invented ECG digital archive module can save hospital cost by substitution of ECG papers for digital storage or on-line storage, therefore ECG data can be handled in multisector of the hospital and through telemedicine. This technology can be applied to domestic ECG digitalizing device development and effective medical transfer system by adoption cordless medical information delivery.
